Traumhafte Unterkunft in Mitten auf einer Farm mit toller Aussicht.

A wonderful little house filled with love and attention to detail. Surrounded by a small farm with lettuce fields and papaya trees, it is a peaceful and authentic place to stay. Everything was beautifully maintained, and we felt incredibly welcome. Although we stayed only six nights, it felt like home. We would happily come back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Madeira.

Amazing place! quiet, well-equipped (washing machine, towels, etc), with ocean views. The host was very welcoming and offered local pie/fruits/wine upon arrival. <1h by car to any place on the island.

Minor things: Wi-Fi didn't reach the bedroom, and there was a faint odor in the bathroom.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang durch Tania. Schöne Aussicht auf den Atlantik. Sehr ruhige Alleinlage, umgeben von Terrassenfeldern. Nach Funchal sollte man besser den Bus nehmen. Haltestelle befindet sich ca 10 Minuten entfernt (bergauf).

Für diese Wohnung ist ein PKW mit Automatik dringend empfohlen. Die Straßen haben starkes Gefälle und sind teils eng. Für Fahranfänger eher nicht geeignet. Dies ist kein Kritikpunkt. Man sollte es nur wissen.

Uplne všetko. Ale uplne najviac majitelia. Ubytovanie ma dušu, co je veľmi vzacne. Bolo tam čisto, vkusne zariadené, kopu uterákov, vsade blizko. Cerstve papaje a banany priamo zo zahrady. Uplny sen, nebude sa vam chciet odist.

Úžasná lokalita, krásný dům a útulné vybavení - cítíte se jako doma. Úžasní a pohostinní majitelé. Děkujeme!

Domek bardzo fajny w środku ogrodu,pachnąco i czyściutko.Super widok na ocean i możliwość korzystania z ogródka.Gospodarze super.Bardzo fajne miejsce do zwiedzania wyspy.Polecam!

Jedyną wadą było brak klimatyzacji,ale jak się otworzyło okna było ok w październiku.

Unlike many of the hotels in Caniço, this house gives you a feeling of privacy. It is located in a very quiet area surrounded by the fields. You can pick up fresh papayas and salads directly from the garden. The house is renovated and is very comfortable. The vibe encourages for spending evenings in the house rather than in the restaurants, cooking some nice meals and enjoying dinners in the patio. For that a bigger collection of kitchenware would make dinners even more enjoyable :) Coming with a car would be an advantage, private parking is available next to the house. Tânia and Célio are great hosts, they were super friendly, helpful and made us feel very welcomed during our stay. We would definitely recommend staying in this house.

Tout était parfait, maison très bien équipée, agréable et les hôtes sont juste géniaux ! Cela nous a rappelle la maison de nos grands-parents, on se sentait bien.

Lovely place, friendly owners, and nice and quiet with all the facilities that you need!

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house. The calmness, the little details of the house that was made with so much warmth and heart. All the fruits from the owners family and the incredible night view of the stars sky - somehow everything was exactly what we were searching for. The apartment was ideal for us to relax at and we are happy to have booked it🌻

Staying at Casa ti Rosa was an unforgettable experience. The house is decorated exactly to our taste – every detail makes it feel warm, stylish, and perfectly suited for a relaxing holiday. From the very first moment, we felt completely at home. Tania and Célio are incredible hosts – so kind, thoughtful, and welcoming. Their beautiful farm surrounding the house gives the place a unique charm and makes the stay even more special. If the maximum rating is 10 stars, I would happily give more. I can’t recommend Casa ti Rosa enough – it truly made our holiday perfect.

Tânia hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Das Haus ist wunderschön und stilvoll eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Der Ausblick ist toll. Um das Haus herum sind Felder, die von den Eigentümer bewirtschaftet werden. Wir durften uns auch das ein oder andere nehmen. Bei Fragen kann man sich immer bedenkenlos an Tânia wenden. Es war ein perfekter Aufenthalt. Wir würden immer wieder kommen.

