Room was massive, and beautiful with a lovely pool view.

There were a group of men who arrived one day and they were drunk in the night ,they made too much noise near the swimming pool. But the staff was really good and they apologiese on behalf of the group.

Again I booked this place which is still my favorite in Goa as it is super quiet and beds are very comfortable. The high standard of rooms and service was kept for so many years , also the lovely garden is very well maintained. Staff was excellent friendly and very much attentive. Thanks for the relaxed stay .

Maybe for next saison pool towels have been exchanged as they were little dirty and looked used for long time. Nevertheless mattress and sunbeds were okay .

Breakfast buffet was good. Standard, with Indian and english dishes. For dinner, we dined in and really enjoyed the cheese garlic naan and the succulent beef honey chilly. All in all, the room, service, cleanliness, food and recreation including pool were really good. We had fun!

For dinner, the butter garlic prawns and the scrabbled egg(which we thought was overpriced at "eggs to order") we're a let down.

All the staff were very helpful, pleasant and professional. Special mention to Kily who checked me in and was very thoughtful. Wendell, who worked during the night was lovely and the restaurant manager and all his team were very accommodating and polite. The bed is extremely comfortable. The shower is powerful. Nice toiletries are provided. I like the decor of the rooms. I travelled in the off season so it was quiet. I'd definitely recommend this property. Oh and an added bonus there is a complimentary shuttle service to the nearby beach.

Hairdryer wasn't in the room but the reception organised one to be sent to my room. Not sure if that is always the case.

It was a gift for my Aunt and her grand kids.. She really had a great time

Hotel premise and facilities are excellent. Food is Excellent. My kids loved it. Breakfast also has many option, Indian as well as continental. Staff is very helpful.

There is no communication with finance dept. I had already paid for the stay as per msg on Booking.com. But when we reached hotel, they asked us to pay saying they have not received any payment. For checking with finance dept took 24 hrs. Breakfast was included in the stay, but restaurant said that it is not included. I asked them to check booking and finally they agreed that breakfast was included. Please communicate properly

The staff were lovely - Pramed, Nagash, Sayad and especially Edisom. Food choice at breakfast was excellent. Good sized rooms. Gym was adequate but not 24 hours. 2 nice pools and the hotel wasn't busy. Good choice of books to borrow. Few restaurants within walking distance. Free shuttle to the beach or 30 minute walk. Not a great beach but some nice restaurants on the beach and free loungers if you buy a drink

What was originally planned as a 3-day stay turned into 5 days, simply because we enjoyed the calm, beautiful atmosphere and the warm service so much. A special thanks to the Housekeeping Team – Mr. Anil, Udgesh, and Mahesh for maintaining such clean, comfortable rooms and for always being helpful and attentive. From the Front Office, heartfelt thanks to Sudha and Beverly for their polite assistance and smooth coordination throughout our stay. The Kitchen & Restaurant team – Neston, Edison, Aliston, Celroy, and Melvin deserve special appreciation for the delicious vegetarian breakfast, lunch, and dinner served every day. The food quality and variety were excellent and made our stay even more enjoyable. A very special thanks to Melvin who kindly prepared a ginger syrup shot when I had a sore throat and cough—a thoughtful gesture that truly reflects the caring nature of the team. We would also like to thank Mr. Anil for the thoughtful gift presented to us during our stay. Such gestures make guests feel truly valued. Because of the peaceful surroundings, beautiful property, excellent service, and amazing food, we happily extended our stay from 3 days to 5 days. Overall, it was a good stay. We were looking for a quiet two-night getaway away from home, and the experience was largely pleasant. We were upgraded to a 1BHK, which was well-equipped and comfortable. The staff was helpful and courteous throughout our stay. Few observations: - The shower area was quite slippery. there were visible paint marks on the shower glass, and the bathroom exhaust fan was very dirty. Mattress comfort could be improved for better sleep quality. The bed linen had some stains. Above is just feedback to enhance the guests stay.

Limited vegetarian options during the breakfast buffet. Food quality needs improvement the pasta served did not meet expectations.

