⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Un soggiorno molto piacevole Abbiamo soggiornato presso Calma Luxury Studios & Suites dal 22 al 29 agosto e nel complesso ci siamo trovati molto bene. La stanza era carina, confortevole e ben organizzata, oltre che pulita e ordinata. Abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato la vasca idromassaggio, anche se, essendo esposta al sole durante le ore più calde, di giorno era praticamente impossibile utilizzarla. Sarebbe sicuramente un valore aggiunto avere un ombrellone o una copertura che permetta di usufruirne anche durante il giorno. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo purtroppo riscontrato la presenza di alcune formiche in camera. Considerata la posizione della struttura, con la campagna proprio alle spalle, è comprensibile che possa verificarsi questo inconveniente, ma abbiamo comunque dovuto acquistare personalmente uno spray. Fortunatamente, il problema è stato risolto già il giorno successivo. Per il resto, il soggiorno è stato davvero piacevole: buona la colazione, ottimo il rapporto qualità-prezzo e molto comoda la posizione. Un’ulteriore nota positiva è stata la convenzione con il ristorante Desert Rose di Faliraki, dove abbiamo mangiato davvero molto bene e abbiamo potuto usufruire anche di uno sconto riservato agli ospiti della struttura. Lo consigliamo assolutamente! Nel complesso, consigliamo vivamente Calma Luxury Studios & Suites e ci torneremmo volentieri. Con qualche piccolo accorgimento, come una copertura per la vasca idromassaggio e una maggiore attenzione al problema delle formiche, sarebbe davvero perfetto.

The owner was very helpful with everything, quick reaponsive, attentive with to our needs. The owner's restaurant, Desert Rose, is great, totally recommend it.

Uns hat alles sehr gut gefallen! Alles war sauber, gemütlich und gepflegt. Besonders schön sind die tollen Terrassen mit Jacuzzi, Perfekt zum Entspannen. Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb, dafür aber sehr ruhig und angenehm. Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Tägliche Reinigung, jeden Tag frische Handtücher und eine sehr nette Putzfrau. Während des Aufenthalts bekommt man außerdem einen Rabatt im Restaurant der Unterkunft (etwa 5-7 min zur Fuß), das wir ebenfalls nur empfehlen können. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Das Frühstück im Zimmer ist eine tolle Idee. Wir hätten uns gewünscht, das Frühstück selbst auswählen zu können. Es gab sehr viele Brot- und Backwaren. So könnte man auch vermeiden, dass am Ende unnötig Lebensmittel und Verpackungen weggeworfen werden. Kaffee ist beim Frühstück leider nicht dabei, nur Saft. Wir haben uns morgens Kaffee in einem der Cafés in der Nähe geholt.

Pobyt przebiegł bardzo przyjemnie. Apartament był zgodny z opisem, czysty i dobrze przygotowany. Kontakt z gospodarzem był sprawny i bezproblemowy. Ogólnie jesteśmy zadowoleni z pobytu i możemy polecić to miejsce.

Soggiorno fantastico, torneremo sicuramente! ⭐️ Posizione davvero ottima, nel centro di Faliraki, perfetta per raggiungere sia Rodi che Lindos. Le spiagge più belle dell’isola sono facilmente raggiungibili in auto, quindi è un punto di partenza ideale per esplorare tutta la zona. Abbiamo scelto la formula mezza pensione e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Ogni mattina la colazione veniva portata direttamente in camera, all’orario scelto da noi: era abbondante e con un’ottima varietà, sia di proposte dolci che salate. La sera, invece, cenavamo al loro ristorante Desert Rose, dove avevamo a disposizione un voucher da 50 €. Tutto davvero buono! La camera veniva pulita ogni mattina e al nostro rientro la trovavamo sempre impeccabile, praticamente come nuova. Una vera chicca è stata la vasca idromassaggio, che ha reso il soggiorno ancora più piacevole e rilassante. Ci siamo trovati davvero bene sotto ogni punto di vista. Se dovessimo tornare a Rodi, sicuramente sceglieremo di nuovo questa struttura! ❤️

