Very little - worth bearing in mind it is slightly out of the main town area but we liked how quiet this made it.

Μείναμε παρα πολυ ευχαριστημένοι από τη διαμονή μας! Το δωμάτιο ήταν εξαιρετικό, πολύ όμορφο, άνετο και πεντακάθαρο, κάτι που προσωπικά θεωρώ από τα πιο σημαντικά στοιχεία για μια ευχάριστη διαμονή. Ηταν επίσης πολυ ευρύχωρο. Ειχε πολυ καλη τοποθεσια οπου βολευε πολυ για τις μετακινησεις μας. Από την πρώτη στιγμή η φιλοξενία ήταν υπέροχη. Μας περίμεναν με ένα welcome κρασί, μια πολύ όμορφη και προσεγμένη κίνηση που εκτιμήσαμε. Το προσωπικό ήταν πολυ ευγενικό, πρόσχαρο και εξυπηρετικό, πάντα διαθέσιμο να μας βοηθήσει σε ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε. Μας δόθηκε επίσης η δυνατότητα να απολαύσουμε το πρωινό μας στο δωμάτιο, όπως ακριβώς επιθυμούσαμε, κάτι που έκανε τη διαμονή μας ακόμη πιο άνετη και ευχάριστη. Το τζακούζι ήταν επίσης καθαρό και πολύ προσεγμένο. Ο χωρος της πισίνας επίσης πολυ καλός και η πισίνα ειχε πολυ καλές διστάσεις σε βάθος και μήκος, σε εκανε να ευχαριστηθεις την ωρα σου εκει. Συνολικά, ήταν φανερό ότι υπήρχε μεγάλη προσοχή στην καθαριότητα, στην άνεση και στη λεπτομέρεια. Μια πραγματικά υπέροχη εμπειρία από την αρχή μέχρι το τέλος. Θα το επιλέγαμε σίγουρα ξανά και το προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα!

Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt, das ganze Team rund um Eleni sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Gutes Frühstück, schöne Zimmer, ein luxuriöses ,kleines und gemütliches Hotel. Schöne Lage am Hang, wir würden es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

The room was really big and everything was clean and in place

Everything was excellent

The suites were spacious and exceptionally comfortable. Toiletries were provided during our stay, there was a coffee machine and a fridge. We had a fantastic view from the balcony overlooking the hillside and sea in the distance. We had a small issue with the sink which was dealt with swiftly. The staff were very friendly and efficient and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you Elena and Ioanna! There was a good bus service which ran until about 1am along the south coastline stopping at various beaches and other villages which were worthwhile exploring. If you wanted to go off the beaten track, the most efficient way to explore was hiring a quad bike.

There was nothing to dislike about the property itself, however the walk into Skiathos town (about 10-15 mins) was along a busy road with no pavements.

Eleni the hostess was great and very helpful with everything, even if we wanted to make reservations to restaurants. Everything was very clean and they cleaned our room everyday. Big plus the location, we would walk to go to the beach, bus station and the center.

The shower doors weren’t completely closed so water would come out and stay in the bathroom but overall everything was very clean.

We absolutely loved our stay at Avaton Suites and Villas. The villas and the outlook were just gorgeous, but what truly made our stay unforgettable was Eleni, the hotel manager. I was travelling with my 89‑year‑old mum, and Eleni went above and beyond to make sure she was comfortable and had everything she needed. She was genuinely fabulous. Don’t be put off by comments about the steep hill — there’s always a car available to pick you up or drop you off if you’re not feeling up to the short walk. The location is perfect too, within walking distance of both the old town and the beach. A wonderful place to base yourself on this beautiful island.

Upon arrival you were greeted with the nicest woman and a complimentary glass of wine. I was so aware of how kind she was and attentive! She made sure you had everything you needed. She made sure to help get you set up with the luggage and the room. The room was HUGE and nice amenities. Hot tub on the deck which was a nice added bonus. I didn't get into to the pool but it's walking distance to the beacH. The breakfast was incredible spread of assorted fruits, pastries, cheeses, olives, juices, coffee, yogurt and much more! I highly recommend this place!

The closest beach is walking distance but mainly quite full of lounge chairs/restaurants. There are a bunch of markets close by so it's convenient for that. The pool is a little underwhelming but nnie to have the option.

La amabilidad del personal, Eleni fue maravillosa y nos hizo sentir en casa. La habitación es estupenda, el desayuno excelente y las instalaciones fantásticas. El servicio de transfer, perfecto. Muy recomendable.

Super netter Empfang von Frau Eleni die sehr freundlich alles erklärt und überall behilflich ist. Man merkt bei ihr, dass sie ihren Job liebt. Wir waren nur für 1 Nacht dort in einer Suite mit Whirlpool auf dem Balkon, den wir aber nicht genutzt haben. Zimmer sehr groß und das Schlafzimmer war über eine Wendeltreppe oberhalb in einem Extraraum zu erreichen. Wunderbar ruhig in der Nacht. Leise Klimaanlage oben und unten. Nette Poolbar am kleinen aber feinem Pool. Günstiger hausinterner Bring- Abholdienst (zB wurden wir für nur 15 EUR zum Flughafen gebracht). Frühstück war jetzt nicht überdrüber aber ausreichend und für jenen denke ich ist etwas dabei (für griechische Verhältnisse war es aber absolut ok).

