Reviewed Sep 16, 2026Close to everything. A easy walk from bus station. Pool was great. The staff were cheerful keeping rooms and the outside clean and tidy. Gym was small but sufficient for our needs. Fresh water and towels everyday.

Reviewed Sep 11, 2026The hotel is in a very central and convenient location, making it easy to get around and find restaurants and other places nearby. Considering the location, the price is very reasonable, and having a swimming pool at this price point is definitely a nice bonus. The only thing to be aware of is the limited parking, as there are only around two or three spaces available. If you’re travelling by car, I would recommend checking with the hotel in advance to make sure there is space available, or asking if they can suggest alternative parking nearby if the hotel parking is full. Overall, for the price, location and facilities, I think it offers very good value for money.
There wasn’t really anything I disliked about the hotel. For the price, it was pretty much what I expected. It’s a small, local hotel rather than a luxury property, but overall it was perfectly fine for what I paid. Nothing particularly stood out, either positively or negatively, and I didn’t have any problems during my stay.

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026Das Guesthouse ist zentral gelegen, an der Straße selbst sind einige gute Restaurants, Thai Massagen und Roller Verleih-Stationen. Und trotzdem ist es ruhig, im Zimmer hat man nichts von der Straße gehört. Die Walking Street ist nur ein paar Minuten entfernt und an dieser Walking Street sind viele gute Bars und kleine Läden. Der Pool ist sehr sauber und sehr groß. Das Guesthouse selbst ist ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, aber dennoch sehr sauber.
Es war alles prima, wir würden wiederkommen.

Het vele gerook van gasten. Er staat overal dat het verboden is om te roken, maar niemand houdt zich eraan. Er wordt niet gehandhaafd. Er staan zelfs overal asbakken. Soms roken we de rooklucht en wietlucht op de kamer. Smerig.

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026Very nice pool. The two-story building surrounds the pool, which gives it a charming atmosphere. Close to walking street, but just far away enough that the road doesnt get blocked in the evening.
The hotel doesnt have a restaurant or bar. But there are many options in close proximity.

Reviewed May 26, 2026No complaints! Room was immaculate with a lovely shower/ bathroom. Room was cleaned daily, with clean towels, amenities (earbuds, shower caps) were replaced daily & fresh bottles of water. Room was also very spacious and the pool was clean. The woman working at the front desk was so lovely and greeted us every time we saw her. Would recommend staying here to anyone, only about a 5 minute walk from walking street.

We had to sleep without airconditioning because it was very strong and loud - very old unit. The window did not seal properly—there was a gap of several centimeters, which allowed noticeable smog to enter the room. It also let in a significant amount of noise from the street.

Boekte verkeerde datum (een dag te vroeg) en kon dat ook de zelfde dag als dat ik het geboekt had niet meer omzetten naar de volgende dag. Ze zijden dat er geen kamers meer vrij waren terwijl ik via boeking het gewoon kon boeken.

Given the price we did not expect much and we were just looking for a clean place to crash. That being said when first arriving we noticed how hard the beds were. They were not much better than the floor, but we took it as it is given the price. Later that night, once we flushed the toilet we noticed a sewer smell coming from the drains. We had planned to stay two nights but given the smell we decided to leave early. When we checked out early I informed the reception we were checking out early to continue our trip because of the sewage smell from the bathroom. The lady did not seem surprised and radioed one of the cleaning ladies. There was no attempt at customer service. Unfortunately, we had also booked one night a few days later on our trip back from the north. I tried to cancel but was unable to due to the cancellation policy. We decided to give the place one more chance, believing it may just be that room. Once we returned we were given a different room and had the same issue with the rock hard bed and the bathroom sewage smell. I once again informed the same reception lady and was met with the same response and no attempt to fix the issue. Additionally, the walls were so thin we could hear everyone partying and someone violently throwing up for an hour.

The hotel is well situated, about 5 min walk from the main walking street but there is still plenty around - it was quite nice to be outside all the noise a little bit. The pool area was nice, the bed was comfy, a little road noise but nothing that kept us awake.

Reviewed Feb 23, 2026Lage direkt im Zentrum, Bad und Zimmer groß und komfortabel. Alles da, was man braucht. Sehr schöner Pool, der leider etwas kalt war.
Wir kamen um 13 Uhr an. Die Dame am Empfang hat nicht mal von ihrem Handyspiel aufgeschaut, als ich sie nach dem Einchecken gefragt habe. Flapsige Antwort, dass es erst um 14 geht. Meine Frage, ob das Zimmer vielleicht früher fertig ist, wurde pampig mit Nein beantwortet. Kein Bemühen, zu prüfen, ob man hier ggf. doch früher einchecken könnte. Auf die Frage nach einer Toilette, wurde was von ,hinter’ m Gym’ geantwortet, witzig- wenn man nicht weiß wo das ist. Während der ganzen Zeit hat sie am Handy ihr Spiel durchzogen.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026מיקום מעולה, ממש שתי דקות הליכה מהרחוב הראשי. יש בריכה פרטית למלון שזה מאד כיף בפאי, והחדר מקסים ויחסית גדול. תמיד יש מים חמים (לא מובן מאליו בפאי). ביקשנו להאריך כי ממש אהבנו את המקום, לא עשו שום בעיה. תמורה מעולה למחיר!
לפעמים יש ריח של ביוב חזק מהשירותים, לא בטוחה כמה זה קשור למלון עצמו. נותנים רק נייר טואלט אחד בכל פעם אבל זה שטויות ביחס ליתרונות.

Our water could’ve been hotter and the air conditioning was leaking. They fixed it more or less.

er wordt veel gerookt buiten de hotelkamers ondanks dat er ook daar een rookverbod lijkt te zijn... dat waait lekker naar binnen.
