Vaskemaskinen var full av skittentøy vi fikk ikke bruke vaskemaskinen under hele oppholdet oppvaskmaskinen var ute av stand og måtte vaske opp med hånd.ellers alt var bra.

Det var rent og fint når vi kom. Sentralt og parkering over veien. Eier var imøtekommende når vi lurte på noe.

Kunne vært hagemøbler utenfor.

Beliggenheten

Kom til leiligheten veldig sent på kvelden . Ble møtt av en leilighet som luktet innestengt sigarettrøyk. Det var så ille at vi kunne ikke bo der pga min kollega har astma og ble tett med engang vi gikk inn . Ringte flere ganger eier men ikke svar . Prøvde kontakte booking men ingen svar . Måtte ta inn på hotell for natten , for her kunne vi ikke bo. Fikk omsider kontakt med utleier men ingen forståelse for noe av dette. Føler at vi ikke ble trodd. Vi var på jobb i Lillestrøm hele uken , s var avhengig av et sted å bo. Dette ødela litt for oss , da vi måtte planlegge alt dette på nytt . Ga også ønske til utleier om refusjon av beløpet men møtte også motstand her . Syns det er dårlig kundebehandling og at man mistror sine gjester på denne måten . Fin leilighet hvis alt hadde vært rent og ikke luktet tungt av sigaretter.

When I made the reservation and arrived at the accommodation, I called the owner several times but he didn't answer. After two hours, he finally replied and told me, "I'm sorry, the apartment is unavailable."

Rolig og stille plass

Litt dårlig forklart hvor nøkler til leiligheten var . Burde skrevet at var nøkkelboks på terrassen og at leilighet var ovenfor nede , som stod 3 på , men ingen problem å få tak i utleier , som var behjelpelig , og savnet litt møbler ute på terrassen , da det ikke var noe der .

Fikk meg ikke inn og de vil ikke refundere. Hadde bursdag og planer om å Invitere alle venner men så fikk jeg meg ikke prøvde ofte å ringe men fikk ikke svar eller ble tatt opp hadde lite strøm Også

Var forklart og fulgte forklaringen men fant ikke noe nøkkel kode funka ikke

Veldig rolig og ren leilighet, bare 3min gangavstand til Oslomet. Parkeringsplass på den andre siden av veien. Enkel sjekk inn, gode instrukser.

La qualité du logement et le silence du quartier.

Très calme, très propre (sauf le lave-vaisselle), spacieux, sécurisé

Le lave-vaisselle était plein de vaisselle sale à notre arrivée, et ne fonctionnait pas. Cela créé des odeurs désagréables dans le salon. La communication via booking.com avec notre hote n'était pas très claire, à plusieurs reprises.

The host sent us the instructions with passcode to open the lock.Then he sent another mail with changed passcode.That also didnt work.Then we stood outside the apartment waiting for the new code and kept calling him for 30 minutes.iT was chilling outside and he finally sent us new passcode.The response was bad and much dealyed. Then there was no coffee an teas in the apaartment and when enquired owner said we dont keep.We stayed for sevebn days and there was no cleaning.When asked they told us we would be charged for cleaning.

Great location. Fantastic view behind the window. Clean, nice, warm apartment.

I liked everything.

Modern, warm and comfortable. WiFi excellent. Near local bus service.

I didn’t like having no towels while I waited for the towels used by the previous guests to dry. I was advised by the host to use a bathrobe. The radiator in the bedroom had come off the wall - no one came to fix it. The oven was dirty. Bedroom storage packed with bedding No bedside table or lamp

Great location, silent neighbourhood and close by bus etc. Great place to live, while studying at OsloMet Kjeller.

Not so far from Oslo. Big free parking, but ca. 200m from the apartment. Nice instruction sent via mail how to get to the apartment - my daughter have fun to solve it. Big space, enough even for bigger family.

You cannot park Your car right in front of the apartment.

easy to get to the fair via the bus, I felt at home with the space… and I slept well

maybe not the apartment’s fault but the walkway was not shoveled after the snow fell… it was a bit dangerous … luckily I didn’t get my socks wet

The flat is nice, it has all the basic things. The living room is really great. Probably even better during summer.

The closets are full of beddings (one was disgustingly dirty) so there is no room for personal items. There is no shelf nor night lamp next to the bed. The towel were not prepared. The bedroom may be cared for and arranged much better. So far it's mostly (except living room) and empty space. You can see nobody lives there permanently. Putting the wardrobe on another wall and placing some small shelf next to the bed, plus a hanger in the corridor would make this flat a way nicer.

This was an excellent apartment. This is the second apartment I've rented from JECI, and once again this one also exceeded my expectations. This apartment was bright, modern, clean, spacious and beautiful. It's equipped with everything you need, and you only need to bring your suitcase with clothes. Great price, and you get much more for the price than with a hotel, as you get your own kitchen, living room, bathroom and bedroom with kitchen utilities. There were also towels, toilet paper and soap and everything you need for your stay without having to go out and buy extra. The apartment was bigger than what I expected from the pictures. It was easy to enter the apartment with a lockbox and code, and instructions with pictures sent to my email. The apartment is less than a 5 minutes drive to stores and restaurants and malls. Overall I had a great stay and everything exceeded my expectations. Wonderful service from yet another JECI apartment.

LOCATION

When we arrived the lock box info did not come till late, there were many sheets in the washing machine, there were 4 bathrobes in the washing machine still wet, no TV and the instructions were in Polish, (we think), electric tea pot didn't work, the bathroom rug was so dirty that it stuck to the floor and we couldn't move it. There were clothes hanging and drying. The dishwasher was dirty. I have pictures of all this if you want them.

Good and quiet location (despite bulding ongoing in the neighbourhood), enough space in the apartment.

Bed very soft and bedding not ironed (taken out from the washingmachine), bedsheets provided for 2 persons despite 3 booked. Laundry in the washingmaschine (not taken out) . Kitchen not equiped well for any bigger cooking. Parking not provided! Information about public parking is not correct, no public parking possibilities around. Only available parking lot belonging to the local school - penalty possible.

Close to the airport, the town and property were nice.

Parking not clearly indicated in check in instructions. Only 2 pillows available that we could find but couch cushions made a good pillow in a pinch.

Value for money stay for families. New, clean and comfy apartment with all facilities, kitchen, washing machine with dryer, and toiletries

Its okay location wise and Cleanliness and privacy wise for family
