The casino floor downstairs really smelled of cigarettes smoke even though it was non-smoking. The music of downtown Vegas was audible from our hotel room at ever hour of the night. This is perhaps just Vegas but was unexpected. We were still able to sleep and the hotel also offers earplugs.

Pool. All good seats with shade you have to pay extra. Pool is small and gets crowded fast and loud Bebop music for 20 year olds .

While gambling, I was approached and threatened by a stranger, when asked to buy him a hotdog, I said NO, which made me uncomfortable. I spoke with security and he only advised that the young man had been kicked out. As a guest in the hotel, security should be visible at all times. I know everyone needs a JOB, but the head of security would've be able to handled that young man.

La atención al cliente exelente, solo en la barra donde venden alcohol muy mal servicio por parte de una filipina, muy grosera y racista.. Lo demás todo exelente muy limpio.

I didn't have my security deposit right away and the security guards were harassing me like I was a crackhead but after that everything was ok 😂😭😂😭😭😭

Location and was pretty clean.

Wasn’t able to sleep well. Fan was making a horrible noise. Front desk had long lines and not enough workers. Had no hot water when I showered. Was supposed to send maintenance but not sure if anyone came by since it was still making a loud noise when we returned. Tried to upload a video showing how loud it was but it doesn’t let me.

Of course the location, perfect! Nice, cleam rooms, very comfortable. The parking was easy to reach and the staff really helpfull.

I came to Vegas for house music and to eat and enjoy myself but the Vegas police and hotel security treated me like I was homeless I live in Chicago I was only here for 4 days I'm 58 I'm not a child.as long as I'm spending money and not causing trouble leave me alone

Room was nice

Did not have a refrigerator and you can hear the noise coming from Fremont street at night. Nor did it have a desk or table or chairs.

The free bottled water and café were great. The room was clean, and the room service was friendly and attentive. Free parking was also very convenient.

The bed is a little too soft, and the music at night can be a bit loud. I recommend bringing earplugs if you’re a light sleeper.

Big and clean rooms + the free parking was super convenient! We decided to stay off the strip this time for a more peaceful time, but it’s the same thing noise wise lol. The staff was great - the receptionists, the man working the concierge booth were all very friendly and helpful!

No minifridge in the room, but another guest told me in the elevator that you can request one from the reception.

Non pulitissimo, alcuni capelli nella doccia. Ma comunque abbastanza pulito. La piscina è strutturata in modo da avere pochi posti gratuiti e tutti quasi completamente al sole per farti affittare una cabana a partire dai 180$ in su, e comunque metà delle cabane ha lo stesso il sole. Penso che dovrebbero omnreggiare maggiormente la zona attorno alla piscina, altrimenti veramente con 40°C non ha senso, infatti è sempre deserta

The property was value for money as it was central to downtown and very close to Fremont street. The room was cleaned every day and overall spacious.

The breakfast options included in the price were very average. No fridge in the room, if you wanted one you needed to pay an extra amount daily. Knowing now about the location, I would book closer to the vegas strip and not downtown Fremont as the area is not that great - but that is based on our lack if research, for downtown the location and hotel was good.

It was on Fremont Street, which has plenty of restaurants, bars, and other hotels and casinos. It is right there about a block from the Fremont experience, which is fun.

I’ll be coming here for the last 2 1/2 to 3 years I like their self parking garage but the dang elevator has not worked in three years. You have to schlep your luggage up and down 2 to 5 flights of stairs. It sucks they need to fix it.

Location is amazing! A quick walk and you're in the middle of Freemont Street. The beds were very comfortable.

The draw back to being next to Fremont Stre et is how loud it is well into the night. If you're a light sleeper, bring ear plugs because it's pretty loud. Not necessarily a complaint just something to keep in mind if you need to call it an early night.

We liked the restaurants inside and the fitness center. There was an issue with the AC but staff came and looked at it very quickly.

We didn't like the included continental breakfast very much. The way it was served was weird. And the only protein option was yogurt, which put off my protein obsessed partner.

