Limpio, bien situado, muy cómodo. Cerca del centro. Vistas maravillosas

No pudimos entrar a la piscina.

Nice apartment, close to the riverfront. Had everything we need.

Self check in was a little tricky but probably more our fault going to the wrong lifts! Pool shut when we wanted to use it.

L’appartement est très grand et confortable avec deux salles de bain. La vue sur la rivière et la piscine est exceptionnelle. Il faut noter que nous avons pris le service GRAB pour tous nos déplacements puisque l’appartement est un peu excentré du centre (restaurants et commerces). La marche est très possible mais vu la chaleur accablante, nous préférions le déplacement au centre de Kuching en voiture. Grab est très efficace et peu coûteux (attente toujours inférieure à 4 minutes, fin avril). Donc la localisation de l’appartement ne nous dérangeait pas du tout. Un inconvénient qui nous a fortement gêné est l’horaire associé à la piscine. Celle-ci ferme à 17h00 ainsi que le dimanche et les jours fériés!!!? Cela est trop restrictif et nous a grandement frustré compte tenu de cet attrait qui était important pour nous ! Nous recommandons l’appartement si ces inconvénients ne vous dérangent pas.

Dobrze wyposażony apartament. Bardzo ładny i czysty. Wszystkie udogodnienia jakie są potrzebne są na miejscu. Pralka, wyposażona kuchnia. Idealne łóżka. Warunki jak w domu.

Przydałaby się jeszcze jedna szafka na ubrania ale to drobna uwaga.

Large fridge, effective air-conditioning, washing machine with laundry powder, laundry rack, and plenty of clothes hangers and pegs. Clear instructions for collecting the keys, and prompt responses from the host regarding toilet paper and bedsheets.

The two-bedroom configuration with double beds is suitable for four people, plus one small or short person on the sofa bed. The foldable sofa bed is only suitable for a tall teenage boy. When both the futon bed and sofa bed are opened, the room becomes very cramped. If you want to accommodate 6 persons, I recommend keeping two single-size blankets in the cabinet. The red blanket on top of the futon mattress and the black blanket inside (both need washing) are not the right size. Less furniture (for example, removing the coffee table) or a smaller dining table would help create more room for luggage. A shower curtain would also be useful, as water splashes onto the sink cabinet and toilet floor, making the area damp.

Liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung. Wir hatten alles, was man für einen Aufenthalt braucht. Die Bäder haben durch die ständige Feuchtigkeit gelitten, ist in Asien leider häufig. Fussläufig bis zum Zentrum alles erreichbar. Genossen haben wir den Balkon und den Pool.

In der Wärme und Luftfeuchtigkeit kann man auf einen Teil der Plüschkissen und kuschelige Teppiche verzichten.

Unfortunately the gym is closed for renovation and the pool isn’t open on sundays and 2 x during the week between 9am-2pm

Beautifully kept apartment with all mod cons and comfy beds, everything worked great, adjoining rooms were really handy, host was very quick to respond to any questions and all info was clear

Really sleep well, spacious and beautiful river view from balcony. Very comfortable stay. Will come back!!

It was great, beautiful spot over looking the Kuching river. Check in was a little difficult as there is no reservation counter however it looked exactly like the photos and was a really nice stay

Perfect for 2 friends wanting their own space. Great that there’s a washing machine. Lovely view of the river. It’s a bit far to walk anywhere but Grab transport is so cheap.

As per the reviews my fellow travellers left,the unit was great. Everything was provided,didn't miss the Hilton where we usually stay at all. The apartment was very clean and the host was easy to communicate with. If one is OK with local food,there is an abundance to try within walking distance. Happy with our stay,will definitely book again. Definitely a 10. 💖

Would be nice to have had fans in the unit for air circulation.

Value for money! Also the host was very trsponsive and helpful with clear direction to the place. Amenities were also excellent!

Lobby a bit dark, also a bit further away for walking distance from main waterfront, but grab is easily accesible and a few short distance awau..

My family and i had a great stay at Riverine Resort. The room was neat and tidy, as well as clean. It was the best homestay we met so far during our vacation to Kuching this trip. Guys, if you dunno where to stay in Kuching, do try to stay at Riverine Resort, you will NEVER regret!

Time gone too fast.... Should spent more time here during our next trip!
