La limpieza del hotel, en la habitación había marcas en los cristales, hasta un escupitajo...el suelo sucio, una gotera y un motor que no paraba de sonar en toda la noche, nos vambiaron de habitación pero la cosa estaba igual, solo que en la segunda habitación además también sonaba el somier...

We arrived around 1am and front desk was empty. Waited around for some time before having to wander into restricted area to find staff to check us in. Once we found staff member, check in was quick and easy, and staff member was very helpful!

La limpieza de zonas comunes, mal. El desayuno escaso, con muchas carencias y con un personal que no está suficientemente pendiente, faltan tenedores, otras veces cuchillos, en 2 de cuatro desayunos no ha habido algo tan común como huevos revueltos. Etc En general mal en todo y también la ubicación, en un polígono industrial y lejos de todo.

There is a bus service outside hotel which we did not use as only there for 1 night. Good if you are staying for a,weekend and want to visit Alicante City. Very pretty place to visit and people watch. Great food too.

Reviewed Sep 6, 2026Buon hotel situato appena fuori dal centro di Alicante, molto comodo se si viaggia in auto grazie al pratico parcheggio privato. La hall è molto bella e la camera si è presentata pulita e abbastanza spaziosa. Nel complesso il soggiorno è andato bene.
L'unica nota di merito mancata riguarda la dotazione della stanza: un po' essenziale, senza un bollitore per tè o dei semplici bicchieri. Con qualche attenzione in più per il cliente sarebbe perfetto.

The facilities in the room were very poor. The bed was uncomfortable and made a lot of noise. The wardrobe was very small and not suitable for a family room. The breakfast was also disappointing. Ventilazione dentro il bagno inesistente se non tieni la porta aperta si crea umidità. Assenza della spazzola nel bagno, antigenico. A volte dopo la pulizia si scordavano di lasciare gli asciugamani per tutti gli ospiti. Colazione abbastanza mediocre.

I arrived two hours after the official check-in time and was told there were no clean rooms available. The receptionist tried to put me in a ground-floor room right next to reception while housekeeping was still cleaning it and the entire room smelled strongly of chlorine. I politely refused and explained that it was impossible to stay in the room in that condition. I was told to wait. Unfortunately, the problems didn’t stop there. Turning on the AC fills the room with a horrible musty smell! The toilet constantly leaks and makes noise, making it difficult to sleep. The sink is clogged, there is no “Do Not Disturb” sign in the room, and the floor is so dirty that my feet turned black after walking barefoot for a short time. There is absolutely no soundproofing, you can clearly hear the water running whenever someone uses the shower in the neighboring rooms. For almost €100 per night, especially this far from the city centre, this is unacceptable. The only reasons I’m staying are the location and the fact that I already paid for two non-refundable nights. But this will definitely be my last stay here.

В готелі загалом брудно, навіть біля рецепції на підлозі були якісь папірці. Санвузол взагалі жахливий. Номер маленький, ліжка і місце щоб пройти Сніданок без овочів, тільки випічка смажені яйця, хліб, сосиска не смачна, бекон. Наприклад, були персики але всі вже зіпсуті ( В коридорі темно, дуже слабке освітлення. Загалом ми часто подорожуємо і це був найгірший готель. Хоча ціна не дешева.

Naprzeciw hotelu przejście na zaciszną plażę. Polecam rezerwację że śniadaniem, w najbliższym otoczeniu hotelu brak restauracji i sklepów.
Niedoczyszczona łazienka, kołdra poplamiona bez poszewki, brakowało wieszaków w łazience, aby rozwiesić mokre ręczniki.

Café da manhã pessimo. O pior que já vimos. Pagamos €23 para im buffet muito pequeno, faltando talheres e guardanapos. A comida, quase tudo vazio, sendo que fomos as 9am. Sem falar nas Frutas... pouca variedade, no máximo 3, e em pessima qualidade, não estavam em estado de consumo.

Muy sucio las instalaciones cuando llegamos a las habitaciones tenía mal olor el edredón,las sábanas manchada y no tenía champú en el baño ,me dijo la camarera que estaban manchadas entiendo que así ya no se pueden poner ,la TV no funcionaba bien y la suciedad para que hablar del baño del lobby y sus alrededores la máquina del supuesto del café sucia el restaurante deprimente bueno en verdad la pasamos muy mal

Tuvimos que poner los cubos del baño para recoger las gotas q caían ya q de lo contrario se encharcaba todo el suelo. Nos quejamos al personal pero hicieron caso omiso. Lo bueno es q solo estuvimos una noche.
Todo lo expuesto en el punto anterior. Muy precario, las habitaciones con goteras a cuenta del aire acondicionado encharcandose todo el suelo. El personal hizo caso omiso a nuestra queja. Lo bueno q solo estuvimos una noche afortunadamente. Lo desaconsejamos totalmente.

Les transports en commun ne sont pas très clair, que sa soit les heures ou les bus faut savoir que le bus C6 est uniquement pour les personnes qui partent et qui reviennent de l'aéroport, sinon faut prendre la 27. J'ai toujours pas compris la différence entre la 27a et la 27c du fait que le trajet change un peu...
