The owner and staff were so kind and accommodating.

Da Dani que foi maravilhosa com as indicações e organização dos passeios. Do motorista do tuk tuk que nos guiou muito disposto e atencioso por todo o complexo de templos Angkor. Da possibilidade de jantar na própria pousada com uma boa comidinha que ela encomendava.

Do banheiro, com zero apoio para objetos, zero ganchos para toalhas de banho nem de rosto, zero pressão de água na pia e no chuveiro( do qual saíam gotas de água, que não esquentava), ausência de box deixando o banheiro inundado após o banho e sem tapete ou pano de chão para enxugar o que quer que fosse.

Avevamo prenotato tre notti, al nostro arrivo ci viene comunicato che le prime due notti avremmo dormito in una delle due strutture e che la terza notte avremmo dovuto cambiare per via di alcuni lavori elettrici...I lavori elettrici erano una festa organizzata per qualcuno. Avremmo sicuramente preferito che ci fosse stata comunicata la vera ragione piuttosto che essere presi....ah e appena cambiata struttura ci siamo ritrovati una signora sul terrazzo della camera di passaggio.

Leider gab es zum Duschen kein Warmwasser, nur lauwarm.

La chambre est correcte, je crois que c'est la seule chose positive

Les services en général. La maîtresse de maison est venue nous chercher à l'aéroport (au même prix que les taxis : TB même si elle était un peu en retard, cela peu arriver). Mais dès l'arrivée au logement, le service est devenu pire que minimal : 1ère phrase = "enlevez vos chaussures et venez payer". 4 nuits sur place et pas de changement de serviettes, pas de poubelle vidée dans la chambre, eau de la douche à peine tiède. Petit-déjeuner minimum (voir photo) Jamais on ne nous a demandé si tout allait bien, si nous n'avions besoin de rien; les seuls mots étaient bonjour. Cela s'explique peut-être par la fait que nous n'avons pris aucune des excursions qu'elle proposait ? En plus : au terme des 4 nuits que nous avons passé là-bas, nous avons demandé à faire un "late check-out" (3PM) ; on nous a dit que cela serait en supplément alors qu'il n'y avait aucun autre client dans aucune des 8 autres chambres !! En conclusion, nous avons déjà voyagé dans de nombreux pays en Asie du sud-est ou en Afrique et ce logement était le dernier (avant notre retour en Belgique) de notre voyage de 32 jours, nous pouvons dire que Rithy Residence est de loin le logement le moins convivial et offrant le service le moins chaleureux. NB : j'ai aussi lu, sur d'autres plateformes (Tripadvisor - Google >maps), des avis très similaires au mien et j'ai aussi lu qu'on y faisait mention de très nombreux avis factices sur ce logement (et les 2 autres de ce propriétaire = Rithy 1 et Rithy Boutique)

L’ultima sera ci hanno spostate in un’altra struttura, a pochi passi dalla prima, ma non era all’altezza della prima! Non curata e pulita come la precedente

Affordable, friendly driver, spacious room, bathtub is huge. This is the same property with another listing: Angkor Rithy Boutique Beware of wrong location on google map. It leads to a church nearby.

No elevator, roads to the property are very rocky, not many restaurants/cafe nearby.

No staff member was present on arrival, left to deal with a tuk tuk driver and a young girl with no English and translated by the tuk tuk driver. Never saw any staff except lovely young girl who cooked an average breakfast. Fridge turned everything frozen. Safe could not be opened to operate. Bed hard, air con took over 8 hours to eventually cool the room. It's a trek to the main centre of Soem Reap. The hotel is on a side street. Left to own devices to work out shower, it's overhead, but looks like a shower head placed on the wall. It is one of the worst properties I have stayed at. Cash taken the following morning, no receipt, owner contacted on the phone by staff. All in all, shocking!

Presentation was good & pool was nice. The reception was courteous & supplied a meal for us at 10pm

The receptionist had limited English but tried her best. The breakfast included was very limited. The dunas for the beds had no covers on them. The little bar fridge was randomly placed in corner of room very screwif like an after thought.

Overall a nice decent & clean boutique hotel run by Dany and David. The room (suite) was spacious on the first floor. Housekeeping was good. Breakfast was simple but fresh. Has a nice courtyard with a small pool in the front. The neighbourhood is quiet but hardly 2 kms from the city centre attaction & night life (pub street, green market etc). Dany and David are very friendly people. I will certainly stay there again and recommend others.

The shower in the bathroom could be better. There is no lift (elevator) to the first floor so elderly and physically challenged guests will need assistance. For us it was not a hindrance. They provide assistance with luggage.

It’s really a lovely place ,the room is big and they also have pickup service. If you want , they could arrange tuktuk driver for you to Angkor wat , we really like our small circle driver , not just a driver also a perfect guide.

Its the first time i am giving such a high rate to a hotel. I REALLY LOVED IT. The staff is very kind and super helpful with everything. The room is amazing, super comfy, the bathtub is very relaxing, the location is quiet, the breakfast was delicious and the lady who prepared it was lovely. We felt very welcomed not only in the hotel but in siem reap overall!

I have only one suggestion. The bathroom looks a bit unfinished, there was a tube leaking. Nothing too much but could use some improvement.

The room and the bathroom were spacious, the bed comfortable, everything was spotless and well maintained. We even had an outside area with a bathtub just for ourselves. The residence serves breakfast (you just need to arrange the best time for you and they prepare it on the spot), has a restaurant and even provides spa services. The best part of our stay was the staff - it was very easy to communicate with our host and everything was arranged to our satisfaction, including the airport transfer and a driver to drive us around the temple grounds. Can definitely recommend staying here if you're visiting Siem Reap!

