Pela manhã , as cortinas não chegam ao chão, pelo que deixam entrar luz logo a primeira hora no quarto . Um exército de empregadas de limpeza que, desde as 8:30 da manhã , não deixam dormir ninguém. Quer seja pelo barulho de camas a arrastar portas a bater e elas a conversarem entre elas , como se fossem 17h da tarde . Para quem se levanta com as galinhas é bom hotel . Para quem paga para ter uma noite e manhã sossegada , é para esquecer . Não volto.

Reviewed Sep 10, 2026As usual; welcoming, helpful, clean, airy, spacious, quiet, beautiful toiletries, welcome pack, fabulous roof top pool with towels available for a refundable fee. We had a suite for 3 adults. Perfect. Location ideal with plenty of bars and shops close by. Bus routes to beaches, Alicante, Santa pola and bus stops near Top Alicant (or walk up the big hill).
As with a lot of hotels; grab handles in the shower and bidet areas would be most helpful.

This time I used the outdoor pool on the rooftop which was awesome. Only downside was plastic sunbeds that were very uncomfortable and I could not lie on my front. A padded cover on the beds would help. I think four star should have quality sunbeds. Several of them were cracked in the middle.

Reviewed Sep 6, 2026Everything was amazing. We had half board and I really liked being able to choose either lunch or dinner. I also liked that this is served to you as opposed to a buffet. The food is excellent, breakfast buffet super and a real bonus to have Nespresso coffee. Room was very comfortable and spacious. The hotel is spotlessly clean, the staff super friendly. And we will definitely book here again next time we are going to Alicante. The bus into Alicante town cost us in the region of €3 each. There is a great selection of rooftop bars and restaurant one minute walk from the hotel.
There is nothing I can think of.

** Qualität geht vor Quantität.** In diesem 4 sterne hotel ist eine Suite ein grosses Zimmer mit 2 lavabos, während diese perfekt in das grosse Bad passen würden. Kein Abzug im Bad. Das Sofa muss alt gewesen sein. Man hat kaum Polster gespürt sondern das Holzgerüst. In die garage wie aus der Garage zu kommen braucht Geduld. Es hat über 10 min. gebraucht damit endlich der Laser meine Auto nummer gelesen hat ind die Schranke wie das Tor sich öffnete. Habe kein Hilfe Knopf gesehen Die Parkplätze sind eng.

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026Die Lage am Einkaufszentrum war praktisch. Die kostenslosen Parkplätze, die bequemen Betten und die Zimmer waren gut. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
Wir verstehen die ganzen positiven Bewertungen bzgl. des Essens nicht. Das Frühstück war das schlechteste, dass wir je in einem Hotel hatten. Wir hatten auch schon deutlich bessere in 3 Sterne Hotels. Das Rührei ungenießbar, im Wasser geschwommen. Die süßen Teile teilweise von gestern - steinhart. Auswahl so lala. Man hat immer was gefunden, dass man satt wird aber gefreut auf das Frühstück hat man sich nicht. Und dann das Abendessen: Es wird ein 3 Gänge Menü beschrieben. Man hat Auswahlmöglichkeiten für jeden Gang. Das Essen an sich war okay abends aber das Menü blieb einfach immer dasselbe. Es waren teilweise Gerichte mit Hai, Seestern oder eine vegetarische Vatiante aber dann mit Blauschimmelkäse. Als Ausweichsmöglichkeit konnte man immer zwischen Burger und Pizza wählen. Aber da hat man auch keine ganze Woche Lust drauf. Also wir waren sehr enttäuscht. Einmal gab es Buffet und das war noch schlimmer. Auswahl gleich null und geschmacklich schlecht.

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026Hotel todo remodelado en un edificio grande, decoración original, habitación amplia, garaje y buena zona de aparcamiento, piscina en terraza con tumbonas. Buen servicio de restauración a muy buen precio y desayuno muy completo.
Queda alejado del pueblo, junto a centro comercial y por ello dependes de transporte para desplazamiento, pero se sabe de antemano. Por lo demás, todo perfecto. Está muy bien.

Reviewed Aug 30, 2026Junior suite is a fantastic space for a family. Not over crowded- two bathrooms as well is very handy. Breakfast restaurant great food and service. Staff are very helpful, polite and professional.
The swimming pool on the roof I feel has a lot of unused space. A bar serving water/coffee/snacks etc would be extremely helpful and the patio area is completely empty so definitely has space for one. The sun loungers also need updating as quite a few are broken and I feel cushions for them (or a more comfortable lounger) as I do not feel the pool is a 4* area. Also lacks shade and only has two areas, maybe some parasols as well for the height of summer.

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026A really nice hotel 12 minutes drive from Alicante airport. Great roof top pool. Room was really modern and spotlessly clean. Had breakfast at the hotel which had a good choice of food options including a hot buffet as well as cold options like fruit and pastries. The hotel has a choice of places to eat in close by - including a food court on the roof of the small shopping mall and an Italian right next door. Would defo stay here again. Also it was a really easy well signposted drive to the airport.
the stairs leading from the roof top pool are really slippery. No room service option for food - I collected from the restaurant and took upstairs to my daughter. I would have had a drink in the bar area while I waited for the food but never anyone there to serve so opted for the free cucumber cold water instead - better for me anyway!

We were on half board for 3 nights and the dinner menu was the same everyday but the quality was very good Pool are could do with some shade

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026Another lovely stay at this hotel. On arrival Noelia who checked us in; like the staff on our previous visits was very friendly, helpful and professional. Our room was lovely and clean and a perfect spot to witness the solar eclipse, the hotel was even kind enough to supply free solar glasses! Will definitely be booking to stay at this lovely hotel again. Thank you to all the staff, including the housekeeping team who helped to make our stay enjoyable.

Elendig lokal taxi tilbud. Gjorde avtale om henting, men ingen kom. Måtte bruke Über og Bolt som fungerte bedre. Dette har selvfølgelig ingenting med hotellet å gjøre men totalopplevelsen ble redusert da vi var 18 stk i reisefølget og brukte til tider lang tid på å få alle hjem etter utflukt/restaurant besøk

Avendo il bagno cieco, la ventola di aspirazione non è un lusso ma una necessità, il mio soggiornom è stato di 7 notti e sin dal primo giorno ho chiesto la riparazione della ventola che non funzionava . La cosa è stata annotata alla reception e mi è stato riferito che avrebbero provveduto in merito inviando il personale addetto. In conclusione la ventola non è stata riparata e pertanto in tutto il soggiorno il bagno era senza aspirazione. Ci si aspetta che un hotel a 4 stelle con molte stanze non sia impreparato a situazioni del genere e la cosa mi ha lasciato perplesso.

Las moscas que acuden sin llamarlas cuando abres una botella de vino o cerveza, bromeando con el personal de sala, moscas alcohólicas.
