La zona del jardin y terraza esta muy bien. Piscina perfecta para darte un baño a cualquier hora del dia. La zona donde esta ubicada la casa es muy buena, si quieres desconectar es ideal. La atencion del propietario que te da respuesta rapido.
Nos falto algo de privacidad con el propietario de la propiedad, ya que usaba la misma puerta de entrada y salida que nosotros, consideramos que eso deberia estar indicado en el anuncio. Tambien se anuncia parking pero no hemos podido utilizarlo. Hemos estado rodeado de gatos, no podias dejar nada en las mesas ni dejarte alguna puerta abierta, ya que van a su aire por la finca, eso creemos que deberia solucionarse.
La piscina privada, el entorno del camí de ronda y la tranquilidad
La casa és molt còmode, propera a les platges i amb un jardí i piscina preciosos. Hi ha tot allò necessari: cuina equipada amb tots els estris, llits molt còmodes, banys correctes, aire condicionat, terrassa amb taula i cadires, sofà, tele, wifi, aparcament davant mateix de la casa ..Ubicat en una urbanització molt tranquil·la i a cinc minuts a peu de "Les Tres Cales", i a pocs minuts en cotxe del centre de l'Ametlla de Mar. El jardí està molt ben cuidat i la piscina és preciosa, amb la vora de fusta i un arbre (garrofer) al costat que sembla de conte. Sens dubte un lloc ideal per passar les vacances prop de les boniques cales d'aquella zona. El Gerard és molt atent i ofereix ajuda en tot. Molt recomanable.
Per posar alguna cosa, les 2 tombones que hi havia estaven trencades
Das Haus ist in einer ruhigen Wohngegend gelegen. Der Pool ist herrlich und das Ambiente um das Haus ebenso. Der nächste Strand ist zu Fuß in 4 Minuten zu erreichen. Klimaanlage, Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler sind vorhanden. Taps und Waschpulver selber mitbringen.
Die Autobahn und die Zugstrecke ist in unmittelbarer Nähe und somit immer zu hören. Falls man selber Kochen möchte ist die Küche für mehr als 4 Personen nicht unbedingt passend ausgestattet. Keine gescheite Salatschüssel, Weingläser, Wasserkocher etc. Die Betten in den kleinen Zimmern sind zum Teil recht kurz. Über 175cm sollte man nicht sein… 2 Liegestühle…beide kaputt Sonnenschirm selber mitbringen.