Ein kleines Minus war, dass das WLAN nur im Wohn- und Essbereich vorhanden war.

L’accueil et la gentillesse de Tania et Célio sont remarquables. Ils font honneur à leur île et la représentent dignement. Une vraie rencontre. La maison est vraiment très bien de part ses prestations et son rapport qualité prix. Elle est très bien située (20 minutes à pied de la plage des Rois Mages), au calme avec vue sur l’océan. Pour le reste il faut une voiture et un bon chauffeur pour les passages techniques.

Everything was phenomenal. The warm welcome that we got from the hostess already made it worthwile. The house is well-equipped, super private and very comfortable. Could have been one of the best places we ever stayed in. If you’re lucky enough (like us) to book it, do not hesitate a single second.

What really lovely hosts. The best welcome we've ever had which included nice fruits fresh from the farm. The house is spotless. In a quiet spot. Definitely need a car.15 mins from airport and 15 mins from Funchal. Good WiFi. Nice area around the house for sitting in the sun. A really pleasant stay .

Tout était parfait, propreté,situation, équipements mais surtout l'accueil, nos hôtes font un maximum pour nous rendre le séjour le plus agréable possible. Prévenant et plein de délicatesse on se croirait en famille. Le logement n'est pas en reste puisque suffisamment éloigné des autres habitations au milieu de jardins à légumes (dont nous avons pu profiter d'ailleurs),en ressort une certaine sérénité lors de nos apéritifs du soir ou de nos petits déjeuners du matin. Merci 😙 c'était top !

Very clean house and hospitable hosts. Arugula fields are a special pleasure, very tasty and fresh. The hostess brought fresh fruits and avocados from her garden, this was very nice:) This place has an incredible view of the Atlantic Ocean. The house has everything you need, the kitchen is well equipped, you can easily cook food, there is a dishwasher. If you are by car, there is parking near house, you shouldn’t worry I got a lot of pleasure living in this house and did not even want to leave it. Thank you so much

We like to cook some meals for ourselves when away and found the kitchen a little lacking. Not a criticism just an observation

Amazing place with wonderful view and no nearby houses as if You are all alone in the fields with the view of the ocean. Short distance to airport and Funchal. Welcoming host. Very clean. All amenities which may be needed were present. We liked it a lot.

Ein unglaublich schöner Ort zum Entspannen und Wohlfühlen! :) Tânia und Celio sind total freundliche und herzliche Gastgeber, die alles dafür tun, einem den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Beim Empfang haben sie uns sogar mit einigen lokalen Snacks und Früchten aus dem eigenen Garten überrascht. Das Haus ist sehr modern, super ausgestattet (es gibt sogar eine Waschmaschine, Trockner, Fön, Bügeleisen, zwei Badezimmer, Wäscheständer, Geschirrspüler etc.) und bietet einen überragenden Blick direkt auf das Meer. Die großzügige Terrasse eignet sich somit ideal für einen morgendlichen Kaffee mit Blick auf den Sonnenaufgang. Direkte Nachbarn gibt es nicht wirklich und die Umgebung ist total ruhig - einfach perfekt, um den Alltag zu entschleunigen. Die Kombination dieser Faktoren machte unseren Urlaub zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis und wir wären gerne noch länger geblieben. Wir waren aber sicherlich nicht das letzte Mal bei Tânia und Celio und können die Unterkunft und die Gastgeber uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. :) Obrigado und bis zum nächsten Mal!

Casa Ti Rosa hat eine wunderschöne Aussicht, ist ruhig gelegen und ist liebevoll und mit vielen Details ausgestattet. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.

Das Haus ist sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns (auch wegen der tollen Gastgeber) sehr wohl gefühlt und wären gerne länger geblieben!

