Kohteen sijainti oli täydellinen. Helppo kulkea kaupungilla, kun asunto oli kävelymatkan päässä kaikesta. Helppo löytää ja mukava rauhallinen talo. Pienestä koosta huolimatta, mahtui hyvin useampi henkilö.

Asunto oli paikoin epäsiisti. Sohvalle tehty peti täytyi imuroida, kun pölyä oli selkänojan päällä ja taitoskohdissa niin paljon. Myös makuuhuoneen sängyn alla oli pölyä ihan isoina palleroina. Pöly aiheutti herkistyneelle leiviä hengitysoireita.

Pieni kompakti asunto. Sopiva 4 hengelle ja jos olis ollut enemmän niin tiukkaa tekis. Lähellä kaikkea.

Olohuoneen tuuletusikkunan kahva oli rikki.

Die wirklich sehr zentrale Lage ist außergewöhnlich - alles war gut zu Fuß zu erreichen! Die Ausstattung und die Gemütlichkeit des Appartements sind ebenfalls hervorzuheben - wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt!

De gezelligheid en het hebben van een woonkamer, slaapkamer en keuken.

Het keukenkastje was een beetje kapot en ook de lades in de badkamer waren versleten.

The location worked well for us.

You had to pick up the key in one location and the walk to another location. The directions for checking in need to be updated (the You Tube video.) A few things were not in good repair (cabinets, window closures)

Sijainti hyvä, ympärillä paljon ruokapaikkoja ja muutenkin lähellä kaikkea.

Très bien situé. Excellent suivi clientèle en particulier les check-in et check-out. Très bien équipé, décor agréable. Cuisine pratique.

Les lits sont très inconfortables.

Het appartement is heel efficiënt ingericht en ligt echt in het centrum van Tampere. Tampere is een ontzettend leuke en gezellige stad, vlakbij prachtige natuur.

In de avond en nacht erg veel geluidsoverlast van de straat. Het bed in de slaapkamer was erg zacht.

Vierailimme helteiden aikaan ja makuuhuone oli tosi kuuma, ikkunaa ei saanut auki.

Skønt kvarter med mange caféer og beliggenheden var meget central. Rummelig lejlighed.

Central location with railway station around the corner, 20 min by tram to Tampere university and 15 min by bike to TAMK. Spacious apartment with all you might need. Lots of eateries to choose from.

Cleaning could be better: coffee stains on the blanket and curtains, white socks got dirty pretty quickly while in the apartment. The bedroom window's lock got broken, so I couldn't close the window without force, but they promised to repair it soon. The neighborhood is a bit loud with bars (especially in the beginning of a study year)and garbage trucks. Wouldn't leave my bike parked outside either, as there are all sorts of people hanging around.

Location is good and there are many eateries surrounding the property.

The host could have just left the room keys with the Cafe for direct correction of keys instead of requesting guests to fill up particulars of staying guests as well as signing of rental agreement. I don't feel comfortable by uploading the passport info in the submission though I did it as requested. I am not sure it is appropriate for the host to collect all these info. I assume booking.com had already provided the relevant information of the guests. A little disappointment with no dryer provided in the room. In addition, it may consider providing two room keys for ease of access by the guests.

Comfortable and clean, great central location near shops and restaurants and train station. Washing machine was useful for laundry.

Water leak in the bathroom bidet shower hose made the floor wet sometimes.

Near everything you could imagine including train station, bus station and plenty of restaurants/stores. The place was very quiet and comfortable. There's basically everything you need for a short or long staying and this means dishwasher, washing machine, microvawe, kettle, coffee machine, hairdryer and so on. I put it in the pros even tho you might consider it a cons: The bathroom is extremely basic, without window or fine finishes but it's a very common thing in Finland as it is not given aesthetic importance: it's just a small, rational and merely functional room that's why you might not like it. I actually do.

Maybe the only thing I didn't like was the external maintenance works that prevented us from seeing out the window and made air exchange almost impossible. But it had been specified in the message sent to me by the owner so it can't be considered a cons.

Location in city center near train station

No fresh air in apartment. No possible open the window.

Key pick-up easily arranged with a partner restaurant allowing for late check-in. Great location in my opinion, near to the train station and the main shopping street. Nokia Stadium, Tampere University and the city center attractions can be reached in 5-10 minutes on foot. Great apartment that is well equipped. I liked the interior design and integration of the kitchen.
