Reviewed Aug 28, 2026Fernando is an amazing host! So thoughtful and helpful with everything. He gave me great recommendations and always makes a way to be there for you. Very calm place, beautiful mango tree in the garden which you are free to eat from. Very secured place as well, surroundings are safe to walk. Supermarket and parks close by. The room itself is clean, big and comfortable. Had everything i needed. Big fridge and kitchen to use including free filtered water. Definitely recommend! PS in the evenings you should obviously take an uber, which you should do everywhere in Barranquilla especially as a woman, for EU standards its very cheap. Don't let it hold you back from visiting.

Es una casa vieja. Le falta mantenimiento. El baño es compartido. Cuando hice la reserva tome el baño privado pero terminaron dándome el compartido. Estaba con hongos y me tocó pedir que lo lavaran al final lo hicieron pero eso no debe ser así.

Reviewed Jan 14, 2026El señor Fernando nos trato como de la familia, muy atento y en la casa todo esta a disposición, brinda mucha confianza y la ubicación inmejorable.
Por el precio nos pareció muy económico, demasiado barato. Se trata de una casa que tiene sus años y consideramos que le falta mantenimiento, si la mejoran podrían cobrar mas y los clientes se sentirían mas a gusto. En las fotos no se ve lo acabada que esta la casa, aunque pudimos dormir con aire acondici

Reviewed Apr 17, 2024The room was big and spacious and it had two windows. The area was quite safe and tranquille, near a park and two super markets and other restaurants of more western style. Fernando was very accommodating. You have use of a full kitchen with all facilities and food working internet. Definitely a place to relax and pouch up your strength.
Not so close to places of interest, I miss having street food and street markets around. A bedside lamp would be nice and a working TV.
