Sehr schöne Aussicht. Viel Platz. Die Ausstattung war gut.
Sauberkeit, vor allem in der Küche und im Bad. Geschmack des Hauses.
The view. Amazing situation. All clean and comfy. Pretty well equipped though slightly randomly. Very nicely put together.
Random kitchen stuff. We want to cook - one bowl, only just enough of some stuff so we were always washing up. Dishwasher didn't really wash the dishes. I guess it needed cleaning but as a none dishwasher owner I don't want to spend my holiday doing that. Overall this is nitpicking though -irritation not problems.
Beautiful house , really clean , very comfy beds very easy instructions for getting to the property and how to get in also for leaving the property . Location iris amazing , we were blessed with great weather so made it even more spectacular. Would highly recommend and would definitely return
The house is gorgeous, very comfortable and cozy. Really appreciated the effective heating system, comfy beds, and modern amenities. The views are outstanding. Seaside and mountains all within a short drive.
The water is not safe to drink and we were not informed of this prior to arrival. Check-in details are only shared 30min before check-in time, and as internet connection can be limited and unreliable in such a remote location, it was rather stressful. On top of that, the letting agency operates through an online portal completely separate to Booking.com, which means information (including check-in details and notice about the water not being safe to drink) is not shared via Booking com. Instead you have to go looking for it on their portal. More direct communication via Booking.com or email would have been appreciated and more effective - and safer! Had I not found this water notice on the portal, we would all have ended up very sick!
Beautiful country cottage with stunning panoramic views. Very clean and the beds are very comfortable.
Loved everything , it catered to all our needs.
The location offers a beautiful panoramic view, where you can enjoy breathtaking sunrises. The place is cosy and warm. We stayed for two weeks in November with two babies. The host was very helpful and welcoming.
A really cosy, spacious house with exceptional views of the Connemara landscape. Ideal for a family with the 2 separate TV areas. We would love to come back again in the summer!
It was perfect 👌
Location was peaceful
Cold, no open fire like stared (electric fire) No games room like listed And WiFi doesn’t work
L'emplacement, l'environnement, le confort et la bonne literie
Pas toujours très propre, vitres avec traces de doigts, quelques disfonctionnements.
You are in Big nature but have Keoghs seafood and Guinness three minutes away. A dream.
Location, cleanliness, facilities
A few small things. Only one key provided-insufficient for a party of five; front door lock not working (side door working fine); no tea towels/kitchen towels provided; in kitchen no logic to the storing of cups/glasses/pots-dispersed accross cross a number of presses, making it difficult to find things
I loved this house and it's location. It looks straight out onto the bog, amazing views of the surrounding countryside from all the windows. Sheep and a Connemara pony in the field next door, orchids in the grass outside the house. We also saw a hare and two merlins at times on the way to the house. f you like the feeling of being out in the wild you will love it! But other houses scattered around, so not completely isolated, it's about 1/2 mile from Ballyconeely and not very far to Clifden by car. The house was bigger than I expected and had a lovely character. Although it was June there was quite a cold wind blowing but the house was cosy and snug. Would love to stay there again.
There were a few things strangely lacking - no washing up liquid and sponge or cloths (although there was a dishwasher and a couple of tablets, there was nothing to wipe down kitchen surfaces), no spare bin bags, no handsoap in the bathrooms or kitchen and just one tea towel. They could also do with a couple more small sharp knives for cooking. But don't let that put you off, it's a beautiful place!!
