Some noisy construction work - It was for two days, starting from 10:30. I was offered another room, but I did not like the new room. Room could be cleaner. Towels could be newer.

Convenient location in the middle of the city with easy access to public transport. Small gym, 2 swimming pools and a lot of vegetation in the building complex makes living in Buakhao area like a peaceful retreat.

Vorab ich war in Gebäude D untergebracht, im zweiten Stock. Treppenhaus! Das Zimmer ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Hat einen kleinen Küchenbereich, wo alle wichtigen Dinge zum Kochen vorhanden sind. Ich selber habe die Küche nicht benutzt, da man in unmittelbarer Nähe fußläufig ganz viele Möglichkeiten hat, von Frühstück bis Abendessen, zu einem sehr günstige Preis. Ein großer Safe ist vorhanden, wo bequem Laptop oder Tablet reinpassen. Die Klimaanlage kann man im Prinzip Tag und Nacht auf 25° laufen lassen, da der Strom immer vorhanden ist. Dadurch ist das Zimmer immer sehr gut temperiert. Am Pool gibt es genug Sonnen und Schattenplätze. Die sonnewärmt den Pool auf. Also darf man kein kaltes Wasser erwarten. Die Lärmbelästigung durch die umliegende Party Gegend ist geringfügig. Da bin ich eher mal wach geworden, weil die Klimaanlage oder der Kühlschrank angesprungen ist zur Kühlung.

Die Zimmerreinigung war super, hat allerdings nur jeden zweiten Tag stattgefunden, obwohl ich auch mal das Schild zur Zimmerreinigung ausgehängt hab. Handtücher für die Sonnenliegen muss sich auch jeder selber mitbringen. Bis auf bei dem Pförtner, der immer freundlich grüßt, habe ich ein freundliches Lächeln oder grüßen beim laufenden Personal vermisst.

Ich war zum wiederholten Mal hier zu Gast und sowohl das nette Personal, Ausstattung und Lage gefallen mir für einen Aufenthalt.

Die Klimaanlage könnte mehr kühlen. Eventuell müsste man mal den Kältemittel Füllstand prüfen?! Aus der Kanalisation riecht es leider auch mal unangenehm. Es gibt keinen Fahrstuhl.

En plein dans un quartier animé, juste en face de Tree Town et pourtant très calme. Non pas une mais deux piscines. Personnel accueillant et efficace. Les chambres sont récentes et assez grandes.

Ayez confirmation du daily cleaning dans le prix et non tous les deux-trois jours.

I was given a room next to the pool, it was a beautiful room, spacious and didn't get the sun blazing into it, perfect ! The staff were excellent and many thanks to David for his professionalism and dealing with a small problem I had.

Ideal location just steps away from Tree Town and the night life but quiet enough at the pool and in room.

The property is loyal to it’s name, it really is an oasis in the middle of the chaos that is downtown Pattaya. It was incredibly peaceful and quiet with two big clean pools and plenty of poolside beds. The room I was eventually assigned to was really nice. There is a pretty nice gym with just enough equipment. The security was also top-notch.

Upon check-in initially I was assigned to a different room than I was eventually ended up in. The first room had serious issues and was very dated and old looking. I raised my concerns and the staff immediately offered a different room (much much nicer) and also the issues with the first room were looked after right away. Despite the correct handling of my concern, I lowered my score just because these issues should have been realised by the host rather than addressed by a guest. I would come back here, though, if I promised the same room or room quality.

Location

No, it's not a hotel, it's small apartments, there's no elevator, many people live there and it has a strange appearance. When I arrived, the lock on my room had a broken key inside, which made me very uneasy. Climbing three flights of stairs with luggage after a 22-hour flight isn't pleasant, but arriving and seeing the lock in that condition is even worse.

Yo this place is probably the best you're going to get besides being near the water. You're right in front of Tree Town Market and right in the middle of Soi Buakhao. Everything is close, the beach, Walking street, etc. You have security watching the place. The rooms are really nice. The girls at the restaurant are really cool and nice. There is laundry on site which is cool. The pool looked nice, I didn't go in it though. If you stay here remember to manually lock the safe as I left it open wasn't paying attention but no issues. It's a really good deal and it's far enough away from that crazy street that you can feel a like you aren't in the middle of the madness. I would definitely stay again.

The only 2 complaints I had wich aren't even a big deal is that there was no elevator (which I normally don't mind but I hurt my foot so that was annoying for 2 days) and there isn't housekeeping every day which isn't a big deal either but I just needed the trash taken out a little more often.

Учитывая близость к различного вида барам, контингент составляет деды. Мне лично было не приятно с ними в одном бассейне находиться. А к жилью вопросов нет.

Leider kein Fahrstuhl. Der Pool war zu warm. Das Thermometer hat 39°C angezeigt, was wärmer als meine Badewanne ist. Keine Herdplatten – aber kochen wollte ich eh nicht. Bei Nutzung der Abluft im Bad kam etwas Kanalluft hoch, was nicht so schön roch. Trotz der paar Makel klar eine Top Empfehlung. Das Problem ist, dass die meisten Apartments bis 3 Jahre im voraus reserviert sind.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral in der Soi Buakhao gegenüber dem Bar-/Marktkomplex Tree Town. Es gibt sehr viele Bars und Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs in fußläufiger Nähe. Die Soi Buakhao ist eine enge und sehr stark befahrene Straße ohne besondere Fußwege, was gewöhnungsbedürftig ist, wenn man das nicht kennt. Trotz der vielen Bars war das Zimmer sehr ruhig, da es zum Pool hin gelegen war. Der kleine Balkon ist praktisch, um Wäsche trocken zu können. Die Ausstattung des Appartements ist gut und durchdacht. Allerdings gab es keinen Kaffee oder Tee als kostenlose Beigabe, wie das bei vielen Hotels der Fall ist. Es handelt sich um ein Appartement in einer 24h bewachten und gepflegten Anlage. Der freundliche Manager hat uns persönlich mit einem kostenlosen Drink empfangen und uns die Anlage beim Einchecken gezeigt. Das Fitness-Studio ist klein, aber gut ausgestattet und klimatisiert. Die Anlage verfügt über ein kleines und preiswertes Restaurant, in dem man Thai- und europäische Gerichte bekommen kann. Ich habe das Zimmer allerdings ohne Frühstück gemietet, da es in naher Umgebung viele Restaurants und Cafes für ein Frühstück gibt. Zum Beispiel hat ein Hotel in der Sai Song Road, das ca. 500m entfernt lag, ein komplettes Frühstücksbuffet für 150 Baht angeboten. Dies ist selbst für Pattaya ein ziemlich unschlagbarer Preis.

