Habitaciones muy amplias y cocina muy bien equipada. La propietaria fue muy atenta.

Hay una habitación sin persianas y entra mucha luz.

La casa muy limpia y con todas las comodidades!

Almost all we had a grrat time!

Some areas had no fan and no air conditioner like the living room but ooening the dorm room and moving the fan from one bedroom resolved the issue.

The place itself, the privacy, the location and the view were all spectacular!

Only down side was the showers. Mostly cold but not freezing so manageable. A couple times out of the blue it would be scalding hot for like a minute then back to cold. Last two days the pressure severely dropped off to a trickle so we used gallon jugs from the grocery store to finish. I messaged the manager and they said they would tell the owner to “pump” to return it to normal but they must not have gotten the message because it never returned to normal

The washer did not work, and there were no extra towels. There was no play area as shown in the picture, and the entrance is very dangerous because you have to park on a hill to open the gate to enter the property. This property is good only for a weekend, not for a whole week.

Huge, clean, secure, relaxing, everything you need to unwind in the beautiful island of PR near so many beautiful safe Beaches for family or just a romantic walk. Great price adorable for families 💕 great host I strongly recommend this beautiful house and location ☺️

I wish that we can use the dryer to dry our clothes.

The location was perfect for our needs. We wanted something drivable to and from El Yunque. Its location, only 20 minutes from the airport, was perfect. We loved the outdoor balcony, overlooking the mountains. I would highly recommend it if you need a place near the city or the airport.

It only had a small table in the kitchen with two chairs, which we had to drag out to sit on the nice balcony. Luckily, no one was in the unit next to us, so that we could sit there as well.

Clean the outside floor better.

This place is very quiet and very clean and the owner is very responsive. Give the shower water a little time and it gets really nice and hot. The bedroom is large and the shower and bathroom are very large. The AC works well. The bathroom has plenty of toilet paper (something I found some Airbnb’s are starting to limit and when you get there in the middle of the night, that’s not helpful. This place had plenty ) and it had conditioner and shampoo and I noticed it even had some extra products in a drawer (Off, sunscreen,…) which is always helpful to have when you’re traveling.

It’s not a place I would personally stay for an extended period of time, because when you’re inside the apartment there is no “view” / windows and also because you’re in the middle of a neighborhood we weren’t too sure about, but since you’re behind the gate, you feel safe. However, very reasonable for what you get so if you were in Puerto Rico for a long time for work or something, and you just needed a very clean place to sleep at night, this would definitely work. We didn’t use the family room and the other bedroom and bathroom, we did eat at the tiny table that has two chairs in the kitchen area, but if you were more than two people, there really isn’t a table to eat at per se. Also, it has a small 1/2 refrigerator, not a full-size refrigerator.

spacious and comfortable, good location, host was very communicative! the television was set up on Guest Mode which meant all our personal information was erased from the device upon our designated check-out time.

the entry gate closes quickly and locks you inside if you don't have the fob with you. the mini-refrigerator has an interior leak and didn't seem to properly chill our food items.

La amplitud de las facilidades con estacionamiento incluido. La limpieza, impecable! Cuartos y baños súper amplios. Todo nítido en blanco como una nube en las montañas. El espectáculo de las montañas de frente al balcón es una maravilla. Sentarse en la mañana y observar el Yunque de frente, con una taza de café en las manos… una gran maravilla! Súper relax ! La comunicación con Elicia excelente. Dispuesta a ayudar en todo momento !

La cama muy buena. Solamente el colchón de la cama necesitaría un poco más de acojinamiento o soporte, para personas que como yo, tenemos problemas con la espalda.

If you like not being in the city this is the PERFECT place for you. If you like to sit on thebterrace in the morning it has an amazing view of the mountains. Only 20 minutes to San Juan. 30 minutes to great public beaches, and then in town restaurants are delicious!

El apartamento tiene todo lo que puedas necesitar y hasta más. Muy bien decorado y muy limpio. La comunicación fue muy buena en todo momento

El lugar sumamente placentero, limpio, responden rápidamente a las necesidades, todo en orden y reluciente! Nos gustó muchísimo el lugar, además de ser muy seguro, hermoso, acogedor, con todo lo necesario. Definitivamente volveríamos y es altamente recomendado!!! 🇵🇷🙏🙌

Hard to get a car service to come directly to the house.

Love this place! I would definitely stay again. It's clean, comfortable and cozy. It's close to the airport, restaurants and local environment. From this one spot, I was able to go to Luquillo Beach and visit El Yunque for an amazing hike in one day. The views at this property were spectacular and we even saw a double rainbow which I had never seen before. We will be back.

I wish I could have stayed longer.
