Renovated 2 Bedrooms Flat Near the center

The place was spotless! Beds were very comfortable and kitchen was well equipped. There was a washer for laundry. The fridge had water and ice in it. There was an ac unit in every room with a separate remote control. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe.

We didn't like that we had to turn off the ac in order to use the water heater( to take showers) ,use the stove, or the washing machine.

Two bathrooms,, AC in every room, good location.

Parking nightmare.

The apartment is well located, a 4- min. walk from the tourist center. Excellent communication with the owner.

Everything was perfect. The host is very helpful with any questions you have. The apartment is very comfortable and clean

Fairly close to the city centre - good restaurants in walking distance. The apartment was clean and comfortable.

This is totally out of the control of the hosts but a dog in the flat on the lower floor kept barking late into the evening and early morning which wasn’t great. Perhaps the hosts could discuss this with their neighbour.

Много чист апартамент, направен с вкус, в тих и спокоен квартал,на 20 минути пеша до центъра, със удобен градски транспорт, магазини, заведения. Има всички удобства, с две бани, изцяло оборудвана кухня, удобни легла.

Good location, clean and very comfortable for 4 people.

Although there are radiators in every room the heating is only provided through 3 AC units. With one functioning remote. This means that the bathrooms are always cold. In winter this is obviously not ideal. Moreover for about 40% of our stay (the last day and half) we were also with no hot water (at all). We did not receive support from the staff despite may messages (and a not working WhatsApp number). The staff showed up upon check out to fix the issue, good for the next guests, not for us. Disappointing. I have stayed in many better places in Pangrati.

The lights are very bright

Some cosy bedlights in the bedrooms would be nice.

15 min walk to old Olympic stadium. 30 minutes to Acropolis and Plaka. Short walk to bus, tram options. Lots of shops , bakeries and take away options. A few restaurants to eat in but most choice as in Plaka area, though very busy.

Would have been nice to have written info on how things in apartment worked. Eg how to turn the water for a hot shower. Up to date info on how to work TV. Fast response when text though .

Ηταν ολα πολυ καθαρα, οι χωροι υγειηνης, τα ρούχα (πετσεττες, σεντονια κλπ) και η κυρια Ζωη τα κανονισε ολα στην εντελεια! Ηταν εξηπηρετικη και επισης απαντουσε αμεσα σε ολα τα τηλεφωνηματα που της εκαναμε ακομη και για θεματα της αθηνας που δεν γνωρειζα και χρειαζομουν καποια καθοδηγηση! Επίσης το διαμερισμα ηταν σε ησυχο μερος, ειχε ανελκιστηρα. Θα ηθελα να τονισω οτι το στρωμα ηταν μαλακο, ξεκουραστο και τελειο και απολαυσα και τισ 6 ημερες ωραιο υπνο, παρολο που αλλαξα μερος και δυσκολευομε στις αλλαγες! θα σας συνηστουσα ανεπιφιλακτα αυτο το μερος για μια ωραια και ασφαλείς διαμονή!! Ευχαριστω κυρια Ζωή και σιγουρα εαν ερθω Αθήνα πάλι κοντά σας θα κλεισω!!

Excellent location, spacy, host very eager to help. Excellent airconditions everywhere.

Light in the larger bathroom almost non existent, not possible to shave because it's very dark. The smaller bathroom excellent. Rather expensive.
