El entorno, la tranquilidad y el concepto del lodge son muy atractivos. Las habitaciones son amplias, cómodas y de diseño cuidado. Destacamos además que, pese a varios inconvenientes, el equipo se tomó el tiempo de escuchar nuestras observaciones y mostró disposición para conocer nuestra experiencia.

El servicio no está a la altura de la tarifa. Falta una atención más proactiva y personalizada: no basta con enviar información por WhatsApp; recepción debería orientar, anticiparse y facilitar actividades y reservas de la viña. Ante varios inconvenientes percibimos inicialmente más justificaciones que soluciones. También sorprende que instalaciones relativamente nuevas presenten filtraciones, humedad y deterioro, además de problemas de limpieza, mantención y disponibilidad de las tinajas. La coordinación entre el lodge y la viña necesita mejorar considerablemente.

Property and rooms were very nice. Amenities such as the hot tub were well functioning and really nice as well.

Breakfast has limited/ no choices (there is yogurt, eggs and bread but eg the cafe has amazing cakes and those are not part of breakfast). The dinner experience at the Food&Wine lab was underwhelming: wine selection average and overall experience not memorable for the price/ expectations. We felt the customer experience was a bit lacking (eg we were asked multiple time about the booking payment which did not initially go through and once completed never confirmed reception or sent a confirmation)

É a segunda vez que me hospedo no Vibo e fico muito feliz em saber que a qualidade não diminuiu. Pelo contrário: o hotel continua lindo, muito bem cuidado, e a equipe segue extremamente atenciosa e acolhedora. O restaurante Rayuela continua ótimo, como já lembrávamos da nossa primeira estadia. Desta vez, também tivemos a oportunidade de experimentar o jantar no Food and Wine Studio. Impecável! Mais uma estadia excelente e que confirma a ótima impressão que já tínhamos do Vibo. Certamente, um lugar para o qual temos vontade de voltar.

O lugar é diferenciado, com uma vista incrível do pôr do sol e excelente atendimento. Ao chegarmos, fomos recepcionados com uma taça de vinho e também ganhamos uma garrafa de vinho tinto. A acomodação é confortável e muito bem equipada, com tudo o que precisamos, inclusive roupões e pantufas. A área da piscina e dos hot tubs é incrível, embora um deles não estivesse funcionando durante a nossa estadia. Apesar de o local disponibilizar restaurante e café, escolhemos pedir comida para comer no próprio Lodge, e veio super rápido. Após o check-out, fizemos o tour “Vinhos de Luxo” com um cupom de desconto.

Como sugestão de melhoria, poderiam disponibilizar tamanhos masculinos de roupões e pantufas, além de oferecer a opção de refeições na área de degustação.

A acomodação é especial, tudo pensado para o conforto . Funcionarios atenciosos, tentam agradar em tudo, nos ajudam e nos dão suporte

Acho que valeria uma meia pensão incluída , visto que o serviço cessa as 19:30. Apesar de poder reservar, vinho de cortesia, e os funcionários dão opção de delivery!

We loved our stay at Vibo Wine Lodge. The vineyard setting was beautiful and peaceful, the room was spacious and comfortable with a lovely private terrace, and the service was excellent. Our private wine tasting at Viu Manent Winery was a highlight of the trip. Highly recommended.

Los loft pese a que son cómodos, limpios y muy bonitos, habría esperado que al caminar no se moviera toda la estructura.

Fantastic location

Food service was so so, the cafe and restaurant seem very understaffed

The setting of the room in the vineyard, and the hotel being immersed in the Viu Manent winery and horse arenas was very beautiful and authentic feeling. The staff was very helpful (we speak little Spanish and most staff speak at least some English) and warm with hospitality. The breakfast is wonderful, and lunches at Rayuela were over the top. Food and Wine Studio was also over the top with the six course dinner. We also did the horseback riding and a private winery tour - very enjoyable. Overall a very fun, relaxing, and romantic location on our travels.

