Etre en dehors de la ville, au calme

Fuite d’eau dans la salle de bain mentionnée depuis plusieurs avis. propreté de la chambre, mais surtout de la cuisine limite. Proposition de traite de vaches le matin sans suivi de la proposition.

Wonderful spot, beautiful views and very well run. Rooms are comfortable and as the name suggests there are plenty of hammocks around. Also a kitchen.

Access through town can be a little tricky, streets are steep.

What I like the most was the view, this farm is located in a perfect spot to a see beautiful landscape and it looks cozy from the outside.

When you reserve it says : breakfast included. This is not true and that was a little bit dissapointing keeping in mind the farm was far from any store and the nearby cafés or stores, were opened at 1pm, so having breakfast for just one morning can be challenging. Another aspect is the facility is really antique. At night, it rained for a while and a drizzle was coming inside from the roof in the living room. Thanks god it stops raining and in our bedroom there was a drop ceiling that was covering the main roof so it avoids issues with the rain. In general, there is an out-of-date description of the place: 1) Breakfast is not included 2) The facility seems a little bit torn and unattended. 3) They said we were supposed to be offered a fresh glass of milk from the cows there, but that's not true as well. If you go there, keep in mind that maybe you need groceries in advance because the accomodation doesn't offer any of those.

Habían cucarachas en la cocina.

Excelente hospedaje. El personal fue muy atento y cordial en todo momento, siempre pendientes de cualquier necesidad y brindando un servicio de alta calidad. Las instalaciones están muy bien cuidadas, limpias y cómodas. Destaco especialmente lo tranquilo del lugar, ideal para descansar sin ruidos ni interrupciones. Sin duda, una experiencia muy agradable que repetiría.

Juste pour la vue et la tranquillité, cet hébergement est génial. Il y a beaucoup d’oiseaux et on est loin du bruit de la ville. Par contre, il faut savoir que l’établissement est loin du centre, nous n’avons jamais eu de problème à trouver un taxi pour rentrer. Ça demande juste un peu d’organisation au niveau de la nourriture et de l’eau. L’espace est rudimentaire et les chambres sentent effectivement l’humidité. Mais si vous savez à quoi vous attendre, vous ne serez pas déçus. L’hôte est super gentil et il a été nous porter au terminal à la fin du séjour.

El lugar es hermoso. Vale la pena tomarse al menos medio día para apreciar el paisaje, para ver las estrellas, para hacer avistamiento de pájaros desde una hamaca o para caminar a la cascada cercana. Alcanza a tener las ventajas de la ruralidad sin estar lejos de la ciudad. Es más cómodo si tienen vehículo propio (la última parte es destapada), pero la caminata hasta el centro de Villamaría es breve y pasan por ver una hermosa vista de Manizales. Andrés es súper atento para lo que necesites y recibe con mucha hospitalidad.

Sigue siendo rural. Si usted es un citadino quisquilloso que no tolera cosas como ver polillas en el cuarto, puede que no lo disfrute. El baño privado se encharca, pero ya están en proceso de arreglarlo.

L'etablissement n'est pas entretenu, il y a une grande salle commune , une cuisine mais qui etait salle . Les cloisons sont minces on entend tout la musique des voisins ,le chauffe eau et les toilettes collees a la chambre . Les couvertures sentaient le moisi, le lavabo de la salle de bain etait cassé on pataugeait dans 2 cm d'eau et ca sentait les egouts. L'accès et l'emplacelent ne sont pas pratiques,il fait monter par des rues avec pente a 20% et puis chemin de terre . Rien pour manger autour il faut marcher des kilometres .Donc a part pour rester sur place avec sa nourriture ce n'est pas un bon emplacement . Nous avions reservés 2 nuits mais nous sommes parti apres la premiere

El precio, la cercanía a la ciudad, el sendero que tiene la propiedad. Aunque la persona que nos iba a recoger nos quedó mal, por fortuna nos encontramos a Andrés (el anfitrión) en el camino y nos bajó al pueblo en su carro para tomar transporte desde ahí.

La falta de luz en el corredor en la noche (la verdad hace MUCHA falta), la falta de juegos o actividades disponibles; la falta de info y recomendaciones con anterioridad para optimizar la estadía; detalles muy pequeños que hacen toda la diferencia. No es evidente llegar, puede ser complejo.

No me gustó nada

Parece una casa del terror abandonada y sucia , el agua se va muy seguido , la ubicación es muy lejos y hay que subir unas lomas demasiado empinadas y luego una carretera destapada para llegar al lugar , hace demasiado frío y esas cobijas son muy delgadas y no calientan.

La tranquilidad

Very friendly staff and comfortable accommodation all for a great price.

Wasn't a problem for me, as I have been travelling with a car, but if you would like to see the city, transportation might be difficult.

Vous cherchez un endroit au calme c est le lieux pour vous. Vous aimez le rustique, l’authentique, le sans « chichi » et la simplicité c est un lieux pour vous. Nous avons passé 2 nuits avec nos 2 enfants 10 ans et 13 ans. Séjour reposant. Nous avons pu faire la traite des vaches. Attention lieux dans la montagne, très très pentu. Nous reviendrons si nous passons pas la.

Les matelas sentent l’humidité. Un changement serait à prévoir.

La ubicación es fenomenal para quien busque calma naturaleza vistas y senderismo, avistamiento de pájaros y vacas contentas que pastean libremente y se puede ir a ver cómo se ordeñan, el ternero también recibe su porción de leche! De hecho es la segunda vez que regreso. La calidez, gentileza de Andrés añade al encanto del lugar.

Lugar perfecto para descansar, cercano a las atracciones turísticos, la amabilidad del administrador. Ambiente Campestre. Apropiado para las personas que se conecta con la naturaleza.

Un día es poco, para disfrutar del lugar.

Peace and tranquility

On the mountain with beautiful landscape and cheap. Delicious breakfast. Nice owner. Really nice!

Only the faculties of the bedroom is simple with an used bed. Seems not fancy.

Extremely hospitable and helpful hosts who connected us to a great guide (Alejandro) who took us to Los Nevados national park. The flower garden with views of the Andean foothills is very pleasant and the hammock patio that surrounds the house is a great place to relax. If you want a place to stay that feels like you're welcomed into a nice rural home then this is a great option. There is also a pair of modest outdoor bar/restaurants a short walk away for watching the sunset or looking at the lights of Manizales.

The location of the home is a decent drive from Manzinales and is even a bit outside of Villamaría; our original cab driver couldn't find it and was frustrated and confused. So minor deduction for the difficulty of reaching the property. However our host was very helpful in getting us a ride down the hill to Villamaría and I bet he'd help arrange a ride up if you ask in advance.

The scenarie and location was beautiful.

The bathroom and linens need prompt attention. This issue made us leave early due to health concerns. This was brought to mananegement's attention. Hopefully changes will be implemented, as we did not hear back from them directly.