We stayed in the”Casino Tower”. The bathroom sink took about five minutes to drain. No shower door or curtain on the shower, causing you to be chilled constantly, it also caused water to splash all over the bathroom floor. The toilet took at least three flushes to clear the bowl.

The A/C was fantastic. It was around 105F every day of the stay and our room was easily at 68F the entire time.

All was very organized.

A homeless person (man) just walked right in approached my wife while she was playing on the first fl. He asked for a dollar and started getting demanding when my wife refused. She grabbed her phone and called me and he left right away. Having security near entrance doors would be a great idea. Over all my Lady was a bit shocked but we both enjoyed our stay very much.

My stay at the hotel started off wonderfully. The room was perfect, and the bed was easily one of the best I’ve slept in. If you are looking simply for a comfortable place to sleep while exploring the beautiful nature around Las Vegas, the accommodations deliver. However, the experience in the casino took a truly bizarre and unwelcoming turn after the first couple of days. We are not high-rollers, nor are we the ideal gamblers casinos typically cater to. We prefer to spend our days exploring the outdoors, winding down in the evening with a good cigar, and playing the lowest-stakes machines—like the one-cent and five-cent slots. Whenever a waitress came by to take our drink orders, we made sure to generously tip for their service. For the first two nights, everything was fine........see below......

On the third night, however, the atmosphere shifted drastically. The waitresses suddenly stopped coming by altogether. Even worse, security personnel began staring at me. One security guard, in particular, stared at me literally, making the environment feel tense and uncomfortable. When I walked over to ask him directly why he was staring at me, he eventually walked away toward a row of trash cans—only to spit in my direction as a parting gesture. Final Verdict It is clear that management only wants big-spending gamblers on their floor. My strong advice for the casino manager is to simply take out the one-cent and five-cent machines if low-stakes players are treated with such disrespect. That way, you won't have to deal with any idiotic drama. Because of this unprofessional and unacceptable incident with the casino staff, we will never stay at this hotel again.

The gentleman at the hotel lobby check in was very nice and helpful, unfortunately l, I didn't get his name. The hotel was clean, smelled nice and is in a great location.

The casino staff didn't have the best customer service skills. The gentleman at the members desk, was not helpful and borderline rude. I asked a few questions regarding what the membership offered and how the point system worked, he gave a short not helpful answer. The slot my husband was playing got an 'error" code security came by and called it through the 2 way radio took about 10 min. for someone to go take care of it. In the meantime I asked someone at the card table if they can get someone he said," you're gonna have to go to members service desk and let them know, I asked, can't you call someone ? He said no, YOU'RE GOING TO HAVE TO GO OVER THERE AND LET THEM KNOW! I told him, no, I don't think so, I don't work here and walked away. The bartender had a bit of attitude when I asked for a Coke, she said well, it costs $5. I don't expect a smile from ear to ear, but a little kindness and good attitude is always appreciated:)

The Staff were ALL amazing! From Valet, bellhops, housecleaning, & waitresses.

There wasn't any big soaking bathtubs or benches in shower even in the suite or deluxe room. For an upgraded room, it would have been nice to have more amenities to feel like you got more bang for your buck.

The environment was amazing. The location is perfect because it was easy for me to visit other places.

The food was good. We had the $20 breakfast each day and we had tacos at the pool. The DJ on Saturday was great...hire him back. Loved the walk in shower as a disabled person.

First room dirty and found hair in our med and on pillows. The pool hours were bad considering they closed at 6 or 7. Pool should be open until atleast 10. Also there were not enough chases as they were being held for cabanas that no one was renting. Also confusing was that when knew that your restaurant The George was across the street.

How clean the rooms are and location

Everything was great, but our room was closer to Fremont and the bass shook our room for a little bit, still slept fine though once we fell asleep

The staff was so helpful and welcoming. The room was so clean. The cafe in the lobby was wonderful, they have really good coffee. Overall, a lovely stay for our first time in Vegas. Will definitely stay again.

The young lady that was in the front desk was very friendly and was very understandable for my late check-in... 10 /10 customer service..