Um hotel boutique, pequeno, intimista, mas, com atenção para todos os detalhes. O quarto era lindo, cercado pelas vinhas, com privacidade. Vista para as montanhas e uma varanda deliciosa para curtir o céu estrelado com todo o conforto, inclusive uma banheira e até uma caixinha de som era oferecida. Cama super confortável, chuveiro ótimo e com vista também para as vinhas. Nos presentearam com uma garrafa de vinho e também gentilmente ofereciam uma taça de vinho todas as noites numa gostosa área ao ar livre. A piscina é incrível. Linda, com água em temperatura perfeita, em meio às vinhas. Conta também com dois ofurôs quentinhos. Tem camas com colchonetes e ombrollones. No inverno, talvez dois ofurôs sejam pouco para os 7 quartos. Mas, para o verao, a piscina atende plenamente os hóspedes. O Café serve refeiçoes gostosas, doces e o café da manhã é delicioso e servido com muito carinho por todos os funcionários. O cheesecake estava maravilhoso, assim como as omeletes no café da manhã e um bolo com chia. Amamos também o Rayuela, um dos poucos lugares na regiao que tem menu a la carte (ou seja, que nao seja menu deugstação às cegas). O restaurante é bem bonito, super agradável, com muitas mesas ao ar livre, embaixo das árvores. A comida é deliciosa. Almoçamos um dia e, aproveitamos a pizza numa outra noite. Menção especial para Lais e Maria Jose na recepção e para o atendente brasileiro no Rayuela (mil perdões, se confundi o nome, Andre, se não me engano). Mas, todos os funcionários, sem exceção, foram muito atenciosos. Sempre sorridentes e preocupados em agradar. Foram 3 dias de muito descanso, de aproveitar o silêncio e a proximidade com a natureza para recarregar as energias. Realmente amamos este lugar e já estamos pensando em voltar.

Tudo estava PERFEITO. Não consigo pensar em nada que possa ser melhorado. Gostaria de voltar quando os figos estiverem maduros, para sentar debaixo das figueiras e aproveitar. Uma rede na varanda dos quartos seria bem gostoso também, para aproveitar o ventinho do fim de tarde.

Die Lodge Zimmer liegen traumhaft mitten im Weinberg. Super schöne Terrasse mit freistehender Badewanne und Blick in die Reben. Sehr bequemes Bett, grosser Wohnraum und schönes Bad. Die Zimmer sind sehr privat und mit Minibar und Kaffeemaschine ausgestattet. Klimaanlage ist im Schrank eingebaut. Schöner Ausritt durch die Weinreben im anschlossen Reitstall - auch ohne Vorkenntnisse.

Konversation mit den Mitarbeitern sehr nett über WhatsApp, persönlich vor allem beim Frühstück eher holprig. Service im Café könnte aufgeweckter sein. Restaurants abends geschlossen. Nur das Gourmet Restaurant Food & Wine ist mit festem Degustationsmenü an manchen Abenden geöffnet. Das ist schade, denn man ist wirklich weit draussen. Im Café gibt es bis 20.30 Uhr ein paar Sandwiches oder Salat, nach einem langen Tag mit Weinproben ist das wenig. Wenn das Rayuela Grill Restaurant abends geöffnet wäre, wäre das traumhaft.

El lugar muy lindo, que las habitaciones estén entremedios de las parras es algo diferente a otros lugares en que he estado.

Que el desayuno no se pudiese pedir a la habitación, ya que era un desayuno fijo, no bufet, el cual era rico pero nada especial. Además hay un sitio aledaño que pone música a todo volumen y perturba el descanso, que fue la razón de la escapada.

We had an amazing stay just in the middle of the vineyard! The rooms are very well equipped, clean and with a spectacular view. The staff is very supportive, giving us the full necessary information and helping us with our early departure! Our dinner at Food & Wine restaurant was excellent and had the chance to enjoy an amazing sunset from our outside table! I strongly recommend this location! :)

El lugar es maravilloso

We loved sleeping in the vineyards. Our room was quiet, peaceful, and very comfortable (AC, blackout shades, soft linens, all the things you need for great sleep). We loved relaxing on our deck or in the hotel's pool. Make sure to book lunch at the hotel's restaurant, Rayuela (great food!), and a wine tour at Viña Viu Manent (incredible wine! and they give hotel guests a discount).

The lodges are set in a stunning resort and was a great experience from start to finish with exceptional service with easy communication via WhatsApp. The pool and hot tub were especially nice touches.

If you stay on a Sunday or Monday (which we did) neither of the two restaurants onsite serve dinner and there are slim pickings nearby. You can however prebook sandwiches or a charcuterie board from the coffee shop onsite to be delivered at dinner time. Both the restaurants (Rayuela, and the Food & Wine Studio) were overpriced, especially for Chile.

Foi uma experiência fantástica a hospedagem em meio ao vinhedo, com simplicidade, em ambiente rústico, porém muito confortável! A equipe do hotel sempre muito atenciosa e educada.