Soggiorno eccellente sotto ogni punto di vista! La proprietaria è stata gentilissima e sempre disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza. La camera è davvero ampissima e molto spaziosa, dotata di un climatizzatore super efficiente, un letto comodissimo e una meravigliosa vasca idromassaggio, perfetta per rilassarsi. Molto utile e ben accessoriato anche l'angolo con lavandino, piastra a induzione, bollitore, pentole e stoviglie. ​La colazione, prenotata all'orario desiderato, è sempre arrivata puntualissima, abbondante e squisita. Inoltre, abbiamo davvero apprezzato la comodità del self check-in, la presenza del parcheggio privato e la grande tranquillità della struttura, situata comunque in una posizione strategica a due passi dalla via principale della movida e dai ristoranti. ​Nota di merito per la mezza pensione: la cena viene servita presso il loro ristorante "Desert Rose" (uno dei migliori di Faliraki!), dove avevamo a disposizione un budget di 50€ al giorno a camera da spendere liberamente dal menu. Personalmente ho apprezzato tantissimo questa formula!

Nulla di negativo sulla qualità del soggiorno. L'unico suggerimento è di specificare meglio la formula della mezza pensione già in fase di prenotazione (ovvero il buono di 50€ al giorno da spendere al ristorante Desert Rose). A me è piaciuta moltissimo come soluzione, ma sarebbe corretto chiarirlo prima, poiché la struttura non ha una cucina interna e ad alcuni ospiti potrebbe non andare bene. Per il resto è stato tutto impeccabile!

Nice, clean room

Camera spaziosa, pulita e ottimo il terrazzino con vasca idromassaggio. La colazione che consegnano ogni mattina è molto buona e ricca di cose sia salate che dolci. A disposizione anche un parcheggio all interno della struttura.

Bardzo komfortowy pokój. Śniadania dostarczane na wybraną godzinę prosto do pokoju. Ogromna życzliwość właścicieli - dopasowali śniadanie do diety mojego męża oraz zagwarantowali śniadanie przy bardzo wczesnym check-out w zaprzyjaźnionej cukierni.

Модерно обзавеждане, просторна стая. Терасата е невероятно. Мястото е подходящо за спокойно почивка и за двойки.

Pulita accogliente e veramente bellissima

Otelin konumu merkezi ama gürültüden uzak. Checkin ve Checkout işlemlerini kendiniz yapıyorsunuz bu da gayet sorunsuz ve kolaydı. Çok temizdi. Kahvaltı her gün söylediğimiz saatte getirildi ve ekstra vejeteryan istediğimiz için ona göre hazırlanmıştı. Havaalanına giden otobüslerde yürüyerek çok yakın. Özellikle otelin yakınında bulunan kahveci coffeeberrye bayıldık. Odadaki jakuzide mükemmeldi. Odaya bırakılan bornozlar, diş fırçası seti vs. böyle küçük detayların düşünülmeside çok tatlıydı. İlk gece sahibi oldukları Desert Rose restorantta yemek yedik çok lezzetli ve hoş bir ortamı vardı. Rezervasyonumuz olmamasına rağmen otelde kaldığımız için bizi çok güzel ağırladılar ve 20% indirim yaptılar. Tekrar Faliraki bölgesinde kalırsam yine buraya gelirim. Teşekkür ederiz

The apartment is a two minute walk to main strip and really close to bus stop. You get your room via lock safe and they allowed us enter a couple of hours early when we arrived as our room was ready. It was lovely to have breakfast delivered to room at suitable time every morning. Breakfast was usually a variation on eggs, fresh fruit and yogurt as well as variety of pastries. The hot tub was amazing and there is also table and chairs and loungers on your private terrace! Towels (shower and beach) changed daily and room is cleaned. There are also bath robes and toiletries in the shower. Everything you need for cooking is in the kitchen, smart TV, comfortable bed and super AC. The associated restaurant ‘Desert Rose’ is devine (Hugo spritz were best I had!) and we ended up eating there a couple of times. It is a very popular restaurant but they will organise a table for you if you ask the host. All contact with host was amazing and she responds very quickly on what’s app to everything.

Something very small but I would suggest having soap available for bathroom sink. The apartment has everything else that I could think of!

