Reviewed Feb 19, 2025I think over all it was a good value for money.
Showers with no shower's curtains, and water pressure in the showers was weak, so given these 2 reasons showers took a long time which was not convenient at all, and we have to clean the floor after showers because of no curtains.

Reviewed Apr 14, 2024The size of the property was excellent..clean and very secured community.. Muhga the agent exceeded my expectation. She was very supportive and available on all my requests..
Lighting in the rooms was very poor better to have more lights or install white lights..no mirror in any of the bedrooms the owner should consider installing at least one.. Some items were missed In the apartment like hair dryer, safe box, the Nespresso machine needs maintenance as it was giving only water..

Reviewed Oct 10, 2023The apartment was wonderful. New furniture with modern style, very comfortable. The area is one of the best in New Cairo. Elegant team were very helpful and supportive. Near the Lake district in Nvidia and there is a Supermarket near by.
The location is a little bit far but in all cases you must have a car if you are staying in New Cairo. Actually nothing else, I hope they just keep it up.
