Séjour en bord de Meuse avec garage

Es hat alles rundherum gepasst. Super Erklärvideos, wo der Schlüssel bzw die Garage ist und es man in der Wohnung wissen muss. Lage war mehr als top. Große Lümmelcoach, auf der ggf auch 2 weitere Personen schlafen können. Bad und Toilette getrennt. Sehr gut eingerichtete Küche inkl. Einer großen Willkommensflasche eines Leffe Bieres 🤪 Und die Maas in einer Minute erreichte

Einziges Manko: die Fenster liegen zu einer Hauptstraße raus, was in den Morgenstunden sich bemerkbar macht.

The location is very nice, the street isn’t that noisy as other reviews said. In the kitchen you find important things as coffee, tea, sugar and oil. It is more than worth the price!

Perfect location, near the town centre. Everything in walking distance. The use of the parking - garage was very handy.

It would be nice if they were air conditioned in the property especially during peak summer so it would be comfortable but overall its 9/10

Appartamento di livello superiore molto confortevole dove puoi trovare tutto quello che ti serve. Il garage è sicuramente un plus. Situato in centro del bel paese di Dinant.

Le grandi finestre dovrebbero avere delle tende più oscuranti. È particolare che il water sia in uno stanzino fuori dal bagno. Per il resto l'appartamento è molto sopra la media.

Appartement was ruimer dan vooraf gedacht. Alles was aanwezig wat nodig was voor een verblijf van een aantal dagen. Contact met de eigenaar verliep snel en soepel. Parkeerplaats was super geregeld.

De straat buiten werd savonds nog vrij druk bereden.

Wir haben uns in dieser Wohnung rundum wohlgefühlt und würden sie jederzeit wieder buchen. Die Wohnung befindet sich im zweiten Stock, ist aber sehr gut erreichbar und verfügt über alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Ausstattung ist wirklich hervorragend – von A bis Z wurde an alles gedacht. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die Sauberkeit und die tolle Lage. Sowohl das Zentrum als auch die Maas sind innerhalb weniger Minuten erreichbar. Auch die Tiefgarage ist ein großer Pluspunkt und befindet sich nur wenige Meter von der Wohnung entfernt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war jederzeit schnell, freundlich und unkompliziert. Vor der Anreise erhielten wir hilfreiche Videos, in denen unter anderem die Einfahrt zur Tiefgarage, der Weg zur Wohnung und eine ausführliche Roomtour sehr verständlich erklärt wurden. Auch die Schlüsselübergabe verlief völlig problemlos. Eine besonders nette Aufmerksamkeit war der Willkommensgruß im Kühlschrank. Die Fenster sind mit Mückenschutz ausgestattet, und für heiße Tage stehen Ventilatoren zur Verfügung. Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren sehr sauber, angenehm und dufteten frisch. Die Kommunikation erfolgte auf Französisch, ließ sich jedoch mithilfe von KI ganz einfach übersetzen und stellte überhaupt kein Problem dar. Alles in allem ist die Unterkunft absolut empfehlenswert. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden die Wohnung jederzeit erneut buchen.

Das Appartment liegt in der kleinen Stadt Dinant an der  Maas, umgeben von Wäldern und hügeliger schöner  Landschaft. Es gibt viele Restaurants und Bars mit belgischem Bier. Das Appartment ist gut eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Fliegengitter und Ventilatoren waren bei dem heißen Wetter hilfreich. Ein Vorteil ist definitiv die Tiefgarage. Sie ist am Wochenende Gold wert. Insgesamt ein gelungener Urlaub.

Me gustó mucho la limpieza del alojamiento y ña amplitud de el salón y la habitación. El equipamiento de la cocina es muy completo, lo que hace que cocinar en el apartamento sea posible.

Lo que menos me gustó fue la escalera de acceso y que las cortinas no son opacas y en verano a partir de las 6 de la mañana entra mucha luz.

A spacious and comfortable apartment with a short walk to the centre of Dinant. The apartment provides all necessary amenities for a short stay. Communication from booking through to check in was excellent. A great place to stay!

Die Unterkunft liegt zentral, ist sehr geräumig und hell. Ausstattung ist komplett, komfortabel und relativ neu. Auch eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. Der Pkw Stellplatz ist ganz in der Nähe in einer Tiefgarage.

Bei der Buchung muss ich übersehen haben, dass es zwei Etagen hoch zur Wohnung sind. Ein Aufzug gibt es nicht.

Sehr schöne saubere Wohnung, alles vorhanden. Sehr zentral. Willkommensgruß im Kühlschrank. Super Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter.

Belle appartement indépendant, très propre, bien équipé, place de parking en sous-sol appréciable. Bien situé en centre ville, propriétaire à l'écoute.

Un rideau occultant dans la chambre serait bienvenu.

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich schön. Sie ist groß und hat eine tolle Ausstattung. Sogar ein Kinderstuhl ist virhanden. Sie war unglaublich sauber. Ich habe selten eine so saubere Unterkunft gehabt. Der Gastgeber ist freundlich und antwortete schnell auf fragen. Auch die Tiefgarage ist komfortabel, mit großen Parkplätzen. Wir würden diese Unterkunft jederzeit wieder wählen.

The only request would be for some new pillows in bed room as they were very flat. This is only a small observation as the rest was excellent.

Prima appartement, heel compleet! Dicht bij het stadje en met parkeerplaats in een parkeergarage. Zou hier zeker terugkeren.

De kussen zijn erg dun. Het was erg warm omdat we de verwarming niet uit kregen.

The apartment is very spacious, the kitchen is well equipped. The location is great.

There is mold in the bedroom, on the wall adjacent to the bathroom, which makes the room very unpleasant. The bathroom has a terrible smell, and we had to keep the window open. The toilet has no heating and is extremely cold. There are no extra pillows or blankets. The apartment is located on a noisy street, and the window frames are old, which allows a lot of noise to come through.

В квартире есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания. Цена и качество на отлично. Советуем всем желающим.

Alt var bra, kjempe fint sted å bo, nærmere de fleste objekter som vi besøkt. Alt som vi trengte var på plass. I kjøleskapet ventet på oss gave 🎁 det var kjempe hyggelig. Det var rent.

Det eneste som var ikke helt bra, var at på do var ikke mulighet å vaske hendene, vi måtte gå i andre rom kjøkken eller bade.

Nära till allt (det är en liten men jättefin stad). Garage ingick (kolla upp noga var det ligger innan) och nyckelhämtningen funkade utmärkt! Plus för tvättmaskin eftersom vi var ute och åkte i tre veckor. Rymligt och fräscht! Wifi funkade bra!

Det var extremt varmt när vi var där, och vi hade ingen AC så det var lite svårt att sova. Lägenheten har ingen hiss, men det är inte så långa trappor.

Good kitchen equipment, comfortable bed, free parking

Small pillows, austere decor. The worst thing was the lack of a fan, in such warm summers it should be basic equipment. The stay was very uncomfortable because of the high temperature. In the evening it was impossible to open the windows because of the many flies flying in.

Place was spacious and clean. Host was very responsive through messages. Will definitely stay here again!

Nice and modern apartment at the edge of the central area + parking. You do not need your car to go out and enjoy the town. Clean, comfortable, and warm. Easy communication with the host (quick replies and recommendations). The check-in/check out is easy with a key in a box. The river is 2 min away on foot, and the cathedral is 15 min away on foot. I highly recommend the place.