Calma Studios sind eine absolute Empfehlung, wenn man etwas ruhiges Abseits sucht. Abends im eigenen Jacuzzi sitzen- unbezahlbar! Zum Party-Zentrum sind es ca. 10 Fußminuten. Die Gastgeber sind einsame Spitze, sofort da wenn es eine Frage oder Problem gibt. Außerdem haben sie ein eigenes Restaurant „Desert Rose“ - das beste Essen in Faliraki! Wenn wir nochmal nach Rhodos kommen, dann genau hierhin!

Soggiorno molto gradevole, jacuzzi rilassante: davvero una coccola. Check in fai da te, ma ben organizzato. Colazione buonissima, varia (dolce e salata) e davvero abbondante. Viene servita in camera ogni mattina all'orario richiesto dal cliente. A occuparsene é la proprietaria stessa, sempre gentilissima e disponbile. Apprezzata la pulizia giornaliera delle camere. Abbiamo provato il loro ristorante (Desert Rose) e, soddisfatti, ci siamo tornati tutte le sere seguenti. Cibo ottimo e staff non da meno. Consigliamo la prenotazione, essendo il ristorante sempre pieno.

Emplacement très bien situé proche de la ville et en même temps loin de l’agitation du centre. Établissement propre système de récupération très pratique. Stationnement disponible mais un peu serré. Petit déjeuner livré en chambre pas de choix du menu, mais correct et on peut envoyer un message si besoin.

Dommage de ne pas avoir eu de contact avec les hôtes , à part ça rien à dire .

We enjoyed our stay very much. The suite is well maintained and clean. Located far enough from center for calmness all around, and close enough to walk. The jacuzzi a lovely add on. The breakfast was good and more then enough. It was a surpise each day what the new treat would be. Did we mention the shower to be a 10/10? Warm water & good water pressure. Highly recommand this for vacation stay.

Très jolie suite, spacieuse et bien agencée avec ce qu’il faut. Petit déjeuner ramené tous les jours par la propriétaire à l’heure convenue. Le logement est bien situé, à même pas 10 minutes à pied du centre de faliraki avec pas mal de restaurants et cafés autour. L’emplacement est assez calme et reposant. Personnel attentif.

Je dirai le fait qu il y ait un peu de vis à vis sur la piscine, dommage qu’il n’y ait pas plus d’arbres devant pour ne pas être visible de l’immeuble d’en face. Les instructions d’entrée m ont été envoyées seulement lorsque je suis arrivée à ma demande. Mais sinon tout s’est très bien passé.

Mi è piaciuto tutto, io e la mia compagna siamo stati benissimo. Struttura nuova e accogliente, posizionata bene, da Faliraki ci si può muovere in poco tempo in tutti i luoghi d’interesse dell’isola. Che dire, la proprietaria è di una disponibilità e gentilezza assurda, dopo 7 notti, in cui tutte le sere si cenava nel loro ristorante, andar via è stato un colpo al cuore. Se mai un giorno torneremo a Rodi, sicuramente qui sarà casa.

Het was een goede studio alles was aanwezig wat je nodig had. Het is er rustig en toch niet ver van het bruisend centrum.

Het zijn gezellige terrasjes aan de studio met de jacuzzi,maar het is niet echt prive de studios naast u kunnen zo op je terras.

Loistava sijainti, tarpeeksi lähellä keskustaa mutta silti rauhallinen. Siisti ja moderni huoneisto, siivous päivittäin. Aamiainen oli hyvä ja riittoisa ja se tuotiin haluttuun aikaan. Henkilökunta ystävällistä ja avuliasta. Poreallas mukavaa luksusta.

Sänky oli itselle turhan kova mutta se toki makuasia. Ilmalämpöpumppu meni pois päältä terassinoven ollessa auki. Sähköt olivat muutenkin päällä vain paikalla ollessa (avainkortilla).

Everything was perfect, the owners are super nice and kind, the room is cleaned daily and breakfast is very good. The restaurant, if you do get half board is only a 5 minute walk from the studios.

