La cercanía de los dueños del alojamiento. Te hacían sentir como en casa. Betzabe un amor, nos ayudó con todo lo que necesitamos. El desayuno de la Meme lo máximo!!! Sin duda el Mejor lugar que pudimos elegir.

Está un poco lejos pero es perfecto para descansar y arrendando un auto se soluciona. En la isla todo queda relativamente cerca.

El desayuno era desente pero no era la maravilla

La silla de la terraza rotas, el baño de la cocina sucio y la verdad que incomoda la cama. La persona de recepción es mala muy mal atendido. La recepcionista nos intento vender servicios de auto, o tour y eleva los precios. Es prepotente nos trato pésimo toda la estadía porque no quisimos contratar ningún servicio con ella ya que en el centro eran mucho más baratos.

Por sobretodo el personal ...se pasaron !! Odete, Julito y meme 10/10 Gracias a todos !

El aseo de las mañanas, no botaba las botellas, tampoco lavaba los vasos.

La disposición de todo el personal es destacable. Todos muy serviciales y además buscan solucionar y atender todas las solicitudes. A pasos de los atardeceres más hermosos del mundo (Tahai) Para algunos puede parecer que esté un poco retirado pero para mi idea de ubicación es lo perfecto. Retirado del centro pero caminando llegas a todos lados sin problemas. Es seguro caminar a cualquier hora.

La pieza que estaba disponible tenía el baño privado pero fuera de la habitación. Corriendo una puerta solucionan este tema. En general todo impecable.

A bed and breakfast set in the most beautiful gardens with a very relaxing atmosphere. The hostess provided a vehicle for us to hire which was EXTREMELY helpful and allowed us to drop it off at the airport which was very convenient

Belle maison qui nous a fait ressentir la beauté de l'île. Le personnel esr agréable et avons apprécié la propreté des lieux.

Le premier jour le petit déjeuner était passable. Le 2e et 3e cela s'est amélioré. Je rajouterais des céréales, plus de fruits et lait sans lactose ou végétal ainsi que des œufs brouillés. Odette est sympa mais devrait s'investir un peu plus... Certains voyageurs manquent de savoir vivre et les portes n isolent pas du bruit. Il faudrait peut-être un gardien de nuit pour rappeler à l'ordre les voyageurs bruyants durant la nuit...

La distancia del sector más central q dificulta un n poco la movilidad q tiene ser sólo en taxis , pero por otra parte también se traduce en mayor silencio y tranquilidad

It was quiet. A/C worked fine.

NO WARM water for the entire 6 nights I stayed. It was either scalding HOT or arctic COLD. It's too far from the town, about a 20-30 minute walk with variable weather. I was never made aware that you could ask the kitchen staff to cook you up an omelette until the very last breakfast. People on upper floors can be heard walking around.

Выбрали из-за кондиционера и обильного завтрака. Ожидания оправдались. Трансфер туда и обратно включён, всё чётко. Хозяйка оперативно отвечала в Whatsapp и рассказала нам всё что надо было по прибытии. Так же выслала информацию о правилах въезда на остров, это была крайне нужная информация

Душ работал странно. То очень горячо, то неожиданно становился холодным. Настраивать было сложно, но под конец прибывания я вроде понял. Это доставляло мне дискомфорт, но насколько, чтобы за это снижать оценку.

Nos recibieron con mucho cariño y nos ayudaron y orientaron para obtener las entradas para el parque nacional. El alojamiento es una casa muy limpia y nuestra habitación con vistas al mar.

Nos dijeron que el desayuno comenzaba a una hora y cuando llegamos todavía no había nada preparado, no hubiera sido molestia sino hubiéramos tenido una excursión contratada a una hora determinada en la que vienen a buscarte. Tuvimos la mala suerte que en la habitación de al lado había una pareja que no dejó de hablar muy alto durante toda la noche, las paredes son de papel y se escucha todo, por lo que no pudimos descansar.

Excelente disposición de la administradora, excelente el servicio de ir a buscar y a dejar al aerpuerto. El desayuno bastante variado y muy buena disposición de Meme.