Beautiful newly built cottage with a panoramic view of the sea. Very quiet. A perfect place to rest and relax. The hosts were exceptionally kind and helpful. The kitchen, bathroom and laundry room are well equipped. Amazing sunrise views.

You need a car because the property is some distance from the local supermarket and restaurants

Fangen wir bei den Vermietern an: Unglaublich, wie nett und hilfsbereit Tania und Celio sind - da können sich andere auf der Insel eine Scheibe abschneiden!!! :-) Bei Ankunft stand schon eine Schale Obst aus dem eigenen Garten und Gebäck auf dem Tisch. Es war gerade Haupterntezeit für Feigen und Tania brachte uns alle zwei Tage eine Schale frischer Feigen vorbei - mein Gott, waren die gut!!! Die Lage des Hauses einfach nur traumhaft - alleinstehend am Hang, überwältigender Blick auf den Atlantik und im Vordergrund ein knorriger Feigenbaum. Großzügige Terrasse mit Esstisch, Sonnenschirm und Liegen. Das Haus selbst neu renoviert mit schöner Zimmereinteilung und sehr wertiger Ausstattung. Wegen der dicken Mauern braucht es auch keine Klimaanlage - einfach abends eine Zeit durchlüften! Schöne Küche mit riesigem Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine und Trockner stehen auch zur Verfügung, sehr schönes Bad mit offener Dusche, großes Schlafzimmer mit großem Schrank - Bett ein bisschen hart, aber daran kann man sich gewöhnen. Wir sind dankbar für die Gastfreundschaft und dass wir die Gelegenheit hatten in dieser schönen Atmosphäre unseren Urlaub zu verbringen. Liebe Tania, lieber Celio, macht weiter so, Ihr seid wirklich außergewöhnliche Gastgeber !!! :-)

... vielleicht ein paar schöne Weingläser für den Genuss, ein größeres Messer für die Küche und ein kleines Feuerzeug für die Kerzen - aber das wird bestimmt schnell besorgt, wie ich die Beiden kenne! :-)

A beautiful, spacious, well-equipped house located in a quiet neighborhood, with a great view towards the ocean. The owners of this charming house are super warm and pleasant! Their hospitality made us feel home and is definitely a part of the wonderful memory we had on Madeira! :-)

Sehr schöne Einrichtung, alles noch sehr neu und in einem Top Zustand! Wir haben uns wie daheim gefühlt. Am Tisch standen frische Bananen und Papaya aus eigener Landwirtschaft sowie Kekse und Kuchen aus der Region als Willkommens-Geschenk. Weiters wurde uns frisches Gemüse vom eigenen Feld gebracht. Eine sehr hilfsbereite und herzliche Familie.

Wspaniałe miejsce na nocleg podczas wakacji. Jest to piękny, nowy domek, prowadzony przez gospodarzy, którzy są cudowni. Bardzo mili i pomocni ludzie, których szczerze polubiliśmy. Z domku jest bardzo ładny widok na ocean, więc poranne śniadanie na zewnątrz było super. Wszystko czysciutkie i przemyślane, przez co nie czuć, że domek był robiony pod wynajem. Szczerze polecamy!!

Nie podobało nam się, że byliśmy tam tak krótko. 😁

Lovely Tania and Celio received us with a basketful of veggies freshly cut in the fields surrounding the villa, situated high above the sea, giving an amazing view of the ocean in a sound of birds and silence, almost unreal knowing the airport is at only 10 km (15 min) and the highway at 2 km (2 min). The villa is fully equipped and decorated with taste. The beds, bathroom, kitchen are perfect. Tania and Celio are available for 24/7 support.

We had an absolute great stay at 'Ti Rosa'! It is a really nice house with everything you need and more. The 180 degrees sea-view is amazing and the location, relatively close to town and the ocean, but still surrounded by the farm's fields is having the best of both worlds. The very nice hosts: Tânia and Celio make the total experience perfect!

I can't really think of anything... It is just really a very nice place
