Las duchas sucias, tapadas, 1 no se podía ocupar estaba rota, habían solo 3 para más de 30 personas, solo 3 eco la habitación que ocupe estaba al lado de la sala de comedor y había gente que hablaba día y noche, ningún control, ni por cámaras nada fumaban y bebían dentro y sin respetar a nadie . No volvería muchas cosas negativas, cero atención, cero.

A localização é excelente, e todos os quartos possuem ar condicionado.

O único ponto negativo foi a presença de hóspedes que aparentavam permanecer no hostel por períodos mais longos, acabando por ocupar e “tomar conta” dos espaços comuns e do quarto. Durante o dia, um desses hóspedes dormia constantemente no quarto e demonstrava incómodo sempre que outros hóspedes entravam, chegavam ou acendiam as luzes. Além disso, mudava frequentemente de cama conforme chegavam novos hóspedes, o que chegou ao ponto de outro hóspede estar na minha cama quando voltei ao quarto. Isso acabou por tornar o ambiente do dormitório pouco confortável e menos agradável para quem está hospedado apenas de passagem.

Es un lugar muy lindo, cómodo y seguro; el espacio de las habitaciones son un poco reducidas y en cuestión de las duchas, igual. Pero de por sí es un lugar que recomendaria

Decent if you just need a cheap place to lay your head for the night, but the rooms are extremely cramped and the bathrooms could use better upkeep. I also had a few issues with the room's entry code and had to contact customer service — they responded quickly, but in the meantime I had to wake up my roommate to let me in.

Limpieza así así, el gran problema es que al no haber recepción ni personal hay mucho ruido por las noches. Quizás tuve solo mala suerte pero apenas pude dormir porque había gente en la sala de estar hablando cantando fumando etc hasta las 6 de la mañana.

Beautifully decorated, well equipped & very clean, self check in via code. Large fridge & dining room and above adequate shower facilities. I will return again.

There was no lift and the hostel is on the third floor but for the fitter person, this would not be a problem

Die Zimmer sind in Ordnung und die Betten gemütlich. Im FLINTA* only Zimmer ist es ruhig und freundlich.

Insgesamt sehr eng, vor allem die Toiletten und Duschen. Diese sind auch nicht sauber. Es gibt eine Toilette nur für Frauen, deshalb haben die Männer wohl das Gefühl die anderen Toiletten schamlos verschmutzen zu können - die Frauentoilette kann man aber nicht abschließen. Von den beiden anderen Toiletten kann man auch nur eine abschließen. Coworking (vor allem als Frau) ist deshalb nur so lange möglich, bis man mal auf Toilette muss - also gar nicht eigentlich. Um 3 Uhr morgens ist außerdem ein deckenlicht im Schlafzimmer von selbst angegangen und ließ sich nicht wieder ausschalten.

Ich hatte das letzte Bett im Hostel in einem MBZ für Frauen gebucht. Da niemand zu erreichen war, auch keine Rezeption, konnte nicht nachgefragt werden, ob das ein Problem sei. Oft sind Zimmer mit Frauen nicht ausgebucht und stellte nie ein Problem dar. Die Putzfrau meinte, dass eine Übernachtung nicht möglich sei. Am Telefon war die zuständige Frau sehr unfreundlich. Ein Hinweis, das das.Bett nur von Frauen gebucht werden könnte, wäre hilfreich. Ich finde Hostels, die ohne Personal betrieben werden, nicht zugelassen werden sollten.

Fuimos dos noches, la primera noche tuvimos que pedir cambio de habitación ya habia un olor nauseabundo asta el punto de tener arcadas y los ojos llorosos, tuvimos que pedir el cambio de inmediato teniamos la habitación mixta de 4 y nos cambiaron a la femenina de 6. A la segunda noche rodo hiba bien asta que a la hora de meternos a la cama nos encontramos varías chinches en las camas, suelo, cortinas y paredes, aparte de que notamos que las paredes estaban plagadas de marcas de chinche, llamamos para pedir una solución y lo unico que nos ofrecian era un cambio a otro de sus albergues que tenía peor puntuación y todas sus reseñas eran sobre las chinches. Reclamamos una devolución en ese mismo momento pero no se nos dio ya que el encargado estaba durmiendo y no podrían aceptar rembolsos hasta que el lo autorizará, nos pusimos en contacto con Booking, aunque fueron muy amables tampoco nos dieron una solución en el momento, asique siento varias chicas las afectadas y no podíamos salir a la calle a esas horas, tuvimos que dormir en la sala comun en las sillas y en la sala también encontramos chinches. Fue la peor noche de nuestra vida y encima el rembolso es de menos de 50% de lo que pagué. Porfavor no vayan a este hostal ya que lo de las chinches es muy serio y tengo a una amiga que a salido con varias picaduras. Y se nos ha negado la hoja de reclamaciones, cosa que es denunciable y lo vamos a hacer. Hemos recurrido a la policía y hemos ido al ayuntamiento para reclamar las hojas de reclamación.

