Lidia una genia! Nos tuvimos que quedar más días y el departamento ya estaba reservado y se ocupó para ayudarnos a conseguir otro departamento. Muy completo, con artículos de limpieza, condimentos café, te, etc a disposicion. Gracias Lidia!

It was a wonderful experience. The flat is exactly as shown in the pictures, very homely and fully equipped (one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on). The location of the apartment is perfect if you want to experience Buenos Aires both as a tourist and as a local at the same time: it's just a couple of blocks away from the Congress building, right next to bus stops and a subway line, but immersed in a very typical neighborhood where people still greet each other by name. There's a big variety of restaurants and cafes all around, and a big supermarket in the corner. The host, Lidia, was extremely helpful and readily available to answer questions and make really good recommendations on what to see, where to eat, etc. I also need to mention I had forgotten to tell her I would be arriving with my dog, and she had no problem with that (if you're staying with a dog, there's a park right across the street which includes a dog area). I can't recommend this place highly enough.

Lidia is the best host I have ever met. She looked after us like a true friend and we only met after our arrival. The apartment we were in is equipped with all the amenities and appliances. There is a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, iron etc. We arrived in Buenos very early in the morning and we were able to leave our luggage right away and even stay in the apartment because it was not occupied the previous night. The location is also great, the apartment is on a quiet street and there is a large supermarket literally around the corner. We are going back to Buenos and we are not looking for any other place to stay because after what Lidia offered us it is hard to find something better.

The balcony is incredible. Windows on two sides of the apartment - good breeze to stay cool. Wifi was good enough to work for a day, I didn’t really test it more then that. The hosts are really nice - they were happy to give recommendations, they were flexible in my arrival and departure times and payment method.

I couldn’t figure out how to work the microwave. The park/dog park across the road is great for trees and giving some space (instead of buildings across the street) but there are dogs barking all the time, and the poop smells.

Everything was fantastic, including the owner! A tastefully decorated flat with lots of interesting ornaments, great location, balcony overlooking the park.

Clean, beautiful balcony, comfy bed, it felt like home! Lydia and her friend Veronica were so welcoming.
