Reviewed Jun 22, 2026הדירה אויבן היא יפה וחמודה במיוחד. היא ממוקמת על גבעה המשקיפה לפיורד, וניתן להגיע רגלית לאזור הים תוך כמה דקות. יש גם מעלית בה ניתן לעלות 7 קומות במקום לטפס. הדירה משופצת ומאובזרת בצורה מלאה. יש בה חדר ארונות גדול המוביל לחדר אמבטיה חדיש ונוח. במטבח יש את כל מה שצריך. והכי מרשים - האירוח. מכיוון שהגעתי בתחבורה ציבורית - אויבן אסף אותי מתחנת האוטובוס כדי שיהיה לי קל ונוח. המקום שקט ושלו. ואני ממליצה מאד
יש צורך לעלות בגרם מדרגות צר לחדרי השינה. פחות מתאים לאנשים עם מגבלת ניידות.

Reviewed Aug 10, 2025Eldre hus med flott beliggenhet og havutsikt. Gåavstand til sentrum. Rent og godt utstyrt hus; behagelige senger, barneseng, barnestol, vaskemaskin og oppvaskmaskin, kaffe og te, krydder, olje mv. Ekstra hyggelig at vi fikk snacks og brus ved ankomst.
Grei standard, men dårlig vanntrykk i dusjen. Trappeankomst ute og bratt trapp til soverommene på loftet. Følg huseier sin veibeskrivelse istedetfor Google Maps.

Reviewed Aug 7, 2025Mooi huisje dichtbij de stad met een geweldig terras en uitzicht! Het houten huisje is typisch Noors en is heerlijk schoon en goed uitgerust. De eigenaren bieden bovendien net dat extra’s en zijn prettig in de communicatie, ook toen we onverwacht een nachtje extra wilden blijven.

Reviewed Sep 19, 2024Beautiful surroundings in a typical southern-Norwegian neighborhood with wooden houses nestled on a hill. Idyllic garden with delicious apples, terrace with a great view.. And the inside: only positive remarks with the kitchen & bathroom supplies, bedrooms +++. The host provided with “welcome snacks & drinks” which didn’t make it any worse ;)
Well, there was actually nothing that we didn’t like! :)

The view over the city from the terrace was breathtaking. Helpful and available hosts. Highly recommended and will definitely come back to stay here on my next visit to Arendal.

Beds were very comfy, kitchen well equipt for our needs, bathroom is very spacious as well. There's washing machine and dryer, which was super convenient. Host left some welcome snacks and note, very cute and we felt appreciated!

Reviewed Jun 19, 2024Great views from the deck, plenty of space, nice lounge and kitchen. Whole property spotlessly clean. Comfy beds and nice bedding. A nice little welcome gift for our arrival.
Whatever you do don't follow Sat Nav! Ours had us driving up footpaths and bike paths that were blocked. There are a number of steps at the property - not a problem but just be aware. Note the bathroom is downstairs and the stairs are steep.