Es muy lindo hostel. Está cerca de la Gran Vía. Las camas son cómodas. Hay para calentar agua y un heladera para guardar cosas. También lockers por si querés guardar tus cosas antes de hacer el check Out.

Es un lugar para jóvenes. Suele haber algo de ruido por la noche. Lo peor es que hay chinches en la cama, tengo las piernas y un brazo picado por ellas. Deberían lavar también los cubrecamas o fumigar. Creo que al haber solo dos baños deberían profundizar un poco más en la limpieza.

Ai gente, então! Mano o banheiro da privada NÃO estava funcionando a tranca!!! Não trancava!!! Todas as vezes que eu precisava usar, eu tinha que rezar pra ninguém abrir aquela porta!! Entrei em contato com o hostel, falei da situação, dei ideias pra solucionar aquilo, mas os 3 dias que fiquei lá, eu tive que cagar seguranda a porta, foi horrivel!!! Fora que fedia a banheiro quimico!! Os banheiro com chuveiro tinhas as paredes escorregadias de mofo. E uma das pias não estava funcionando, então sempre que tinha alguém usando, precisava dividir. Não senti que os lencois era realmente limpos, porque o meu ja estava sujo quando cheguei.

Meu marido foi picado por insetos ( percevejo) e voltou com uma alergia enorme embora. Está todo picado. Então acredito que a limpeza não seja muito boa . Infelizmente esse fato, e o fato de não ter uma cozinha tbm foi bem ruim.

El 1° día el vuelo se retraso, no me funcionaba el rooming, perdí la reserva, tuve q pagar enfrente 85€, xq estaba en la calle, es un lugar q no hay nadie, no hay cocina, tenía una pava eléctrica en un armario, q nadie te avisaba, además la habitación estaba al lado de los q hacían home office, con otros horarios, imposible dormir. De los 3 días solo estuve uno.na había donde hacer un reclamo.

Just spend the extra 3-5€/night in other hostels.

1. No security. There were people sleeping there who weren't supposed to be there. 2 guys were switching rooms and occupying empty beds. One of the guests found someone sleeping in his bed and threatened them to call the police. This was at 3am! We didn't get to sleep at all! 2. The glass sliding door of the bathroom shattered into a million pieces, I got cuts all over my body, called the "online reception" all he said was "sorry". They left the bathroom like that in the following days. 3. The cleaners would tell you to go out of the room when they "clean" them. But you'll realise that they're just making the beds, not changing sheets. The room stinks! 4. The beds make too much squeaking noise. 5. Some of the guests do drugs in the toilets!! 6. It's noisy. Those who seem to be "permanent residents" there were playing billiards until 2pm. 7. I can just go on and on and on here. Bottom line is, THIS PLACE NOT ISN'T WORTH ALL THE HASSLE AND SAVING A FEW EUROS.

La distribución de los espacios no es precisamente la más cómoda Y, aunque no espacios culpa del hostal, mis compañeros de habitación no fueron nada respetuosos con la tranquilo. Si bien se paga poco por la noche y se puede tener una noción de lo que implica compartir habitación, los huéspedes deben recordar que no solo son ellos los que están reservando esa habitación, hay más personas que pueden no compartir el nivel de energía para socializar y priorizan más el descanso. The women's room was perfect for a one-night stay. Everything was clean and the entire accommodation had a nice vibe. Bed linen was provided, there were power outlets by the beds, AC in the room and a hair dryer and hair straightener in the bathroom. Communication with the host was great, responded quickly to any questions. Very good location, close to the city center while still being in a quiet and safe area.

There were two showers and the doors on both of them were broken. One could not be locked and the other could not even be closed properly. I would also appreciate free towels being provided and a coffee maker.

This is a totally automated hostel meaning no one to ask when something is not as it should be. My keycode stopped working for no reason and my money and things locked in a locker. I was only in Madrid for 2 days so this was super annoying as they were slow to reply and resolve the situation. There are also 3 flights of steep stairs worth noting for anyone with bigger bags. The place is clearly set for asethics rather than functionality, pretty bathrooms but they smelt because the extraction has not been maintained, broken toilet seat etc small things that showed a lack of care.

This hostel shouldn't be operating in its current condition. The beds are infested with bed bugs, and the attached photos clearly show the evidence. What's even more concerning is that this problem was already mentioned in Google reviews over three months ago, yet it appears nothing has been done to address it. The infestation is clearly ongoing. I woke up covered in painful bites. Thankfully, I only stayed for one night—I can't imagine how much worse it would have been if I'd stayed longer. To make matters worse, I couldn't find a single staff member to ask for a towel, so I had to go out and buy one myself. I would strongly advise others to avoid staying here.

