The property was well located. The arrival instructions were relatively clear. The room was a good size. They arranged earlier check in for a fee. It was free to store luggage before check in.

During the height of summer in Rome, when the temperatures were 35-38 degrees outside, the aircon of our room was broken and not fixed. It was evident that this had been broken for some time and yet the property didn’t warn us. There was instead a portable unit which was unsuited to the size of the room - this had clearly been in place for some time with a special curtain made across the window which was open with the outflow air. The temperatures were 26-27 degrees through the night, which was pretty unbearable. We complained and they promised us a desk fan and a partial refund of 60%. Neither materialised. In general, communications from the property were poor - never answering the phone, email or WhatsApp. Before we left, the receptionist wrote us an email confirming that we would get a 60% refund and since we returned have of course they have failed to respond and the promised refund has not been processed. We have been treated very badly. Finally, the room was not well cleaned/other items were broken (such as a lamp which flashed continuously if used) and the fridge was turned to minimum - the property did not check and so it did not keep milk to the right temperature. I would not recommend at all.

Come dicevo prima bella struttura ma pessima esperienza camera che doveva essere climatizzata…senza condizionatore ma con un piccolo pinguino che non raffreddava. C’era scritto tv con Canali in pay per wiew ma nemmeno l’ombra e non parlare della reception totalmente assente… in 2 giorni non ho mai visto nessuno, praticamente se passi un guaio ti fanno morire non sono proprio disponibili per nulla.infine frigo bar vuoto e non funzionante

There was no one to speak to at the desk at all and the air was broke which we were never made aware of. I would like to speak to someone.

Spotlessly clean.

Tried using the bath (which looked nothing like the picture). After about 20 minutes it was only a few inches deep. When we eventually got the water level above the jets for the jacuzzi function the water shot over the top bath so it was useless. Air conditioning was also poor. A hose through a window attached to an air conditioning machine wasn’t what we were expecting considering the amount of money we paid. Headboard had several tears/rips in it.

La chambre était très grande et les lits confortables. La sale de bain est bien équipée (sauna).

Les climatiseurs au plafond ne fonctionnaient pas. Il y avait un seul climatiseur mobile pour toute la chambre (4 personnes), ce qui était insuffisant pour la rafraîchir. Le frigo ne marchait pas.

The shower had a smell of the drains and also the water did not run away and the shower filled up meaning we had to stop each of our showers halfway through. The reception was not manned and it took some time to get a response to our enquiries.

Nothing!! This hotel has no AC. The rooms are scorching hot and smelled mildew. It was so hot we got heat rash after our stay.

No AC, the room feels empty and outdated. It was too hot and we couldn’t sleep and we asked the front desk if we can get another room, they said no while the “motel” is empty. It actually ruined our experience in Rome.

No tenia aire acondicionado,solo un ventilador de sobremesa .La cama se hundía tanto que los pies quedaban más altos que la cabeza.El grifo del vide,estaba lleno de oxido y escurría verde .El cabecero y la estructura de la cama estaba despellejado.Hacia un calor infernal.No lo recomendaría,y menos para ir en época de verano.En la recepción no hay nadie nunca,todo funciona por códigos.

The air conditioning was terrible; even after running all night, the room didn’t cool down at all – it was sweltering. The service was awful too. Although we’d arranged the day before that someone would arrive at 3 o’clock, and they’d assured us someone would definitely be there at 3, the next day they came up with all sorts of excuses, saying they wouldn’t arrive until 4. As a result, we ended up waiting nearly two hours without being given a room number. Although the room was spacious, the facilities and service were not up to the standard of such a large room.

En i personalen, Chris var väldigt hjälpsam och kunde väldigt bra engelska. Bra läge. Stort rum.

Toaletten stod och rann hela tiden vilket väsnades så det var svårt att sova. Toalettpapper fick vi be om varje dag, ett halvt dygn saknade vi el och vatten. Inte städning varje dag. Vi fick be om nya glas och muggar. Kylen var inte kall vilket var viktigt för oss som skulle förvara insulin i den. AC:n hade lagt av så vi fick in en portabel och det var iofs bra men den väsnades otroligt mkt. Wifi funkade knappt. Ingen i receptionen mellan 18-09 vilket vi fått info om men när saker inte fungerade eller saknades så hade man behövt ha någon där.

Is close to everything. The staff is wonderful. Hotel is clean and rooms are a great size.

Great location in the central part of Rome and easy 15min walk from the train station.

Unfortunately disappointed as the photos did not represent the condition of the room. Duck tape on bed frame, noisey air conditioner, furniture needed repair and bathroom needed a good clean.

Property was supposed to be luxury, but everything about it just screamed motel six. The headboard was peeling. The shower didn’t have a door and it was a very big room but a lot of empty space it was a fine establishment, but it just felt a little weird.

Spacious apartment which had everything we needed for our stay.

The air conditioning was inadequate. It was installed underneath a window, and you could only feel the cool air if you sat directly in front of the unit. It did not cool the room effectively, making it uncomfortable, especially in warm weather.

Duper Lage. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten schnell erreichbar.

Klimanalage funktionierte nicht richtig. Unter 27 Grad fiel die Raumtemperatur nie.

Great location and a very nice room.