Etwas Kaffee oder Tee als kostenlose Beigabe zum Zubereiten auf dem Zimmer wäre perfekt gewesen. Ist allerdings kein großer Minuspunkt, da man sich diese Sachen in fußläufiger Umgebung selbst besorgen kann. Ein 7/11 ist gleich um die Ecke gelegen. Nicht gut ist die stark befahrene und enge Straße Soi Buakhao ohne Fußwege. Man muss hier als Fußgänger ständig auf der Hut sein. Ein Vorteil ist allerdings, dass die Pick-up Sammeltaxis (Songthaew) ständig in beide Richtungen fahren für 10 Baht pro Person. Pattaya hat wie viele andere Orte in der heißen Jahreszeit offenbar Probleme mit der Kanalisation. Aus jedem Kanaldeckel drang ein übler Geruch. Dies sind allerdings keine Mängel, die im Verantwortungsbereich der gut gepflegten Unterkunft liegen.

Great location directly opposite tree town but not overly disturbed by the noise as the hotel was set back slightly from soi buckhao - surprisingly quiet for its location! Stay here if you want somewhere walking distance to Tree town, LK Metro and soi pothole. Quite literally, one minute walk from the front entrance. Outdoor swimming pools and a gym. Small cafe beside the pool and there is an on-site laundry. It seems to be a little enclave of three or four hotels under different management. The others were set back further from the main road so may be even quieter (do your research). Good value for what I was looking for which was somewhere near the golf bars on soi LK.

All good if you want bars etc but if you want a beach type holiday this is probably not the place for you (that said, the beachfront is only a 10-15 minute walk and is really cleaned up, by the way - you can sit on the sand day or night without any hassle or harassment). There was no lift in this place so I had to lug my baggage up to the third floor. I don't know if the other hotels in the compound had lifts but if stairs are a challenge, especially in hot weather, ask for something on a lower floor.

Ta und das gesamte Team waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit.Das restaurant kann ich nur empfehlen.Ich komme sehr gerne wieder.Das war mein fünfter Urlaub in Pattaya und ich muss sagen das war die beste Unterkunft.

This accommodation is very good, comfortable and safe. Cleaned frequently and staff helful and friendly. Although in the heart of noisy soi Bukhao, this series of condo`s was almosy=t free of noise. The security staff at the entrance were very good at their job, but remained friendly and vigilant.

La ubicación es perfecta cerca de todo. Hay mucho bar de chicas por la noche pero sin problema el dueño super amable.. habitación super limpia. Muy recomendable

The apartments are very pleasant and have all the expected amenities and the wifi worked fine. I was given a tour of the room by a very pleasant gentleman and then given the keys. There is a cafe on the premises which is open till about 8PM. The swimming pool looked very nice, unfortunately I didn't get the chance to use it. Though the apartment complex is very quiet, you are only a couple of minutes walk from the hustle and bustle of Soi Buakhao. There are numerous restaurants, bars and... other places of interest within a 10-minute walking distance. The driveway to the apartments has a 24-hour 7-Eleven on one side and a 24-hour McDonald's on the other, so you will never go hungry. The nightly rate was very reasonable indeed for Western European standards.

Unfortunately the hotel didn't have any Iron or Hairdryer, so keep in mind.

The place is a bit of a paradox. It’s located right in the middle of the action, directly on a Songthaew route, so you would naturally expect noise. However, once you enter the compound, it becomes remarkably quiet. The residence sits behind the nearby venues, which makes it exceptionally peaceful. The balconies face an inner courtyard with palm trees and other plants, creating an oasis-like atmosphere. There are also two swimming pools available for guests. I had no issues with bringing in visitors. The rooms are clean, with both soft (Western-style) and hard (Asian-style) beds available. The bathrooms are up to Nordic standards, meaning there’s no need to deal with water heater adjustments. I initially stayed for a couple of nights but ended up extending my stay. The value for money is excellent, and if I visit central Pattaya again, I will definitely book this place again.

Smoking cannabis is not permitted on the premises. This may be a positive or a negative, depending on a person. I did not notice an elevator in my four-story building. While I personally prefer this, as elevators can be a source of noise, it could be problematic for guests with disabilities.

The location is excellent. Right near all the action but still quiet at the same time. The host Dave is a friendly guy and very accommodating. Couldn’t rate it any higher. My second time at this property and wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again

Diese Bewertung widme ich dem immer freundlichen Wachmann am Abend am Eingangstor. Immer ein freundliches "Tschüss " und ein noch herzlicheres "Hallo" beim zurückkommen. Es hat mich immer herzlich berührt. Ansonsten ist meiner vorherigen Bewertung nichts hinzuzufügen, außer auch für diesen Aufenthalt ein Danke an alle.