O hotel não dispõe de restaurante para jantar durante os dias da semana, sendo oferecido apenas um serviço de cafeteria que fecha muito cedo.

O lugar é lindo, muito bem cuidado, e os chalés são muito bem posicionados de forma a garantir privacidade. A equipe do hotel é muito gentil.

O cafe da manhã poderia ser melhor, achei com poucas opções. Além disso, o chuveiro molha o banheiro todo, o que torna perigoso pois o piso molhado é extremamente escorregadio

O loft em que ficamos é incrível, com uma vista perfeita para o vinhedo e o pôr do sol na montanha, cama muito confortável, TV com Netflix disponível, banheiro espaçoso, e ainda nos deram alguns presentes de surpresa. Experiência incrível e valeu muito a pena!

Alguns pontos importantes a melhorar: o café da manhã não está a altura da hospedagem e do valor pago. Muito simples e o café em si muitas vezes estava queimado. A privacidade do loft fica comprometida com a quantidade de pessoas passando ao lado com cavalos ou charretes.

O café da manhã poderia ser melhor, pelo custo da diária, poderia ter mais variedade, muito saboroso , mas pouca quantidade e variedade.

Hotel muito legal, no meio dos parreirais de uvas. Interação total com a natureza, fora que a vinícola Viu Manent é umas das melhores e mais antigas do Chile e com vinhos maravilhosos e culinária excepcional.

Não há nada que nós não tenhamos gostado. Tudo maravilhoso e uma experiencia fantástica e única.

The accommodation was exceptionally private, we had lots of space and quiet, but with the amenities of a hotel. The restaurant was tremendous, some of the best steaks we’ve ever eaten. The pool area was spacious, tranquil and in a beautiful spot. One of our most memorable stays in recent years.

We had the most incredible stay at ViBo wine lodge as part of our honeymoon in Chile. The lofts are simply amazing, spacious, modern and comfortable and waking up surrounded by the vines and the mountains is so special. It's so peaceful and quiet! The breakfast served in Café de la Viña was excellent and we booked dinner one evening at the Food & Wine studio which was the most incredible set menu with wine pairings, it was the best meal we had in Chile!

Everything. The property and location was unbelievable.

We liked the tranquility of the surrounds; privacy sitting overlooking the vineyards. All restaurants served great cuisine. Watching the equestrian school added a unique flare. Excellent tour with the carriages. The pool offering seating on the water was the perfect cooling system.

More control on people not walking in front of the units.

This was 100% worth it! Being in the vines was so peaceful and relaxing. All of the lodges are within walking distance to the main part of the winery. We also did the Viu Manet wine tasting and bike ride which we'd highly recommend. We came here after the W trek to relax and recover and it was exactly what we needed. We didn't want to leave at the end! I hope we will be back some day soon. If you're on the fence about it - just book it!

Pool Terrasse could have more shade (a pergola with some lounge chairs) - the sunbeds cannot be brought in an upright position (for reading etc.)

Amazing location, unique set-up, outstanding restaurants, greta get away from it all. Nice breakfast.

Hotel staff quite unhelpful

The property is literally located inside the vineyard. The rooms are spacious, with incredible views, very well decorated with stylish furniture, comfortable beds, and excellent quality bedding and towels. The space is very exclusive and private. The staff is very well trained, friendly and welcoming. I have stayed in several hotels around the world related to the world of wine and ViBo is definitely in the TOP 3!

The only thing I could suggest would be to include a pool/room service via WhatsApp related to the reception staff. There is a wonderful restaurant (Rayuella) attached to the property for lunch and a cafe that is open all day, however, you have to go there to order.

what not to like about this unique place. The units offer all the comfort you need in the middle of the winery, the restaurant for lunch offers amazing great food, the views are breathtaking. We will be back

The infraestructure is very good and confortable. Its fine. The rooms inside and outside are very well equiped. One of the best is the bathtub of each`s room terrace.

There isn`t any especifical issue related to thinks that we don`t like. Its difficult to justify the price according with the benefits of the service. The breakfast is delicious but not according with the price... for example. It`s not varied et all.

Pretty much everything.., the loft was superb , views fantastic. The staff were so welcoming. The cafe was lovely, exceeded our expectations. The pool location beautiful. And the wine tour was super , our guide was very knowledgeable and made it fun.

Oh my goodness, absolutely nothing to not like about this place .
