Reviewed Mar 15, 2026It is near the beach and many restaurants. Quite spaceous, clean- except the sofa. Good bathroom. Comfortable bed. The cleaning lady was very friendly and helpful.
Air-conditioning is only in the bedroom not in the main room which makes it quite useless, there are fans but the large room is very hot as the sun is heating up the room and no curtain on the middle windows.The TV was impossible to put on. The worst thing was that one afernoon the electricity went off and also the water and nobody was able to say when it will come back. No back up generators, water only in big bottles, if you find it in the dark and not hurt yourself. Not so much fun in the heat. The owner was trying to explain and apologised but was more sorry for himself. He cancelled my booking on the web so I can't review and told me that it happens and I don't know Colombia and that I am a bad guest basically because I complain. He told me it's better if I left because he can't guarantee the water and electricity and I would then complain again so I did..But the fact is if you rent an apartment you pay for some basics like running water and obviously this building has a problem.

There were some cockroaches over the place and the cleaning lady was too serious, also the landlord asked for a lot of unnecessary information.
