Super schöne Unterkunft in mega Lage. Tolle Aussicht auf den See. Gute Kommunikation im Vorfeld. Das neu eröffnete Café vor Ort ist ganz prima und bietet eine tolle Frühstücksoption. Das Pub um die Ecke war bezaubernd. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wären gern länger geblieben:).

Eine bessere Beschilderung vor Ort zu den einzelnen Häuschen wäre wünschenswert. Aber das ist das Einzige, ansonsten super!!

Die Landschaft ist wunderschön. Es ist eine tolle Lage. Die Lodge war geräumig und war auch an kalten Tagen gut beheizbar. Die Küche hat alles, was man braucht.

Ein bisschen mehr Geschirr ist immer gut (Schüssel und Besteck). Der Boden war etwas klebrig.

Casa prefabricada bastante vieja. Temblaba todo a cada paso. No hay lavavajillas y el wifi no tiene alcance. La ubicación está bastante apartado de cualquier poblacion, supermercado o restaurante.

Een schitterende locatie met parkeren naast stacaravan. wandel en fietsroutes in de buurt.

Bedden zijn zeker aan vervanging toe. Douche muffig.

Sehr liebevoll eingerichtete kleine Hütte mit Küche, Terrasse und Grill. Es fehlt an nichts. Tolle Gastgeber. Es ist alles super organisiert. Lage idyllisch am Waldrand. Eigener Parkplatz und Dusche mit WC sind in wenigen Schritten erreichbar. Auf dem Gelände in Sichtweite befindet sich auch ein Café. See und nettes Restaurant sind ebenfalls schnell zu erreichen. Das Areal bietet viel Weite, Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit zum Entspannen in einer wunderschönen Region.

Der Preis ist relativ hoch. Das ist in der Region leider vergleichbar.

Muy lindo lugar con una tranquilidad barbara, para relajarte y poder aprovechar de tus vacaciones. Hay que ir en coche porque no hay transportes. El personal y los servicios estan muy bien, quizas proponer un servicio de desayuno estaria bueno ahora que abrieron su propio café, seguro va a estar buenisimo.

It was a lovely place. The accommodation was a converted train carriage, very comfortable and perfect for our stay. Julie was very welcoming and thoughtful. We had every comfort in the place and she even left us a picnic basket with goodies to start us off. Highly recommended.

No complaint. Loved every minute!

Not having stayed in this type accommodation previously, we didn't have any expectations. On a cycle tour, travelling only modest daily distances, we booked here because it was the only accommodation we could find in this area. Not being equiped for self catering, we had intended to eat in the Creagan Hotel so were disappointed to find it closed on Mondays and with no other nearby eating establishments. We had not found the site map attached to the booking confirmatory message so had difficulty finding our way round the site on our cycles. We didn't see any signs on the approach road indicating the entrance to the site, nor was there a welcome sign or site map displayed on entry.

Die Homes sind sehr schön ausgestattet. Alles was es braucht ist vorhanden.

Leider teilweise doch etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Terassen und Fenster sind nicht geputzt, viele Spinnweben überall. Schade. Die Rezeption wie auch der Game-Room sind schmutzig und veraltet. Mir fehlte der Kontakt bzw. schnellere Kommunikation durch den Vermieter. Die Lage ist schön, aber ziemlich abseits von allem.

Sehr schöne Lage mit aussergewöhnlichen Unterkünften. Wir haben in einem alten Banhwagen geschlafen. Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Besonders die Badwanne im freien war ein Highlight.

Die Wegbeschreibung war etwas kompliziert. Es wäre hilfreich auf dem Areal die verschiedenen Unterkünfte mit Wegweisern anzuschreiben.

The accommodation was nice. Also with a lovely little bakery and laundry facilities.

Despite having a very enjoyable stay overall, we wanted to mention a couple of maintenance points. The decking outside was loose in places, and the door handles did not always open the doors when pressed down, you often had to try several times before they worked. As we were travelling with a young child, this made us feel a little uneasy. We hope this feedback is helpful, as we otherwise had a wonderful stay.

Die Lage und die Aussicht aufs Wasser sowie die nette Einrichtung in den Lodges haben uns sehr gefallen.

This is such a little slice of paradise! It was lovely and quiet and nice and clean. We enjoyed having the kitchenette to prepare a meal. Sitting on the outdoor chairs and watching the sunset over the loch was a once in a lifetime experience.

Location, views, beautiful cabin. Stared at the view for hours and hours. Also the Creagan restaurant was superb!

The surroundings are beauttiful and the camping site was set up creatively with an old train station as coffee house.

The cottage could use some maintenance.

Gostei do espaço e da tranquilidade, apesar de bastante próximo à estrada, durante a noite não se ouve nenhum movimento no exterior. O host foi simpático e deixou-nos um dos bolos da estação porque o nosso check-in foi mais tardio que o previsto.

The cabin was nicely decorated and had such a cosy feel to it - even if the weather wasn’t the best. The rooms were nice and clean and the beds were very comfy - I had a great sleep each night. The owners were also very helpful and just a text away. 😊 Great location for driving to Glencoe/Fort William etc but also nearby a couple of restaurants. Couldn’t fault it, will definitely be back!

De bedden zijn erg goed. De locatie is prachtig.

Het is wat aan de krappe kant voor een gezin van 4. Zeker als je tieners hebt. Aan tafel eten was een uitdaging. De vloer was her en der wat verzakt. Ik miste wat informatie, vooral over hoe bepaalde dingen in huis werken en wat de bedoeling was met afval scheiding. Drie bakken maar geen aanduiding wat waarin moet of wat er gescheiden moest worden.

