Bagno piccolo e rovinato, camera e zona giorno piccole, sono praticamente in un corridoio

Todo, entras y todo destrozado, el suelo sin limpiar lleno de barro y las marcas de los zapatos, llegas a la cocina y toda la pared sucia fuimos a levantar la tapa del fregadero y nos salieron unos bichos alargados, llegamos a la “habitación” la cama partida en dos con medio colchón en el suelo porque las barras del somier de la cama estaban total mente partidas y pagar tanto dinero para algo que estaba destrozado es un abuso nadie antes de entregar el apartamento hizo nada por arreglar el problema y te lo venden así de esa manera, aparte las sábanas sucias que posible mente no estuvieran cambiadas, entramos al baño toda la pared con suciedad la alcachofa negra, y la ventana y todo alrededor faltal.

Zona ótima para quem quer estar perto do centro e aproveitar um pouco da noite.

A internet não funciona e não há rede dentro do airbnb. A janela da casa de banho está estragada e não dá para fechar.

No tenía nada que ver las fotos con la realidad, nos tuvimos que ir de allí en cuanto entramos, pareces sucias, moho por todos lados, techos que se caían, no llegaba la cobertura, olor a humedad

Não gostei na hora que tive que sair não havia luz e água quente depois também a casa era muito frio E não tinha cobertores suficiente e também o aquecedor não dava E pra piorar eu estava lá com um bebé.

El barrio está bien

Nunca funcionó el wifi. Se cortó la luz varias veces y solo había una silla en la mesa.

Helt ok för priset, lite fuktskador i badrummet. Inte helt utrustat kök. Saknade några grejer för att kunna laga mat.

Meneer shoarma tent was aardig.

Sleutels opgehaald bij een shoarma tent 300 meter van appartement vandaan, hierna met koffers naar appartement. Geen raam in appartement, badkamer heeft geen deur maar enkel glazen wand, wifi zeer slecht, onaangename geur. Booking en eigenaar gezegd dat ik n ander appartement wil, deze reageerden beiden niet. Ook geen optie om bagage achter te laten tegen betaling, uiteindelijk bagage achtergelaten bij citylockers.

Location is close to the city centre, host was friendly and ready to help with customer needs.

The location of this apartment was great and if we had wanted to cook our own meals, this apartment would have worked perfectly for that.

The apartment is a little run down in general and needs a good upkeep/clean/fresh coat of paint. Someone needs to check out/clean the shower drain as we had to shut off the water so that the basin didn't overflow into the bathroom.

The location and the kitchen was well equipped and we had amenities in the bathroom.

The glassdoor of the bathroom, if you're sharing with more people can be very uncomfortable.

The location was great, you are close to all amenities and the sightseeing area. All in walking distance

When I booked this apartment, I had no idea it didn't have any windows—only a small window in the bathroom, making the apartment quite dark. The bathroom was in need of maintenance; it was uncomfortable to be in there (please see the pictures). The apartment was not cleaned properly. I found someone’s hair on a kitchen towel and the floor. We often felt like the building had cardboard walls, as we could hear our neighbors upstairs 24/7. They had children, and it seemed like someone was constantly running around, talking, or screaming. We could hear every word.

No security because a window doesn't close even though the apartment is on the ground floor. The manager refused to respond to my requests. The bathroom is in a sorry state. The accommodation does not deserve the price, which was over €100 per night.

Great location, walkable to tourist sites. Quiet street

The space is small but neat. Only 2 windows on ground floor.

The apartment is nicely furnished and provides almost everything needed for a short stay. The bed is exceptionally comfy, ensuring a good night's sleep. The landlord was very accommodating and kind, always happy to help with any queries or needs we had, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

The one downside was the noise from the upstairs neighbours. They were quite loud, and we could hear them stepping around like elephants throughout our stay, which was a bit disruptive. Despite this, I would still recommend the Nice and Cosy private apartment for its great location, comfortable amenities, and excellent hospitality.

we were told keys are next door in the restaurant however that was not accurate

The noise from neighbour above started from 7am-9am could not sleep at all

Location, not expensive

In one moment we didnt have electricity in appartment, and it took more then a day for them to fix that.
