Hotel La Croix Blanche - Bassecourt

The staff were friendly and very helpful. The apartment was large and well furnished and the hotel is located in the middle of the village, a few minutes' walk from a supermarket and the rail station.

The only thing that I would say is that the area is quite noisy with cars on the street and church bells nearby. Obviously the hotel can't do anything about that but if you are a light sleeper make sure to take ear plugs. We also stayed during the heat wave so had the windows open in the evenings and overnight but the windows did a good job of blocking out most of the noise if they were closed.

Amabilité et disponibilité de l'équipe. Excellent accueil et repas délicieux. Merci !

Grosse Wohnung, sehr sauber und alle sehr freundlich.

Le calme, la literie, la propreté.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang, guter Stellplatz, gutes Abendessen und tolles Frühstück

The wonderful welcome - was one of the best ever! Insisted I had a lovely cool drink on arrival. The staff were totally faultless, very hard working, nothing was too much trouble and wonderfully friendly. A beautiful old building with some great recently refurbished rooms. Great restaurant, lovely local beers and very nice food. Breakfast was great too. A very relaxed place to stay.

The rooms were very hot to try and sleep. I know air conditioning isn’t often installed in Swiss hotels but a fan or some cooling would be good.