Cabane très confortable et intimiste, dans un cadre calme et agréable. Le personnel est adorable et aidant. Magnifique atmosphère avec le temps pluvieux lors de notre visite. Petit plus pour la baignoire sur l’extérieur de la cabane. Je recommande cet endroit

La vue et l’emplacement étaient geniaux

La petitesse de la cabane .le lit était contre le mur, et pour que mon mari puisse dormir, moi j’ai dormi sur le canapé. Le propriétaire était tout juste aimable quand je l’ai appelé pour lui dire que je ne trouvais pas la cabane. Il m’a dit de regarder sur Google map.

Die Lage der kleinen Lodge ist wunderschön, man hat einen tollen Blick aufs Wasser. Die Lodge war sauber, modern und gepflegt. Die kleine enthaltene Küchenzeile enthält alles was man für einen kleinen Aufenthalt benötigt. Ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt befindet sich ein kleines Lokal in dem man super Fish & Chips bei einer traumhaften Aussicht aufs Wasser genießen kann. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und der Self-Checkin lieg unkompliziert und sehr komfortabel ab. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier her kommen.

Everything about was great… apart from the fact that we couldn’t get any hot water other than in the shower. We were only there two days, and out all the time, so we booked the kettle for personal washing and washing the pots.

The whole place was clean and so cozy!

Loved the quirky shepherds hut, was so cozy. The bath on the deck was lovely and relaxing after a long day, loved the little touches like bubble bath and candles. Also the skin so soft midgie spray came in handy! Beautiful views Would come again

Gemütliche Einrichtung, sehr freundliches und gut erreichbares Personal, Austattung ausreichend um gut kochen zu können. Hervorzuheben ist die Sauberkeit, besonders im Bezug auf die Betten (im Vergleich zu anderen, vergleichbaren Cabins).

Nur ein Geschirrhandtuch, zu wenig Klopapier, zu wenige Müllsäcke. sehr wenig Platz im Bad, manches im Bad müsste repariert oder erneuert werden. Badezimmertür nicht abschließbar (geht zwar mit Absprache, aber bei vier Personen wünschenswert).

Es gibt keine Fliegengitter. Wir hatten Dutzende Midges / Mücken im Raum, da wir lüften mussten. Die Luft im Raum war sehr feucht und nach dem sonnigen Tag sehr warm. Mindestens ein Fenster muss in so einer Lage am Waldrand ein Fenstergitter haben!

Das Haus ist ganz cool mit toller Aussicht. Etwas klein für einen längeren Aufenthalt, da man weder Schrank noch Platz für die Koffer hat. Für einen kurzen Stop auf dem Weg in die Highlands gut. Die Küchenzeile st gut ausgestattet.

Wir haben im Mai nachts sehr gefroren. Das Bett ist schmal und steht an der Wand, so dass einer immer über den anderen rüber klettern muss. Das Waschbecken ist winzig und man hat keine Ablagemöglichkeiten

It was wonderfully decorated and cozy with a beautiful view!

We loved that the bothy backed up to a meadow with sheep we could hear from our window and the view of the loch was stunning. We also loved the super cute decor and the record player with lots of cool albums to choose from.

The WiFi wasn’t working and we could not access the tv. I asked about the router and was told where to locate it but it wasn’t there. We listened to records instead, so no big deal. It was a little cramped in the sleeping area but we made do. Be mindful when booking a Monday night, there are very few options close by for meals that are open.

The chalet was in a great area, beautiful view and only a short distance by car to Oban and surrounding area. It was clean and comfortable with everything you could need. Its in lovely grounds.

Emplacement centrale pour rayonner vers Glencoe/Oban/Glenfinnan. Le port d'Appin en lui même est vraiment charmant et des balades sont à faire aux alentours. La vue depuis le mobil-home était superbe. L'endroit est très calme et le personnel très réactif via Whatapp même si on ne les voit pas physiquement. Notre logement était spacieux pour deux adultes et un enfant de deux ans.

Nous sommes étonnés que cet établissement ait autant de notes très positives. Peut être que nous n'avons tout simplement pas eu de chance. En effet, le mobil-home est très ancien et beaucoup de choses sont à changer ou réparer. (literie désastreuse - on sentait les ressorts sous notre dos, canapé beau en apparence mais dés que l'on s'assoie dessus il s'affaisse complétement . Au niveau de la propreté, ce logement n'était pas du tout propre - beaucoup de grosses tâches mur ( des gros insectes écrasés peut être ou autre..) - sets de tables très sales - coussins du canapé à laver - poêle à changer - draps très usés - salle de bain avec du moisi un peu partout...) bref.. nous détestons vous indiquer tout cela. Cela nous met dans une position inconfortable. C'est d'ailleurs la première fois que les commentaires des utilisateurs booking nous font défaut et pourtant on passe beaucoup par ce site.. mais vraiment, la note de 8.9 en moyenne générale n'est pas fiable de notre point de vue.

Absolutely stunning location and such a cute place! Having a hammock on the patio that overlooked the (baby!) sheep was such a delight. Contactless check in, but we met Jim the day we arrived; he was warm, welcoming and hilarious.

Het huisje ziet er mooi uit en is ruimer dan de meeste waar we in hebben geslapen. Het uitzicht is natuurlijk ook mooi!

Over het algemeen een goede accommodatie, alleen een paar kleine (verbeter)puntjes in onze ogen: Veel lichtinval doordat gordijnen niet aansluiten of er geen gordijn is. De oploskoffie was niet lekker Er was geen sponsje aanwezig om even goed af te wassen Het bed en de bank waren allebei te zacht, (persoonlijke mening) We kregen die oven niet op de juiste stand om een pizza of broodjes af te bakken