Having jakuzi is a big asset, loved it, used it every day! Everyone was super friendly and did their best to accommodate us. Highly recommend the place ❤️❤️

Loved loved the suite! Clean, spacious for a couple, provided fresh towels each day, room cleaned each day. The jacuzzi is great, no hassle at working it as was given easy instructions. You’re not disturbed, it’s quite peaceful. There’s breakfast included each morning at a preferred time, which can also be amendable each day if need it earlier. Consist of fruit, mixed bakery &pastries, yoghurt, honey and spreads along with variety of different eggs each day-scrambled, friend, omelette. Car parking easy and free. Air con in the room with a bug screen across patio window. Spa gown and slippers along with pool towels. Shower was great-separate from the toilet. Provided with shower gels/shampoos/toothbrush/Vanity set. We asked about using car parking space until we needed to leave for airport and instead was offered to no charge late check out as no one was coming that day! This was so helpful as we were leaving at 6pm. Everyone we came across working here was super friendly. Desert Rose Restaurant- the owners also run a local restaurant close by to the apartments. We saved this for our last night in Rhodes which I made our dinner perfect! Go for the Steak or Mixed Grill! Again friendly staff working there too. Location-a short walk (10mins) to main restaurants /bar area in faliraki. Bus service to other areas close by. 15min walk to nearest beach.

Nothing to do with property at all as it’s next to a field. But a few bugs, spiders which is a phobia of mine which stopped me using the patio too much. Nothing else bad or worth commenting negatively on.

Nice, clean and spacious room, designed with good taste, equipped with big comfortable bed. It was pleasant to enjoy jacuzzi in the evening and tasty basic breakfast in the morning, both on decent size private balcony. We came way too early for check in but they made our room in 1h and we could enjoy our room for longer. Very nice communicative people answering quickly by WhatsApp :)

We were surprised there was no water in the room, at least 2x small bottles could safe life in Rhodos extreme temperature ;) Location bit far from the beach, restaurants and shops but with car or scooter it's really quick ride

Super nette accommodatie op een goed gelegen locatie. Alles was netjes afgewerkt en schoon. Elke dag kwam het ontbijt netjes optijd. Ook het buitenverblijf met jacuzzi is een dikke plus. Personeel was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Al met al zeker een aanrader.

Puiki viešnagė šiame viešbutyje. Apsistojome 2 naktis su daliniu maitinimu (pusryčiai + vakarienė). Netoliese esančiame restorane buvo suteikta vakarienė už 40Eur. Maistas labai labai skanus, viskas labai patiko. Savininkė labai maloni moteris. Pusryčiai pateikiami tiesiai į kambarį pasirinktu laiku. Jakuzi puikiai tiko praleisti vakarą. Kambariai švariai išvalyti ir visos higienos priemonės suteikiamos. Viskas ko gali prireikti buvo. Vieta labai rami. 😊 Leido pasidėti daiktus prieš check in.

Mūsų kambaryje labai garsiai veikė kondicionierius (garsas lyg labai stiprus vėjas lauke) ir gan sunkiai šaldė. Nesupratome ar tai gedimas, ar taip turi būti.

We had a very relaxing, yet exciting holiday in Faliraki.We take bus number 25 from the airport to Faliraki. The price of an adult ticket is 3.50 euros and it takes 30 minutes. The accommodation was comfortable, clean and well equipped,especially the jacuzzi, which we used almost every evening.Breakfast is brought to your room at a time of your choice between 8-10 am. It was delicious and filling, we could never eat it all at once.The rooms were cleaned every day between 11am and 1pm and we received fresh towels every day.The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was very useful because the temperature was above 30 degrees almost all day every day.The hosts are very kind and helpful. In a quiet environment, but if someone wants to party, then the beach and the pedestrian streets are about a 10-minute walk away. There are a few shops and restaurants,bars nearby. The owners also have a restaurant (Desert Rose) where guests get a 20% discount. We have never eaten such delicious food anywhere else. We will definitely come back here again. Thank you for everything.😘

Struttura ottima sotto ogni punto di vista! Super accogliente e pulita, in una posizione strategica: in soli 6-7 minuti si raggiungono tantissime spiagge meravigliose. Il personale è davvero gentile, disponibile e sempre pronto a intervenire in meno di 5 minuti per qualsiasi esigenza. Ogni mattina ci veniva servita in camera una colazione abbondante e deliziosa. Consiglio vivamente anche il ristorante Desert Rose in convenzione con la struttura: ottima qualità, prezzi accessibili e raggiungibile a piedi dalla struttura. Esperienza fantastica, ci tornerei altre mille volte. Super consigliato!