Breakfast was superb, plenty choice of both local and european cuisine. Rooms are big and kept clean. Staff were all very attentive and always willing to help. Lovely well kept gardens and swimming pools. Shuttle bus to the beach was an added bonus and the drivers always polite and friendly. The location was quiet and rural, with a few local restaurants within walking distance.

This is the second time we have stayed at The Jasminn and really cannot find fault with anything.

No duty Mgr after midnight. I had a problem with ac and they didn't fix until the next morning. They even accused me of pushing the wrong button! I was sleeping when the ac turned off!!! I didn't push any thing. I called the reception and no one was there! I had to sleep without ac that night. In the morning, they fix the ac and they said it pushed the wrong button.

Booked here after a disastrous start with another hotel. This place was a breath of fresh air. The staff and service were lovely. We've even booked go back to finish our holiday.

I found cockroach in the area where they serve food. I only had breakfast which was included. Finding cockraoch near food is a big turnout. Hope they do proper cleaning make sure food ppl eat are away from pests

Jasminn is a very nice hotel at a great location with 20 mins walk to the beach - Its got very good breakfast with a range of indian as well as western options. Staff is extremely polite and helpful special mention to Ratilal who has helped us with a hotel car for the 2 out of 3 days of our stay, Ajay is a really polite and skilled driver as well. Room size is also great for a family of 4 adults and hotel is close to some decent restaurants within Betalbatim. Fantastic overall!

Очень уютный и комфортный отель. Расположен в райском уголке Гоа, среди зелени, пальм и цветов. Сам номер большой, удобный, с кондиционером в каждой комнате и вентиляторами. Очень порадовало количество эл. розеток, удобные выключатели и большой телевизор с местными каналами. Удобные кровати, чистое белье, вполне вкусные и сытные завтраки. Ресторан по меню готовит блюда практически на любой вкус. Персонал услужливый и очень гостеприимный. Однозначно рекомендую !

Единственный минус это дорожка до пляжа Колва, куда отвозит трансфер с отеля. Но от трансфера до пляжа очень неудобная дорожка, песок и грязь. Было бы неплохо сделать хотя бы деревянную дорожку.

I am so very thankful I ended up choosing the Jasminn hotel for my stay in South Goa. The facilities were of high standards, inclusive of restaurant, gym, pool(s) and my room. The true stand out though, was every single individual part of the establishment, their friendliness and willingness to make my stay as comfortable as possible was outstanding. This ran from top to bottom, the owner, general manager, hospitality, customer service, house keeping and security employees, were all genuine people and a true representation of the quality output that this hotel provides. Extra special shout outs to Tanmoi, Beverley, Gouse, Raj, Edison, Neston, Siba, Vishwanath and the kitchen team. If in Goa again I would be back at the Jasminn hotel in an instant!

Good cost x benefit, staff is nice and helpful but the wifi is a bit weak and the hotel itself isn’t the most new in terms of facilities.

The hotel & facilities are great, but be aware there is nothing around within a reasonable walking distance. The hotel runs a shuttle service to & from the beach, which is free and works well. Going any other place you need a taxi and they charge premium rates (at least double the cost of taxis elsewhere in India). Nice room with great shower and plenty of hot water. The 2 pools are clean & well maintained. Pool towels are available and can be taken to the beach. Good food is offered both for breakfast and evening dinner. I would recommend taking a half board option since eating out means taxi to & from an unknown restaurant. The beach is fine white sand with a few beach bars offering sun beds free & good food and drink.

On the down side the hotel is obsessed with payments. We booked 3 days before arrival and had endless reminders to pay before we arrived regardless of the fact a “no show” was covered for the full amount by credit card. Equally, on checking out I asked for the bill, there were 5 hotel staff in reception, I stood looking at them smiling and finally went away since nobody did a thing. This happen a second time! Finally when our taxi arrived the settlement bill was ready. All in all a good hotel that needs a few of it's procedures improving.

This is a big hotel complex. The location was not bad, with a scooter you can reach many beaches. The hotel also provides a free shuttle bus to the nearest beach during the day. The guard helped us to rent a scooter, wich was delivered to our hotel in 5 minutes (super convenient). The room was nice, the bed comfy and breakfast was also not bad. The restaurant on the hotel territory is decent and they sometimes play very good live music. I am very happy with this resort.