Electrical issues meant that we could not turn the room lights off on the first night. This was fixed by the second night.

O funcionário de origem do Sri Lanka (desculpe amigo, esqueci seu nome) foi a pessoa mais gentil que conhecemos na Itália. O quarto é o banheiro são amplos e confortáveis e a localização excelente

Tuvalette sarı lekeler vardı temiz hissettirmedi,, duş başlığı çok kireçliydi saç yıkarken kötü hissettirdi.

Se aude tot zgomotul de pe hol sau de la vecini, probabil izolația este proasta.

На перший погляд не видно, але підлога брудна, особливо це помітно, коли ходиш без взуття. Пліснява у душовій і відсутність дверцят у душову, внаслідок чого після прийняття душу на підлозі калюжа. Вже трохи потерті меблі, можливо це саме нам такий номер дістався, але їх варто або відремонтувати, або замінити.

Very large spacious room, welcoming staff and in an excellent location, a few minutes walk to the trevi fountain.

The only negative is that the air conditioning is controlled via the main building which isn’t switched on until May. The staff were very helpful and tried to rectify this for us. Our room was quite warm as it had been 27C during the day in April and it meant having to sleep with windows wide open, therefore was a bit noisy.

Mauvaise insonorisation. Matelas vieillissant et déformé. Cadre de lit rafistolé avec du scotch …. Seulement 1 serviette de bain sur 2 remplacée par jour. Éclairage disco ou spots lumière blanche au plafond.

Desde el momento que llegamos nos sentimos como en casa, Sasi fue muy amable con nosotros y estuvo en todo momento atento a lo que necesitemos , sin duda volveríamos a elegirlo, buena ubicación cerca del centro histórico

Chambre pas prête a l'heure prévue de notre arrivée. Vetuste qui n'a rien a voir avec les photos sur le site Propreté douteuse, poubelle de salle de bain cassé , bouton poussoir des wc qui tient sur "un fil" et intérieur des wc sale. Rideau de salle de bain troué sur le haut. Tête de lit et tour de lit rafistolé avec du scotch et sale sur le tour de lit. Une fois sur 2 électricité défaillante (ça s'allume et parfois ça ne s'éteint pas) Tout les équipements notifié sur la réservation ne sont pas tous présents exemple: table a repasser fer a repasser chausson. Hotel malgré l'insonorisation mentionné reste assez bruyant, claquement des portes, discutions dans les couloirs et de la réception.

No me gustó que había que pagar para dejar las maletas en el alojamiento y tuvimos que estar todo el día con las mochilas arriba y abajo en ROMA que se anda MUCHO

Δεν ήταν ξενοδοχείο. Ήταν Airbnb με κάποιες ώρες εξυπηρέτηση αν χρειαστούν κατι. Αν φτάσεις μετά τις 6:00 φτάνεις στο δωμάτιο σου με οδηγίες και κωδικούς στις πορτες. Η εφαρμογή που θεωρητικά άνοιγε την πόρτα δεν λειτουργοτσε

La ducha tragaba un poco mal, y me hubiese gustado que la hora de salida fuese un poco más tarde, las 10 es súper pronto. Resto perfecto

Vu qu il n y a personne de l établissement le soir , nous avons eu des voyageurs d une chambre qui en ont profité pour faire la fête ( cri, musique à fond , jusqu a une heure du matin. Nous sommes intervenus pour demander de stopper la musique ou du moins de la baisser, mais rien à faire vu qu il n y a pas de personnel dans l hôtel . Attention à la description salon.. c est une chambre .

Otelin konumu merkezi yerde. Romada görmeniz gereken her yere yürüme mesafesinde. Otelin asansörlü olmasıda ayrı bir konfor. Ben ilk defa burda kaldım. Temizlik ve çalışanların ilgisi iyiydi.Çok memnun ayrılıyorum. Geleceklere kesinlikle tavsiye edebilirim.

This is an incredible place for the price. The staff member was simply amazing. The room and bathroom were a very decent size. Very close to the metro station but it is uphill.

There was no door on the shower. But everything else about the room was so great for the price, I wasn't really bothered.

We stayed for 4 days at Escape Luxury Suite. The room was great, clean and spacious with all the commodities: tea, coffee, minibar... The bed was large and really nice. The receptionists were really nice, speak really good english and italian, they advised us a ton of different places to go without too much tourists. And they were really there for us the whole stay.

However, when we first arrived, the room lock was broken so we needed to use a key. Minor issue and we were advised of it soon enough. Then, we noticed that the shower was broken down, with leakages everywhere and the temperature was basically impossible to control as well as the shower mode that were just not working. We told the receptionist who were really reactive and concerned by the problem. But when we talked about fixing it, they told us that the maintenance guy operated only in the morning, and we waited 3 days ( basically the last day for it to be slightly fixed) Then, the second night we were woken up by the entire working crew who were apparently ramming the upper wall producing so much noise that we couldn't even fall back to sleep. This time the receptionist couldn't really do anything, because the crew wasn't part of their team. To finish, the day of the departure, the toilets were litteraly leaking on the floor. We waited for any kind of compensation or commercial act to minimize all of those.

Hard to find, they didn’t clean the room in the second day. The bed was uncomfortable and had tape on the headboard. The shower leaked all over the floor.