Es un poco más alejado del centro, pero caminable y súper cerca de Tahai (para ver el atardecer). Hubo un día que nos quizimos duchar a mediodía, pero no nos salió agua caliente.

A hospedagem foi muito boa. Os funcionários são muito educados e atenciosos. O café da manhã foi completo e diversificado. Os quartos são grandes, muito limpos e bem mobiliados A anfitriã é muito disposta e interessada em ajudar sempre que necessário. Nada a reclamar, só elogios!

Gostei de tudo. Foram 5 dias onde fomos muito bem tratados.

El trato, camas, ubicación.

Muy amable todo el personal, extremadamente limpio (aseo diario), y exquisito y contundente el desayuno. Totalmente recomendado, si vuelvo sin duda me quedaría donde mismo.

Está un poco alejado del pueblo (15-20 min caminando), pero tampoco es tan grave. Además, recomiendo si o si a quien vaya a la Isla, arrendar un auto, así que teniendo un auto esto ya no es problema y se está a 3-4 min en auto del pueblo.

Habitaciones cómodas, amplias y limpias. Desayuno muy bueno. Excelente relación calidad-precio. Personal muy atento, especialmente la sra del desayuno que siempre atenta a los requerimientos y Odette excelente anfitriona, que te recoge y lleva al aeropuerto, te ayuda a planificar tus tours y consejos para hacer la estadía espectacular.

Lo único que mejoraríamos sería el aislamiento de las habitaciones, lamentablemente se escucha de una habitación a otra.

Excelente estancia. Todo el staff muy simpatico y disponible. Desayuno excelente. Solo internet fallo despues de una tormenta electrica. La gerencia tuvo que remplazar repetidores quemdaos por la tormenta. Al ser una isla tampoco se puede pedir mucho mas.

La luz del patio de entrada quedaba prendida toda la noche y se filtrava para nuestra habitacion en la planta baja. Tuvimos que alir afuera a apagar la luz. Tampoco nos gusto que a las 6 de la mañana una turista americana bajara sl slaon y se pusiera haciendo una video conference de trabajo habalando fuerte, tuvimos que slair a pedir que resetara los demas huespedes.

Nos encanto nuestra estadía. Todos los espacios muy limpios y cómodos. El desayuno era variado y fresco. El hotel esta un poco alejado del centro pero eso te permite recorrer más. El personal muy amable y atento. Volveríamos si o si.

Habitación amplia, cómoda, cama muy cómoda, almohadas muy buenas. Dormitorio y baño limpios. Lugar tranquilo, sin ruidos salvo la naturaleza. Desayuno variado, ricos jugos de frutas. Wi Fi : OK ( solo se cae a ratos, al parecer es es frecuente en la Isla) Muy bien atendidos. Lo recomiendo!

Ubicación es buena, pero para movilizarte necesitas auto... no está tan cerca del centro.

El hotel es bonito, tienes vistas al mar, terraza y habitaciones confortables. Está a las afueras de Hanga Roa y la zona es tranquila para relajarse. El personal es amable. Mi marido se rompió un dedo del pie, lo llevé al hospital y la dueña apareció allí al enterarse para preocuparse por nosotros. Eso es servicio al cliente.

Podrían variar un poco más el desayuno.

La limpieza del hotel es muy buena, el desayuno excelente, la vista de la habitación muy linda y Odette una muy buena anfitriona con buenos datos.

Frühstück war klein aber fein. Service Mitarbeiterin war sehr freundlich.

Wc spühlung sehr schwach. Dusche entweder kochend heiß oder eiskalt. Ameisen im Zimmer. Preise von Getränken in der Unterkunft.( haben daher keine dort gekauft). Auch kein gratis wasser.... Mietwagen anmietung nicht vor ort sondern im Stadtzentrum. Sehr abgelegen.

Tuvimos un pequeño problema que se solventó. Además oímos como otros huéspedes que se alojaron en las mismas fechas que nosotros pagaron 300 Lucas menos.

