Please note: if you arrive later than 21:00, the host will not let you into the apartment or allow you to complete self check-in, and will demand an additional payment in an amount of his choice. At 20:24, I wrote to him that I would not make it by 21:00 and asked him to leave the key for self check-in. He asked me to contact him half an hour before arrival. At 21:13, I wrote to him that I would arrive in 40 minutes. At 21:25, while I was driving, he wrote that because I would arrive one hour later, he wanted an additional payment of $17 in addition to the payment on Booking.com, and he wanted Booking.com not to see this payment (Bit payment or cash). At 21:53, when I arrived at the apartment address, there was no key in the door. I called him, and he shouted at me and was very rude in the way he spoke to me because I had not transferred him $17 before arrival (I was driving). He refused to let me into the apartment. He said that check-in was until 21:00, and if later, then for an additional payment. I told him that there were no such conditions in the description on Booking.com, and he refused to let me in because, according to the description on Booking.com, check-in was until 21:00. After I agreed to pay him $17 in cash, he told me about the hiding place where he had hidden the key, and told me to leave the money in the same place. Later that night, he came to collect it. In the end, I completed self check-in and left the cash in the hiding place. Please note.

מקום נעים וכיפי, עם חצר מפנקת, נהננו מאוד!

היחס של המאחרת היה מעולה אפילו דאגה להביא לנו צלחת פירות בשבת הדירה נקייה ומסודרת ברמה גבוהה באנו לסופ״ש ונהנינו מהאירוח ואיכות סביבה שקטה חניה צמוד לדירה דרכי הגעה ברורים ומענה מהיר.

שום דבר הכל היה טוב

The apartment was clean, cozy, and well-equipped for a short stay. The terrace with greenery created a very relaxing atmosphere — a nice bonus after a long day. The location in Hadera is convenient, quiet neighborhood, easy parking. Check-in was smooth and communication with the host was straightforward. Overall a comfortable and pleasant space.

Заявлено в описании 40 кв. метров. На деле это комната 9 метров совмещённая с подвалом и поделённая на 2 уровня. Чувство, что ты в коробке. Я 1.60 ростом и ударялась об эти построения. Потолок просто на голове. И запах старья. Диван был такой грязный, что я попросила простынь чтобы на него сесть. Даже на одну ночь это слишком.

Michal was a wonderful & very accommodating host. Quiet surroundings & very close to all conveniences.

nothing we have to look for another place, there was no electricity in the Apt

we didn’t receive what we paid for, something so basic like electricity service in a cold night without heater

Very convenient location, there are shops nearby, a gazebo next to the house, the opportunity to cook a barbecue, the house is warm, the air circulates, there is a kettle, dishes and a microwave and a good WiFi.
