Po wejściu do budynku wyczuwalny był już charakterystyczny mocny zapach wilgoci. W pokoju nr 4 za oknem był klimatyzator, który dmuchał ciepłym powietrzem w kierunku okien i był bardzo głośny.

Il fatto di non conoscere nessuno dello staff mi ha un po destabilizzato. Poi non ci è stata mai rifatta la stanza, forse per un errore mio nel capire come comunicare allo staff che era libera e poteva essere rassettata.

Reviewed Aug 18, 2026We always choose La Maison Del Mar. There was never a problem, the location is great, only 4 minutes to the sea, restaurants, shops, everything is nearby. Clean, tidy. And always been quiet.
It would be very good if they tightened the noise regulations for residents. Because during this stay, on the last night, new arrivals in the setting make a party . My daughter was uncomfortable when drunk people were walking and shouting outside the door until 2 am

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026L’emplacement est super ! Très proche de la mer ainsi que des arrêts de bus. La climatisation étais très bien avec la chaleur dehors. Le lit très grands est agréable.
Malheureusement il y a un bar juste à côté de l’établissement qui fais nous entendons énormément résonner la nuit avec les voix. Les autres personnes de l’établissement n’étais pas très respectueux envers les autres (Porte claquée, cours dans les escaliers). Le logement n’est pas très bien isolé

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026Situation géographique très agréable, proche de la mer et suffisamment éloignée du centre touristique. Cela permet de se retrouver davantage avec les locaux, ce qui rend le voyage encore plus appréciable.
L’humidité dans la chambre ainsi que la forte odeur de tabac à l’intérieur n’étaient pas du tout agréables. Peut-être que le ménage des chambres pourrait être fait au moins une fois au milieu du séjour, car ce sont de toutes petites chambres et, entre la plage, etc., les serviettes que nous avions étaient sales, tout comme le sol. Ce n’était donc plus vraiment agréable au bout de quelques jours. Mais vraiment, je pense que l’humidité est le principal point négatif et le plus désagréable de notre séjour.

Si te tocan vecinos ruidosos estás perdido… además como no hay personal allí estás vendido. Y lo de las zonas comunes es un espacio muy pequeño pero es mejor no contar con el. Genial tener una nevera pero como a algún inquilino le de por cocinar allí algo en el microondas los olores llegarían a todo el alojamiento pues que es en lo que sería el hall y no hay ventilación. Yo tuve suerte pero me podría haber salido al revés. La habitación realmente es para dormir y ya, no es un sitio para estar. Como mucho dormir la siesta. También hay que tener en cuenta que el baño es pequeño (suficiente)

Reviewed Jul 20, 2026Experiencia pésima. Llegamos al alojamiento y nos encontramos con una plaga de cucarachas por la vivienda, además de no cumplir con lo anunciado. La única "solución" que nos ofreció el anfitrión fue echar insecticida en spray con nosotros dentro, algo totalmente inaceptable e insalubre. Ante la falta de higiene, seguridad y respuestas viables, nos vimos obligados a abandonar el apartamento la misma noche de llegada y hacer de vuelta el trayecto Málaga-Córdoba. Alojamiento nada recomendable

Reviewed Jun 30, 2026I like my stay in La Maison Del Mar Guest House, it was very cozy! The rooms are clean, nice and well-mantained, the bathroom was new and well-functioning. There was air conditioning. Outside there was a small patio; unfortunately my room was on the groundfloor facing another wall, so there was not a view from the patio, but still it was nice to have it on the open air. There is a kitchen, shared with the other rooms. The winning strength of the house is its position near to the Sea: it's very easy to change your clothes, take a towel, and arrive in 5 minutes to the beach! It's fantastic since you can easily come back to the house, either for lunch, a quick shower, or just to nap on the bed for half-an-hour. There is also a street with many restaurants nearby, with a lood of food and variety; they are used a lot by local people, so you know you're not walking in a tourist-oriented restaurant. Overall, both the comfort of the room, and the convience of the nearby beach and neighbourhood, made it a great choice for the stay.
The rooms are not very big. But this is not a problem, since most of the time you will be oustide on the beach. Also, while there is a good sound-proofing between rooms, you can hear what happens in the corridor (e.g., if somebody arrives late).

Das Zimmer Nr. 4 war rudimentär ausgestattet, kein Schrank, kein Stuhl, kein Hocker.. Mit der Beschreibung "Zimmer mit Terrasse" fühle ich mich betrogen. Es handelt sich um einen sehr kleinen Licht- u Luftschacht im Erdgeschoss, versehen mit einem Gulli. Die Mauern sind mind. 5 Meter hoch, vom Himmel nur ein Ausschnitt zu sehen. Das Schlimmste ist der Radau und die warme Abluft der großen Aircondition, wahrscheinlich für das ganze Haus. Es war auch wegen dem immer wieder einsetzenden furchtbaren Gestank nicht mal dran zu denken dort auch nur ein Handtuch zu trocknen.

La chambre est petite et peu isolée des autres, mais elle vaut complètement son prix.

Reviewed May 21, 2026Nice neighbourhood, closed to the beach, you can reach the city centre easily by bus or metro. The room is very small, but it was enough for us, and it is very clean.

Bathrooms. All bathrooms are made from very cheap material, so you hear every drop of water in the shower from the room next to the yours.