The reception feels a bit lost. For some reason they were pressuring us to pay on their hotel website way before it is required here claiming that otherwise our reservation is "on hold". That caused us stress to the point we thought about cancelling this hotel, cause there is no "on hold" on this website and we didn't understand what it even means. In the end we've arrived and paid with our credit card on the spot, so all was good. But it could be that we were lucky and no one "paid and claimed" our room before us.

A cozy, tidy place that met all our needs. The 2 room apartment was comfortable for 4 people and had sufficient amenities. The staff was friendly and offered additional information and help with travel around Goa. The shuttle service to the Betalbatim beach was good as well. The breakfast buffet was good with plenty of options for everybody.

The location is a bit interior in south Goa with not a plenty of options for taxi. But the contacts provided by the hotel were a bit helpful.

After having stayed in 7 hotels in three different cities in India, this hotel was by far the best out of all of them. The room was clean, had a large and modern TV and a silent AC. The mattresses were cozy, the wifi fast and there was plenty of space for three people for little money. The hotel staff was very helpful and looked after our well-being. Staying past the checkout time until a different room was ready for us was no problem. The area of the hotel is quite and there's a shuttle to the beach every hour until 6pm. If you're looking for a lively neighborhood, the hotel won't be for you. If you are seeking quietness away from busyness, you're right here.

What I loved: the kindness, generosity and attention to detail offered by all staff: from the GM to the restaurant guys, reception team and room cleaning teams. The friendliness was so lovely. The cleanliness of the hotel, the rooms and the pool was exceptional. Special shout out to Hanumanth, who was one of the guys cleaning the rooms. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was very spacious, and the rain shower an absolute delight. The hotel itself is secluded and you can walk with ease to the beach though the hotel lays on a taxi door to beach drop off free service. The beach is very calm and spacious. I went there to write and the conditions were very good to do so. I would certainly go back. The late check out again was brilliant and it meant I could relax right to the last minute in the room. I paid a bit more but really good value for money I thought. I’ve stayed in many hotels internationally and I would rate this one as one of the best. The exemplar is the level of care and kindness. The GM made sure he introduced himself to me, and asked me to let him know if there was anything he could help with. The food - particularly the evening meals were beautifully presented and very tasty! Lastly - I was staying solo and felt very safe. Important for women: this is a safe, calm and friendly space to stay.

I have currently stayed there. My experience was really great. The staff is very cooperative. Mr Ayush who was at the reception was great. The breakfast was good. The location is good if you are looking for peaceful property. The beach is around 2.5km away, but they also provide beach shuttle service which is great. Overall I am happy that I chose this property. If in future I'll come I'll definitely opt for this property and will recommend it to my friends. Worth the money.

The bathroom can be a little cleaner. The last pickup is at 6:15 pm if they can provide it a bit late also then it would be great. The Taxis are available but they are higher in price. If you rent a scooty or car then no problem otherwise it becomes costly.

It was a nice property though a bit far from the beach. But the distance gets compensated as they have periodic shuttle service for pickup and drop between hotel and BetalBatim beach. We had breakfast included in our meal plan. The spread was good in terms of variety and quality. If someone is looking for a nice, peaceful place for stay , definitely worth a try. Also, the Betal Batim beach is very less crowded. You can easily sit there for long hours and enjoy the waves

Expected more professionalism and coordination from the staffs at the reception. They all were very polite on the face but never carried out the duties properly. For example (1) I had an issue with my payment and during my 4 days of stay at the hotel I reminded them each day to check and confirm. But every time they said they will but they did not. In fact during my mid night checkout they again asked me for a proof. Expected better coordination from such a highly rated property (2) We had a early check in and had to pay additional 1500/- though we repeatedly requested for some waiver as we were travelling with a 2 year old. But we understand that might be there policy so no bad feelings. But next we saw a group of foreign nationals had arrived and they were greeted with welcome drinks. So, this behaviour looked a bit surprising and unprofessional.