Location slightly out of town but not a problem.

The coffee selection at breakfast, instant coffee. The hotel could splurge on a good coffee machine or at least a Keurig or something similar. A bit far from downtown, but easily accessible by taxi. Walkable distance.

It had a great view of the magnificent sunsets. It was quiet and small. Very nice breakfast to start the day. Beds were comfortable and large. We kept the patio door open at night for fresh air since it was Spring there. The was a wrap-around patio/porch on the second floor where we could sit outside and gather for drinks and conversation. I would stay there again.

It’s a little bit distant from the main section of town, so a walk is required. But that part of town was also busier and noisier.

There is a beautiful garden for relaxing in the vicinity of the hotel. The owner Mrs. Odette was a wonderful host, right from the moment we arrived at the airport, where she personally picked us up with flower necklaces (she was pleased with the kind attention) and on the way to the hotel she managed to introduce us to the center of the island's capital. She took care of the suction on the day of departure and when our transportation to the crater failed, she drove us there herself and we had an amazing experience. The hotel was spacious, clean, although a little far from the center, but if you are used to it, you can also walk on foot and at the same time enjoy the atmosphere of the environment. The breakfast was varied and one of the best we ate in South America during our one-month stay.

Compared to other accommodation, we did not find anything that we did not like.

The location was about a 40 minute walk to town. However it is mostly uphill going back and it was HOT!

Views were beautiful. Breakfast was filling, varied and tasty. Showers were hot, bed was comfortable. Owner was friendly, attentive and very helpful.

If you don’t rent a car, it’s a long walk to downtown or plan on spending a bit on taxis.

Odette was a good communicator. She made us feel right at home from airport pickup onward.

It’s a very nice and clean house with spacious rooms; big common area downstairs and a beautiful garden. The bed was very comfortable, a lot of space for the suitcase and clothes; very quiet and with AC. The breakfast was very simple but enough to start the day. It’s 20 minutes walk to the “city center”.

It was very clean, pickup and drop off to airport offered and breakfast was delicious.

There was no sign to where breakfast was served, it was in a seperate building from where our room was.

Great location for walking to Tahai. Very quick communication from the host. Check out super easy, breakfast has multiple options including fresh fruit, yogurt, granola, cold cuts, cheese and fresh bread. Patio of the room was very large and had good seating, view was incredible.

I wish I knew the property is very far from any type of store, I would have purchased water in town. Would be even better if they offered drinks in the lobby, for purchase. The walls, doors and floors were very thin so you could hear everything, and be heard.

The view was nice, and staff serving breakfast were very kind. The garden has lots of lovely flowers. The owner was welcoming initially, and offered refreshments upon arrival, but that is all I can say, for the rest of my stay interaction was minimal, basically below average/ish. As for the location it's a bit out of town, but it's not far to walk into town, the only trouble could be the herds of stray dogs.

The balcony and terrace looked rather messy, with the garden furniture thrown all over the place. The bathroom was spacious with a big window overlooking the public balcony, however one side of the window had no privacy screen on it, so I had to use a chair cushion to block the view in case someone walked past! Breakfast was late pretty much every morning, and choices weren't great, though this improved as days passed by. I had to eat my scrambled eggs with a teaspoon because there were no forks. The king size room I booked was okay, but it would be nice to have sofa or an armchair for a room at that price (I paid about £120 per night for myself). Also, kettle and tea only available in the main lounge. Again, for that price I'd appreciate to have such a basic item in my room. Apparently the owner was offering a little gift to guests upon check-out, but I didn't even get a farewell.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! First of all, Odette was so responsive. she answered all of my questions right away. she even came and picked us up from the airport when I decided at the last minute not to drive ourselves to the hotel. Our room was beautiful and faced the ocean with beautiful sunsets. The hotel was immaculate and the breakfast was so good. we fell in love with Florencio who served us breakfast each morning. She surprised me at breakfast our second morning with gluten free bread and cookies. It is a quiet location- with beautiful flowers. This is definitely the place to stay!
