Cosy 1-bedroom Apartment In Herning

Apartment was clean, spacious and very well located

After finishing our stay we have been charged 5000 dkk (670€) for loosing the key, even though the key was brought back to the key box. After reporting that situation to the help center, the key was found right away. Other minus is that they key box to the apartment is located over 1 km away from the place and that is not written clear within sms texts with the code. Direct contact to the owner is impossible and to ask how we can get into the building(all doors were locked), we had to contact the company and person on the phone couldn’t provide us clear information about how do we actually get into the building. We had to wait to hear that back for a couple of minutes at night when it was cold and rainy.
