Everything is good with the resort, the room is exceptional as well, the rate is awesome for the provided service, andthe presence of coarles is beyond my expectations

At checkout, the girl at the desk mentioned that I had broken the sofa, and in fact, I had found it broken. Since I had spent only one night, I did not bother myself to call maintenance at night to fix it. At checkout, she insists that I should report something like that, and since I did not report that, it means I am the one who broke it. This way of communication is very bad for me and disrespectful. I told her that I would communicate with the owner by myself to end that hassle

Viel zu sagen gibt es nicht. Es war ja nur ein Schlafplatz,allerdings diese Matratze eine echte Herausforderung 🙈 auch wenn sie neu sind sollte man vllt darauf achten das sie nicht hart wie Stein sind und man darauf nicht schlafen kann.

The “2” sofa couches was actually just one sofa couch with two parts of it that were at different heights and didn’t fold into one larger bed. The hot water turned off due to a malfunction in the middle of my shower and I was left standing naked and soapy, shivering in a towel while maintenance attended to the issue. No hand soap. The place is sloppily put together and there is dust everywhere from the construction being done to most other units.

From my seaview apartment, I have enjoyed an incredible vista of the sea. The modern furnishings added a touch of elegance to the space while offering a fabulous view of yachts sailing by. The apartment is Located at the heart of Hurghada near the Hurghada Mall, I have easy access to supermarkets, restaurants, and a nearby pool area. Its proximity to the touristic promenade allowed me to immerse myself in the vibrant atmosphere of the city. With a friendly and accommodating host, my stay was delightful and welcoming. Thank you team!
