We loved everything about it. Especially the cosy fire and the peaceful farm views.
Such a beautiful cottage that had everything we needed and more! So cozy and peaceful - couldn't ask for a better getaway.
Fantastic view, vibe, and location. Lots of little details we really liked about the place. Its alot bigger than the photos suggest. Fantastic view of the surrounding farmland. We were greeted with fresh bread and were made to feel at home right away. Sad to leave this place!
Wonderful, idyllic location in the middle of nowhere. We enjoyed nature and wildlife and it is a perfect place to watch the stars in the night. Upon arrival a loaf of bread welcomed us, which is a very nice gesture by your hosts. Location is very good for trips to the beach (Ocean Beach and others), Napier and wine tasting.
Few areas need a proper cleaning, as it is located in the countryside you easily get spiderwebs left and right.
We liked the coziness and the intimate feeling of the face, It was peaceful and majestic.

Very quiet location, the house was perfect for me and my partner and we had a great time
Everything place was perfect
The Little House is the perfect hideaway escape set in a natural and very peaceful location surrounded by stunning scenery. The house is beautifully styled, clean, super cosy and comfortable.
Nothing. It was perfect.
The location was perfect for our needs. We wanted peace and quiet, but nearby to Craggy Range as we had dinner plans there. I actually booked the Little House to propose to my partner, and it was the perfect location to do that. There is a little spot with lights strung up, looking across at the ridgeline. The whole vibe of the Little House is gorgeous. Fiona and Aaron have done such a fabulous job with the place. The attention to detail is amazing. We felt very well looked after. Highly recommend
The views from the deck, bedroom, living area. Spacious, light filled, accommodation. Quiet country location Responsive hosts An outdoor bath and a fire pit ( did not get to use either )
This was a great spot to get away from it all for a long weekend. We loved the bird life and amazing view. The house is well equipped, had a great bed, and there were lots of thoughtful little touches. I would highly recommend 🤩
Very tastefully designed and well appointed.
Nothing really. The proximity to the main house was a bit of a surprise but didn’t affect our stay.
Great location, near Havelock North and vineyards. The property was beautifully furnished and maintained, with a lot of lovely touches inside and the outdoor bath was easy to use. I'd highly recommend this place to stay. Te Mata peak is very close and a must-do.
Very cute little cottage, you can really tell how much effort has gone into the restoration. Lovely hosts who were super easy to get hold of and even had the fire going upon check-in. Will be even more amazing in a few years time when the new planting have taken off. Would definitely recommend this place if you're after a quiet night away in the countryside.
Beautiful location very friendly host. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted. The space was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The host had the fire going for us prior to our arrival. The amenities provided were top-notch, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
There’s wasn’t anything we did not like.
