✓Why it stands out
Rooms
8.2Apartments noted as very spacious with good terraces and views, but some rooms/furnishings are worn, sofa-beds and some mattresses are uncomfortable and occasional maintenance issues (slow drains, old bathrooms).
Cleanliness
6.6Multiple comments about dirty carpets, very soiled upholstery, pillows described as horrible, occasional unclean pool and reports of a nauseating odour at night — cleanliness is a clear weakness.
Location
9.9Very frequently mentioned as a major pro: central, close to the beach, good views and balcony atmosphere — location is a strong positive across reviews.
