Recensione Il campo non assomiglia lontanamente a quello delle immagini, tanto da farci pensare che ci abbiano messo in un campo diverso da quello che avevamo prenotato. Il prezzo basso è ingannevole: appena prenotato arriva un messaggio con tre opzioni tutte a pagamento con prezzo crescente (da 50 a 80 euro a persona), almeno una delle quali obbligatoria per completare la prenotazione: la prima opzione, la più bassa, comprende solo il trasporto in fuoristrada 4X4 fino al campo, che si trova in pieno deserto, e non è quindi raggiungibile con nessun altro mezzo. Nella prenotazione è garantita la possibilità di parcheggio, ma non viene specificato che questo è lontano dal campo. Per quanto riguarda i servizi offerti, mancavano quasi tutti quelli indicati nella prenotazione: Wi-Fi raramente funzionante, niente aria condizionata, niente tappeti sul pavimento delle tende (soltanto un orribile pavimento finto marmo), nessun armadio ma solo piccoli comodini con cassetti, nessuna presa elettrica nella tenda, sanitari sporchi e maleodoranti (nel nostro lavandino c’erano residui di dentifricio e capelli), mancanza di pulizia in generale, va da sé, nessuna traccia di idromassaggio e nessuna traccia nemmeno di biciclette, i prodotti da bagno forniti consistevano soltanto in due minuscole saponette da hotel e tre bustine di shampoo. Il buffet della colazione era povero e fatto per lo più di cibi preconfezionati. La cena era discreta ma le quantità ridotte. Dulcis in fundo, abbiamo scoperto che, diversamente da quanto indicato nella conferma della prenotazione, l’unica modalità di pagamento erano i contanti.

Nous avons passé une nuit magique au cœur des dunes de sable dorées. La balade à dos de chameau au coucher du soleil a été une expérience inoubliable, et lorsque la nuit est tombée, nous avons admiré les étoiles dans un ciel d'une clarté exceptionnelle. La nourriture était délicieuse et le service excellent. Je recommande à toute personne visitant le Maroc de ne pas manquer cette expérience.

Reservamos y preguntamos como era el traslado al campamento ya que lo desconocíamos. Después de preguntar dos veces sin obtener respuesta, nos escriben unas horas antes sobre el traslado. Ahí es donde está el truco: el traslado cuesta más del doble que cuesta el dormir. Menos mal que ante la falta de asistencia nos buscamos otro campamento y no fuimos con ellos. La reserva son solo 20 euros pero por el traslado se aprovechan. Un fraude.

This was our first visit to the Sahara, and it surpassed every expectation we had. Rarement avons-nous séjourné dans un endroit où autant d'attention est portée aux petits détails. À notre arrivée, la tente était parfaitement préparée avec des bouteilles d'eau, des serviettes impeccables, des articles de toilette de qualité et une décoration élégante mêlant artisanat marocain et confort moderne. Les tentes sont suffisamment éloignées les unes des autres pour garantir une excellente intimité. Après une séance de sandboard sur les dunes, nous avons profité d'un moment de détente devant notre tente avec un thé à la menthe tout en admirant un magnifique coucher de soleil. Le calme, la propreté et la qualité des installations ont largement dépassé nos attentes

What truly makes this luxury camp special is the exceptional hospitality. Every member of the team was kind, professional, and genuinely cared about making our stay perfect. The tent was immaculately clean, elegantly furnished, and very comfortable, with excellent insulation that kept the temperature pleasant throughout the night. Dinner included a wonderful selection of authentic Moroccan dishes, all freshly prepared and beautifully presented. Afterward, we spent the evening around the campfire enjoying traditional music, mint tea, and friendly conversations with other travelers. The welcoming atmosphere made us feel like part of a family rather than guests

Dal momento del nostro arrivo al campo siamo stati accolti con un caloroso benvenuto a base di tè marocchino e datteri. Più tardi abbiamo trascorso una serata intorno al fuoco ascoltando musica berbera dal vivo sotto un cielo incredibilmente pieno di stelle. We wanted an authentic Sahara experience without sacrificing comfort, and this camp delivered exactly that. Our tent featured a spacious bedroom, premium bedding, beautiful Moroccan decorations, and a spotless private bathroom with hot showers. After walking through the dunes during sunset, we enjoyed an excellent Moroccan dinner before gathering around the fire to listen to traditional Berber music performed by local musicians. The silence of the desert, the outstanding service, and the luxurious accommodation made this one of the most memorable experiences of our trip through Morocco

Diese Erfahrung im Camp und generell in der Wüste war für uns eine Bereicherung. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und sind auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen. Trotz später Ankunft, aufgrund von Flugproblemen, hat die Abholung ins Camp reibungslos funktioniert. Tagsüber war es sehr heiß. Wir wurden in ein Hotel in der Nähe gebracht und durften gegen einen kleinen Aufpreis mehrere Stunden schwimmen, relaxen und essen. Abends haben wir eine Quadtour (sehr empfehlenswert) und einen Kamelritt bei Sonnenuntergang gemacht. Alles in allem war es eine super schöne Reise und wir würden es gerne mal wiederholen; nur beim nächsten Mal zu einer anderen Zeit, da es im Juni sehr heiß ist und es im Zelt schnell stickig wird.

Lo que más me gustó de este campamento fue la gran variedad de actividades disponibles. Comenzamos el día con un paseo en camello, luego practicamos sandboard sobre las dunas y, por la tarde, exploramos el desierto en cuatriciclos. A pesar de la cantidad de actividades, todo estuvo muy bien organizado y nunca nos sentimos apurados. Después de las excursiones pudimos disfrutar de una ducha caliente antes de la cena. Por la noche nos reunimos alrededor de la fogata, escuchando música tradicional y compartiendo historias con viajeros de diferentes partes del mundo

The décor beautifully reflected the local Amazigh and Saharan culture. Before sunset, we joined a camel trek through the golden dunes, enjoying breathtaking views as the desert changed colors in the evening light. Upon returning, a delicious dinner awaited us, including fresh Moroccan salads, a perfectly prepared tagine, seasonal fruits, and traditional desserts. Later, guests gathered around a campfire while local musicians played traditional Saharan music. The sky was filled with countless stars, creating one of the most magical nights we have ever experienced. This was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience

La nuit, l’observation des étoiles était tout simplement fascinante grâce à la pureté du ciel désertique

We have visited several desert camps in different countries, but this camp in Merzouga was by far the best. The tents were beautifully designed, combining authentic desert charm with luxurious touches. Inside, we found elegant furniture, traditional rugs, and exceptionally comfortable beds. Cleanliness was impeccable throughout the camp, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We spent part of the day riding quad bikes across the dunes before returning to watch the sunset from a nearby viewpoint. The sight of the dunes glowing in shades of gold and orange was unforgettable. Dinner was generous and delicious, and the staff constantly checked to make sure every guest was comfortable. Spending the night surrounded by the silence of the desert was a unique and unforgettable experience

The tent was very comfortable, making it feel like a luxury hotel in the middle of the desert. Even small gestures such as tea service and bed preparation reflected a high level of professionalism, making guests feel truly special