Dany our host is lovely and provided airport pick up for us. The hotel is small and cosy with a lovely little pool which is kept really clean. Breakfast is sufficient and it was nice to have a big pot of tea. A quiet hotel if you need to relax and re-charge your batteries.

The shower head in the bathroom could have done with a clean as the water poured out rather than sprayed. The Mattress was a little hard and beware the corners on the bed base Ouch!

The room was spacious

The bathroom was a public hazard and I would call it a suicidal bathroom. An improvised bathtub that was so uncomfortable to get in, the mirror wasn't in front of the bathroom but rather next to the bathtub. The shower was not on the bathtub rather outside and shared the same area as the toilet and sink. The breakfast was one of the poorest and stingiest I've ever had. You have to take off your shoes and leave them outside the hotel

Wonderful Residence nice location and beautiful room nice bathroom with bigger hot tub . Staff and owners superb friendly and helpful us to arrange service pickup from bus station for free breakfast or WiFi good enough for us I will promise to come back again soon. Am strongly recommend to everyone to stay with Angkor Residence 2 .

A lovely residential accommodation with great staff who fulfill your needs. Very considerate, helpful and accommodating.

Noisy neighbours, out of my three nights only one was quiet. Other nights the neighbours made too much noise in either their rooms or the common room.

The staff on site were very friendly and helpful and made everything really easy. I also loved the big bathroom and room in general. It was surprisingly more luxurious than I expected.

I chose the place because it was outside the city center and quiet, which makes getting to and from there a little bit of a lift if you plan on spending much time there. Short tuktuk ride though.

The place is new and seemed well maintained. Very close to Angkor temple.food & people (staff)was excellent.Overall good experience, rooms are cleaned.

The side of the bathroom door which opens and closes has a mirror...when the door closes, the other side can see everything inside, so I would suggest putting some paper there or something else. Overall it's was good 😊

Lovely small hotel managed by a caring couple. My room with very clean, ample and featured an enormous bathroom/bathtube. It was quiet at night for a great night sleep. A 10-minute tuk tuk ride away from Siem Reap hustle and bustle, in a real residential neighborhood. A big plus for me. Good value for money

Breakfast could be more varied.

We were welcomed nicely from the manager, she picked us up from the airport and helped us arrange our activities on the first day. Her English was amazing and it felt very organized....

Untill she left the first day and no one else spoke English. Our tutuk driver shed arranged spoke no English so was very difficult without google translate. The next day the breakfast, we were not asked what we wanted and she didn't speak any English to tell her we didn't like the Cambodian breakfast shed gave us. While we understand not everyone will speak English, we tried to communicate with Google translate but this was unsuccessful. The massages we got the girls spoke zero English and it felt so awkward . The tuktuk tour of the temples was very nice but again language barrier made it difficult. This is also where our trip took a bad turn. The tuktuk driver didn't asked us were we'd like lunch he just took us to what appreciated to be his 'family' restaurant. They would hover over our table and we felt very uncomfortable only ordered fries and then tried to pay on card which they didn't take card. It was massively over priced and unclean and wasn't nice. They seem to have a deal with other tuktuk driver to bring there tour guest here without asking as everyone in the restaurant was in the same boat. Once we left floods of children tried to take money off us it was very uncomfortable. At this point we felt very unsafe. We tried to communicate we'd like to go back to the hotel but he didn't understand and continued the temples. There is no night staff or security or CCTV at the hotel so after dinner when we got a taxi back the driver started asking concerning questions and tried to take photos of us, so we felt very unsafe in the hotel that night. Glad we didn't stay long. The room was nice but not covers on the duvet and the AC didn't work brilliant and tv didn't work.

Tour planning by Mr David. He arranged a car and planned in a manner we could cover most of the places within our short visit. Driver Mr Pau was very cooperative and informative. Other staff were also good.

Only one bottle of water of 350 ml per person for 2 nights.

This is a lovely little hotel! I was one week here and I felt like at home. Personal is really kind, the room very confortable, and I like the location, in a quiet place but close to the temples and the city center. It is a pleasure to swim in the swiming pool after a tired day visiting the temples! Thanks a lot!

I was glad to stop here. The hostess was friendly, polite, attentive to detail and very helpful. The room was super clean and comfortable. I liked big bed and big bathroom on the terrace. A little bit far from the center, but if you like tuk-tuks, or walk on foot - this is not a problem. Probably the best place for a quiet holiday in Siem Reap!

location wise., not convenient at all if I just want to get noddle cups or snacks there’s nothing around. I had my first time toast without butter. was planning to stay longer but didn’t. It’s not spa bath., it’s just hot tub. with that weather with hot tub. no no.

Our host was very friendly, helped us whenever we needed her and answered all our questions. We enjoyed our stay very much. Our room was nicely furnitured, clean, very quiet - and this all for a good price! I recommend this hotel very much.

Wonderful place all New and clean staff and owners superb helpful us For location is great nearby National Museum or Royal Palace just 0.8 km from residence you walking or Bicycle from residence for free and you take Tuk Tuk just $0.75 breakfast wash good we have 2 different one with western and anthers one with local breakfast, Wi-Fi good working and they are also have laundry service in residence just $1.5/1kg and they are arrange tuk tuk for us to visit temple area with good price nice driver too , I am living here like my house, I am promises to come back here again,