Bad ist etwas klein und es gibt wenig Ablagemöglichkeit und es ist leider auch schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und gehört erneuert. Auch der Außenbereich um den Whirlpool herum war nicht sehr einladend da teilweise die Umrandungen gebrochen waren. Keine Sitzpölster für die Sessel auf der Terrasse. Sehr steile Auffahrt von der Hauptstraße weg aber dafür bekommt man einen wunderbaren Blick Richtung Meer (wenn jemand schlecht zu Fuß ist besser rauffahren lassen). Sehr schmutzige Fenster, dass sollte nicht sein. Alles in Allem ist aber das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis gesamt sehr in Ordnung und die netten Mitarbeiter heben das ganze auch nochmals nach oben.

Atendimento impecável e extremamente eficiente da Eleni. A equipe superou todas as expectativas: resolveram meu check-in rapidamente e até providenciaram uma bebida de cortesia. Profissionais focados, cordiais e que realmente sabem antecipar as necessidades do hóspede. Parabéns pela excelência!

Όλοι οι εργαζόμενοι ευγενέστατοι, με το χαμόγελο! Ήταν η δεύτερη φορά στο ξενοδοχείο και η διαμονή μας είναι όλο και καλύτερη! Παράδεισος!

From the moment we arrived Eleni made us all feel so special. She was extremely kind and was very attentive to any of our needs. The hotel was absolutely beautiful and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Eleni even ordered us a car anytime we left the resort. She made the experience very relaxing for our entire group. This was the best place we stayed in the entire two weeks we traveled around Greece!

Thank you Eleni and team for such a warm welcome. We will come back later in the summer.

Eleni our host was wonderful. She was welcoming and helped us with transfers, local knowledge.and genuinely concerned that we had a wonderful stay. Joanna the poolside bartender and Eleni's assistant was wonderful. The team made our stay comfortable and relaxing.

The hot tub at our room could have been a bit warmer, however at the end of a long day a soak in the tub was a welcome moment to relax before bed.

Breakfast was ok not outstanding I just expected it to be a little better.

Bread already cut so quite dry some mornings,having to ask for it to be toasted for you.asked for tea but very rare they remember to bring sugar. Not a lot of taste to the cooked food ,low quality.

It was in a very quiet location with lovely views. The team there were fabulous - so friendly and ready to help if you needed anything at all. The room was good with a large terrace and the breakfast choice was vast. Very comfy sun loungers with enough shade if you needed it. You don’t get views like this without a climb! There is a golf buggy to take you to the top - always available and fun going to the top. Not for the feint hearted though!

Nice view, modern furniture and equipment, there was everything you may need from the iron to wine opener. There was always someone at the reception ready to fulfill our needs and especially lady Eleni was really nice. She ket us for early check-in and we could also stay by the pool after check-out. We would definitely come back.

The roma are very spacious and the pool area very nice but the staff is what makes this place so special. We really enjoyed it.

Avaton Suites were perfect for our mother & daughter holiday. The room was perfect, staff friendly and helpful and the place was spotless. Would definitely recommend.

Everything was great

Everything was perfect except for the steep road up but there was the buggy that could take us up and down so it was great. Big thank you to Eleni and the team.

We loved the beautiful views across the valley to the sea. Our suite with hot tub was gorgeous and everywhere is spotlessly clean. The breakfast was great and the staff are all amazing - the kids particularly enjoyed the golf cart rides up and down the hill.

We had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is charming, with spacious rooms arranged over two floors — perfect for families, as the teenagers could sleep downstairs while the parents stayed upstairs. The staff were absolutely lovely, and we especially appreciated the warm welcome from Elena. Thank you for your hospitality.

Nice pool and very friendly staff.

Quite a hike up a very steep track if you go out to eat. There is a golf cart you can use but not ideal.

Maybe a evening buffet option once during the week would be good but there were options to dine at the sister hotel just down the track

Even though not directly at the waterfront, the place gives a nice look and feel, beautiful view over the bay, fully appointed rooms, thought-out design, and what makes it really special are the people, welcoming and ready to accommodate all your requests. The manager, Eleni, has made our stay a really pleasant experience, we will definitely return.

Wonderful place, amazing view, clean and convenient! It is not big and that is the beauty! You feel the privacy. We were hearing the silence. People were kind and took care for us all the time!

We loved our stay here. Eleni the hotel manager was so welcoming and friendly and the hotel itself was exactly what we were after. The walk into town was easy and the pool facilities were great. Lots of breakfast options and lots of smiley staff. Would definitely recommend

Amazing hotel, amazing service and an amazing location

It was fine for us, but be aware it’s a bit of a walk from the main town, up a big hill and a lot of the paths aren’t very good - so be prepared for lots of walking (or using taxis which the lovely staff at the hotel will always arrange for you)

Whole stay was amazing start to finish. Room was lovely and spotless and beautiful views. Staff were fab , they couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. Eleni in the morning so lovely , approachable and good tips on places to go. Plus Nel one of the evening staff again so helpful and lovely to chat to. Overall a wonderful stay and defiantly be staying here again.

The rooms are the best thing of course, and the breakfast is where the bar is, you are high up with a view of the sea and calm environment to enjoy

The up hill to go back to the room but they have the golf car, they named “Buggy” which they will drive up and down so the uphill was no prblem after all
