Beautiful riad with a great rooftop. The breakfast was excellent and our host Taha was always at our service and very helpful.

The riad was just amazing! Everything looks new and stylish. The service was great, manager was really helpful and even brought the jacket I forgot at the riad to the airport. Nice breakfast at terrace and welcome mint tea - all was really good. It is also located in a quiet place so we could relax after walks in medina. I wish we get back here one day.

Les couleurs choisis, et la qualité de la literie.

L'eau chaude prenait du temps à venir et les miroirs compliquaient la mise en beauté.

Tout était parfait, de l’accueil chaleureux aux petits-déjeuners absolument délicieux. Un immense merci à Taha, qui a été d'une aide précieuse : ses conseils avisés nous ont permis de découvrir la ville en toute sérénité et d'éviter les pièges à touristes. Le Riad est idéalement situé au cœur de la Médina, ce qui nous a permis de faire toutes nos visites à pied. On s'y sentait tellement bien qu'on avait l'impression d'être chez nous. Je recommande sans hésiter !

The staff were incredible and really took care of our group. The airport transfer was very convenient and the Riad was beautiful and in a very central location for the markets.

We liked everything. So stylish and very comfortable. They have the best host Taha, he take care of us like in a high class hotel. Very very satisfied with this riad. Love it!!

The Riad is beautiful and done to a very high standard. The beds are comfy and the showers hot. The Staff, Celine & Taha were super friendly and accommodating and beyond helpful when we needed advice on eating out and what to do. The location was also brilliant, so close to the souks and only a short walk to be able to get a taxi/ collected for tours when we were going further afield.

Bella location pulita e ideale per una famiglia. Tutto lo staff è stato sempre molto gentile e disponibile anche con le nostre bambine molto piccole. Grazie a Taha sempre pronto a soddisfare ogni richiesta.

We had a wonderful stay at this riad. Everything well maintained, and the atmosphere was calm and relaxing. It’s located in a quiet little alley with no disturbances, yet just a short walk from shops and restaurants inside the medina. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and a real highlight each morning. The rooftop terrace was the perfect place to unwind. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and truly service-minded, making us feel very well taken care of throughout our stay. Especially Taha, as a local he acted as a guide and introduced us to several hidden gems.

It was a little disappointing that the hot tub on the rooftop was not operational during our visit.

Le concierge parle très bien anglais mais un peu moins le français.

Établissement décoré avec goût. Personnel dévoué et non intrusif ce qui permet d’avoir une intimité. Petit déjeuner frais. Tout se fait à pied. Dar El Bâcha, Majorelle, les Souks. Il faut absolument tester la cuisine de Saïda. Dîner en terrasse délicieux et rapport qualité prix imbattable

Nous serions bien restés quelques jours de plus.

the breakfast was very good. Our stay was pleasant mainly thanks to Taha. He was available at all times, even came on his day off, he responded to absolutely everything and at all times. Huge thanks to him, he is the best at his job. Thanks also to the other two ladies, they were also very responsive.

El Riad es precioso, con un encantador patio central y terraza y las habitaciones distribuidas alrededor. Las habitaciones son muy espaciosas, limpias y cómodas. El desayuno es muy completo y el servicio, excelente. Quiero destacar especialmente la amabilidad de Taha, que nos ayudó en todo momento y estuvo siempre pendiente de nosotros. Lo único es que el wifi no funcionaba muy bien en las habitaciones, aunque en las zonas comunes no hubo ningún problema

A lovely riad - beautifully designed, very clean, and serving an amazing traditional breakfast. The hosts were wonderful and caring, making us feel at home. Highly recommended!

Séjour incroyable au Riad ! Le cadre est magnifique et apaisant. Le petit-déjeuner et le dîner étaient délicieux, préparés avec soin et produits frais. Un grand merci a Saida, Najet et Taha pour leur gentillesse et leur accueil chaleureux. Une adresse que je recommande sans hésiter !

Selena and Taric were lovely and super responsive. The whole group enjoy the day.

The room was spotlessly clean and the staff Terek and the 2 ladies in the kitchen were amazing.

The neighborhood and location felt isolated and unsafe.

We cannot say enough good things about our stay at this Riad! From the moment we arrived, Celine and the entire team went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. On our first day, we had arranged a guided tour online through a different company, but unfortunately, we were stood up. Feeling disappointed, we returned to the Riad, where Celine immediately sprang into action and arranged a private tour guide who turned out to be fantastic. Thanks to such a wonderful experience on our first tour, we decided to book an additional excursion to the Valley d’Ourika. Our guide, Mourad, was incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable, making both tours unforgettable highlights of our trip. This level of quick and thoughtful service is just one example of how incredible the staff is. Every interaction was warm, professional, and genuine. The Riad itself is beautiful, with comfortable rooms and a peaceful atmosphere—a perfect oasis in the bustling city. The breakfast each morning was a special treat, featuring fresh and delicious local specialties. If you’re looking for an outstanding stay in Marrakech, look no further. The team here will treat you like family and ensure your trip is truly memorable. We can’t recommend this Riad highly enough!

Very central in the Medina, busy area. The staff are outstanding. Nadia and Tarek are so kind and helpful. Breakfast was so tasty, Nadia catered for my milk allergy with such ease. Thank you much. Rooms tastefully decorated and with traditional theme. Roof top is stunning a little sun trap to eat breakfast and relax.

Maybe a safety box in rooms would be helpful just to store travel documents. Walk to the Riad late at night was dark and lots of local children in the alleys but we did not encounter any issues with them.

- The staff was warm, attentive and went far above their job descriptions to welcome us and make our stay comfortable. We can't praise Tarek, Ahmed, Nadia and Fatima enough, they were utterly lovely and made our visit to Marrakech unforgettable! - The Riad is well located within the Medina, allowing easy access on foot to all major attractions. Situated in a residential neighbourhood, the location gave us an authentic view of local life. - The Riad is peaceful and calm. The decor is tasteful, integrating the craftmanship of local artisans (engraved wall, pottery, basketry). Rooms are elegant and very comfortable, especially the beds. Internet access is highly reliable and fast throughout the premises. The roof terrace is sunny in the day and provides for a cozy environment to relax in. Staff served us drinks throughout the day there. - We took advantage of additional services (desert excursion, airport transfer) which were of the highest quality. The Riad also provided dinner on request; the traditional Moroccan meal was especially prepared for us and absolutely delicious.

It would be useful to have some written advice about restaurants and local activities available.
