Cozy Chalet at the Beach in Petten, Netherlands

Communication with the host was very smooth and friendly, which immediately instilled a sense of trust. The chalet was well-equipped: good cooking pots, a sandwich press, microwave, dishwasher... though having a few more wine and beer glasses would have been handy. The bathroom was quite spacious for this type of chalet. Personally, I found the pillows much too thick, but that is obviously a matter of personal preference. It was also nice to sit outside; everything was provided: furniture, cushions, and a parasol. There were even some toys for the children. And everything was clean! There was plenty of entertainment at the campsite itself, too, for those interested. The chalet’s location makes it the perfect base for visiting various places in the area. We took trips to Aquazoo in Leeuwaarden, the observation platform 'Waddenbelevingspunt' in Den Oever, the island of Texel, Vlindarado in Waarland—highly recommended if you enjoy tropical plants and butterflies—and Alkmaar.

Der Aufenthalt in dem Camp u.Umgebung wie Strand u.Meer hat uns sehr gefallen.

Leider wurde durch nächtlichen Nebengeräuschen, die wir Anfangs nicht zuordnen konnten,unsere Nachtruhe erheblich gestört,aber wie sich später rausstellte,hat die Natur ihr Recht gefordert.In unserem Fall waren es Bienen o.ähnliches die sich im Haus bzw.Dach eingenistet hatten.Wir haben eben das Beste daraus gemacht.

Sehr sauberes und modernes Mobilhome. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen in Petten. Angenehmer Campingplatz.

Příjezd proběhl naprosto skvěle. Všechno bylo dopodrobna popsáno v mailu a bylo zařízeno přesně dle instkrukcí.

Vielleicht in der Beschreibung erwähnen, dass es eine Kaffeemaschine mit Pads gibt, dann hätten wir Pads mitgenommen. So hat es die alte Methode mit Kanne, extra Filter (mitgebracht) und gemahlenem Kaffee getan.

Mooi chalet, alles aanwezig, van alle gemakken voorzien. Zelfs airco en vaatwasser.

Ordentlich, sauber , unkomplizierte Abwicklung, Strandnah, Lage auf „de watersnip“ perfekt

Unglaublich sauberes Chalet, sehr schön und modern eingerichtet! Es fehlte an nichts! Von Mikrowelle, Fön, Senseo Maschine, Wasserkocher bis zum Toaster… alles da!!! Geparkt wird nahe am Chalet, damit man sein Gepäck nicht so weit schleppen muss. Von diesem Zeitpunkt an, kann man das Auto den ganzen Urlaub lang stehen lassen, wenn man möchte. Der Ferienpark hat nämlich sehr viel zu bieten. Er ist schön und abwechslungsreich für Kinder. Es gibt ein kleines Freibad (kostenlos für Parkbewohner), Indoorspielplatz, Aussenspielplätze , Fahrradverleih, Restaurant, kleiner Supermarkt usw. Bis zur Nordsee läuft man 1,3km, das ist machbar,auch mit Kindern. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!!!

Sehr schöne Lage, Parken gratis, sehr schönes Häuschen mit schönem Grundstück

Handtücher und Bettwäsche nur zum Leihen, bei dem Preis muss das inklusive sein. Der Hinweis darauf kam 2 Stunden bevor wir aufgebrochen sind. Kein Kaffee, Tee oder ähnliches vorhanden. Das war bei anderen Anbietern zumindest in kleinen Mengen bereit gestellt. Check In erst um 15.00. Die Mails über Booking.com kamen teilweise Stunden zu spät, inklusive der Nachricht mit dem Schlüsselcode. So dauerte der Check In fast 30 Minuten.

Die Vermieterin war super nett und schnell erreichbar. Das Chalet ist super gepflegt und geschmackvoll, reduziert eingerichtet. Es fehlte an nichts. Mit dem Rad ist man in gefühlten 5 Min. am Meer.. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Es gab nichts zu bemängeln!

Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub. Alle waren freundlich, der Strand ist nicht weit entfernt und es gibt viele Möglichkeiten dort etwas zu unternehmen. Auch der Kontakt mit der Besitzerin Aida, war sehr gut.

-beyond clean! impeccable...every single corner -all kitchen appliances in perfect condition -2 sitting/eating areas outside, one at the front and one behind -easy access from the main road and plenty of parking space -beach easily accessible , 10-15min walk -chalet located in a calm area of the camping (no pool, playground or traffic nuissance) -very good communication from the owner

Thanks for good communication via emails. Accomodation for family was fine.

It woul be helpful to stress that sheets and towels are extra paid. Also some washing tablets would be nice to be prepared.

The chalet was nicer than in the pictures. It was a nice surprise to also have AC for the days we needed it. The outdoor furniture provided was nice for the evenings we could eat outside.

It would have been nice to have had a toaster. No real complaints.

to get to the beach from the "Cozy Chalet at the Beach" was not so easy, it is quite far away and even with the car it takes some time.
