Break fast starts only at 8.30 am, very bad option as traffic mounts up and need to have at 7.30 am to start the breakfast atleast

No TV working, only 1 complimentary water bottle, no kitchen crockery, Food quality not good, No AC in hall, No Fan regulator to reduce speed

Breakfast and staff

Wish they also had tie up with any car rentals so that I could rent cars on their behalf for whole day instead of relying on OLA or Uber.

The space of the suite.... Awesome in that price. The location was also very good. Staff at reception was very prompt.

The breakfast was sad all 4 days. Pls add more options. The kitchenette in room needs some utensils too.

It was most wonderful stay...even the staff rita was amazing.

The quality of mattress was very bad, the shower was also not well maintained. The staff kept forgetting our duration of stay and even rejected us fresh towels once! Not what you would expect from a 3 star hotel.

The staff was really helpful. The female at the reception was super friendly and helpful.

Value for money. Polite and attentive staff. Spacious Room. Breakfast has decent indian options. A coffee machine and a toaster could have made breakfast experience better.

I was in their apartment (BHK). In that particular apartment bedding has lived it's life; needs imediate replacement. Also bathroom needs a facelift.

Hotel Stuff very friendly. Hospitilaty very good.

The living room is very big, and the bed is excellent soft. The shopping mall is super close. The breakfast serves omelet.

The ac was not ok due to the smell from it. But after I switched to another room, problem is solved. Due to the outdoor restaurant, I can hear the projector’s voice.

Privacy, no disturbance and breakfast was good.

There was no refrigerator. Lights were yellow. TV should have been internet based too

We booked 2 rooms and they were really good size studio apartment and my kids really enjoyed the stay. We got a free upgrade on the rooms and it was great value for money. Breakfast options were also good. Would highly recommend.

No specific things to mention on the negative side but the food could have been better.

Value for money, booked this enroute to Mumbai from Goa where we needed to break our journey... Its a small boutique hotel with spacious rooms (was formerly service apts I believe).. relatively clean, nothing fancy. Breakfast had good options for veggies and there is a newish mall next door with a nice food court.

Spacious room. Comfy bed. A/C worked well. Good fridge and some kitchen facilities.

Breakfast wasn’t great. Basic Indian offering.

Catering service would have been better

It is very clean and the most impressive thing is the staff. Specially Rita at the reception. She is very helpful and nice nature and generous. Staff is available 24/7, you can call at any time. Rooms are clean and spacious. Location of the hotel is prime. It has lots of options for food just 1 minute walk. Hotel also has its own buffet system. It also has open area bar but to be honest i didn’t try. But good to try it out. Parking area is also very comfortable and spacious

Rooms were mediocre, not well maintained. The attitude of the staff is not good.

The room was badly maintained, they didn't consider my requests to sort out the room. The breakfast variety was very poor and they could not cater to simple requests like black coffee

It was nice and comfortable. The price was quite reasonable and the hotel provided complementary breakfast reasonable choice s. I recommend this hotel to everyone who would like to enjoy and looking for a comfortable stay.

Absolutely loved my stay at this hotel, From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly decorated welcomeing and attentive. The room was spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. Ovarall, this hotel exceeded our expectation in every was possible. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area.

Didnt have breakfast

The service could have been better. The intercom in the room was not working and after informing the reception, no action was taken to rectify it. It caused trouble to go down every time if anything was required. Could have link with taxi services which could help in hassle-free travel to the customers

1. Unpolite staff behaviour 2. Room lightings and aesthetics (bad lighting, switches not working, ac not working properly) 3. Sub standard breakfast 4. Hotels asking for payments at checkin time You will have to pay for everythings right away and they dont have that concept of consolidated billing. suppose you order something to the room, the staff will insist you in paying immediately and not during checkout. Too mich inconvenience.

This property is really osm...very hygiene atmosphere with beautiful scenic view from space outside the rooms………food quality is good....but need some variety...rooms are very bigger insize….. staff is very good...staff head Mr Dilip is very courteousely paying services every time....great experience

I had an exceptional stay at hotel Dortn. The staff was incredible welcoming'my room was spacious,clean,and elegantly decorated with a very comfortable bed.the dining option were fantastic offering a wide variety of delicious Conveniently located near.