Most pictures don't relate to the place you get. Some of the facilities weren't functional at all (broken shower door), and you barely got to see the staff (only the cleaning staff). You also had to pay additional fees for utilities like towels, and the hosts don't even know which of their properties actually owns fridges. Extra charge for all-female rooms

There was some problem with water and someone was trying to repair it in the middle of the night. I appreciate the effort but since our room was right next to the bathroom, we couldn't sleep until 2am because of the noise... And in the morning the water didn't run at all... I think the stay in this hostel would be fine if there wasn't this issue, but since it was there, it wasn't really enjoyable...

The hostel was good overall. It was clean, and the photos accurately reflect what it actually looks like. The value for money was good, and the location was convenient. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and a good option for travelers looking for affordable accommodation.

However, one thing that really needs attention is the lock on the first women's restroom, as it wasn't working. I was worried that someone might walk in while I was using it, and unfortunately, I accidentally walked in on someone else because the door couldn't be locked. I hope this can be fixed for future guests.

Ubicación muy central, puedes caminar y recorrer todo el centro de Madrid desde allí. Igualmente, las habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado.

During my stay, I had problems with the access code twice during the day. The worst part happened around 3:00 a.m., when I couldn’t get into my room. I had to wait for about an hour in the common area until a staff member arrived to open the door. Having to wait for so long in the middle of the night was simply unacceptable. The hostel also needs serious maintenance. The bathroom door handle was broken and I almost got locked inside. In addition, one of the shower panels was missing.

Estaba bien el lugar, limpio y cómodo.

Tuve un incidente en una de las duchas que me ocasionó heridas y pese a que yo mismo me hice curaciones e informé al hostel, el personal nunca me brindo asistencia ni mucho menos compensó esta situación.

La formulación de códigos y procesos para entrar electrónicos pueden ser un poco complicados, tal vez simplificar más el proceso estaría bueno.

La ubicación es muy céntrica y el colchón muy cómodo

El acceso autónomo fue complicado, los códigos no funcionaban y tuve q esperar una hora ahaciendo llamadas para solucionarlo, la habitación de 4 súper pequeña y las literas sin cortina de privacidad , la taquilla que me correspondía rota y los servicios aparentemente muy modernos pero híper diminutos y muy precarios de mantenimiento . Sin duda no repetiré.

La ubiacion esta buena, ya que esta detras del primark, pero en cuanto a seguridad no podria dar muchos detalles pero no parecia el lugar mas seguro para quedarse. recomendaria quedarse en el lugar pero con precaucion ya que en las habitaciones no hay camras, pero si hay pequeños casilleros a lado de una de las camas, tambien hay habitaciones exclusivas para mujeres, pero si pides para dos personas, la segunda persona es asignadas a una habitacion mixta. Asi que ojo, tambien el lugar NO DISPONE DE ELEVADOR, por lo que si llevas maletas grandes no lo elijas. En cuanto el servicio la persona que me respondia por cel era muy atenta y rapida, en cunato a eso 10/10, ya que me ayudo en todas las dudas que tenia, ya que no me habia quedado en este tipo de hostal cuasi-digital. Tambien cabe aclarar que estan EN EL TERCER PISO, y el piso es un poco inestable. Solo hay camaras en el pasillo y en el comedor del medio, en los otros lugares no hay camaras, justo cuando llegue uno de los huespedes estaba gritando y golpeando la puerta.

Estaba sucio todo. Los baños muy sucios, alfombras muy pisoteadas en las duchas. Las puertas de los baños rotas y las duchas también. Había solo dos canillas para lavarse las manos y una estaba rota. La habitación muy sucia. Llegué y había un pañuelo descartable usado en mi cama y había tierra en la cama. El piso estaba muy sucio.

Great location in Madrid's centre, which was perfect for us who only had one day to explore the city. Beds were clean and comfortable - we opted for a 4 person female only dorm. Communal areas were nicely decorated, clean and functional. There support staff (available by text only) were very responsive and friendly.

No elevator so if you have luggage, you're carrying that up 3 flights. No reception - door codes didn't work and had to get hold of the customer support (who were very responsive and friendly). Dorm room was tiny - not enough space for everyone's stuff. Another customer arrived in the middle of the night and also couldn't get into the door using the code she was given and ended up knocking till we woke up and let her in.

My room was designed for five people. I had my own bed, already made up. The room also had air conditioning, which was really cool, and a locker with a touch-sensitive code lock where you could store your things. Getting to the place was also easy, there is a Gran Via metro station or a Tribunal station nearby. The sights are also within walking distance. There's no staff as such; you do everything yourself using a code, which is very convenient.

I didn't like the second part of the room, the bathrooms and toilets, and the sink area. Firstly, one of the two sinks was broken, and sometimes you had to wait in line. The toilet's exhaust fan didn't work well, and it sometimes smelled. The lock in the first toilet didn't work, so you couldn't close the door. There was no shampoo or shower gel in the shower; there were some jars, and I don't know if they belonged to someone. The shower was also quite uncomfortable: it was very stuffy, the lighting was very dim, and there weren't enough hooks for clothes. The shower door was also broken, and you couldn't close it without getting anything wet. One of the showers also had a broken door. It would be great if these inconveniences were corrected.
