El anfitrion tiene papeles con indicaciones por toda la casa. Ademas hay q bajar la basura y quitar las sabanas. La habitacion esta en un altillo con unas escaleras complicadas y el baño abajo.

Reviewed Jul 8, 2026El alojamiento esta muy bien en su conjunto, las camas cómodas, muy limpio. El propietario tiene la casa llena de post-it con todo tipo de anotaciones y normas. La ubicación es bastante buena y si quieres hacer la excursión al Pulpito la parada está super cercana. El proietario también te facilita complementos para cocinar. El apartamento está muy limpio y te requiere que lo mantengas en buen estado. La zona és tranquila y no molesta la luz para dormir.
La habitación principal está en la zona superior y debes pasar por unas escaleras bastante enpinadas, para gente con problemas de mobilidad puede ser difícil. El propietario también vive ahí aunque no nos cruzamos pero si que cuando llegabamos para dormir el apartamento olia bastante a comida. Las instrucciones para la llegada se hacen bastante complejas, es verdad que quiero señalar que adjuntan muchas fotos para facilitarlo.

Reviewed Jul 7, 2026Arif is awesome. He gives you much privacy and is also a pleasure to talk with. He provides you with tons of information. Parking is only 2 minutes walk .
The stairs are a bit tricky after long hikes ,when you get up at 2 a.m. to use washroom...lol. thats probably my fault though.

skomplikowany proces check in, lóżka skrzypiące, pokój sypialnia bez okna, duszno i sufit na wysokosci 1.90 nie odpowiedni dla wysokich osób, schody wąskie i strome i z dużą walizką jest problem, właściciel z początku miły i uprzejmy po wyjeździe i usłyszeniu o mankamentach stał się zupełnie inną osobą i oszustem, najpierw twierdził i była na niej karteczka zawieszona że szafka z herbatą i herbatnikami jest dla gości bezpłatna, potem próbował ode mnie wymusić oddanie pieniądze za zużycie 8 torebek z herbatą i kilku herbatników! Po wyjeździe zalewa potokiem mejli kłamiąc i oczerniając mnie za rzekome zniszczenia, przestrzegam przed tym człowiekiem.

Reviewed Mar 6, 2026La camera e' all'interno di un appartamento pulitissimo. Nulla da eccepire dal bagno, la cucina soggiorno. Si dorme in una camera posta nella parte superiore , si accede per una scala. Oltre alla stanza c'e' anche un angolo per leggere, una terrazza. Il proprietario e' una persona precisissima, squisita e comunicativa. Tutte le informazioni arrivano via email e non e' difficile il tutto. La stanza ha due letti, c'e' una scrivania, dove appendere gli abiti e un piccolo sofa. E' in condizione perfette. L'appartamebto non e' lontano dal centro, da dove ferma il bus da e per l'aeroporto. Oltre a ristoranti a 5 minuti a piedi.

Reviewed Aug 20, 2025Host stole my computer from our room while we were outside. Please do not book here. There are postit notes all over the apartment with rules and reviews on the fridge it seems like the host has written himself. It is self checkin and we didn’t meet the host at all. It smelled weird in the apartment and the bedroom did not meet our expectations. We didn’t even spend a full night, we left earlier. And about the host stealing my computer. I kindly asked him to help me retrieve my computer as I need it for work and I knew it was in apartment (live location cornfirmed). But the Host was very suspicious and rude. He also tried to cancel our reservation after getting confronted for stealing my computer. I have the live location of the computer moving around after, and caught hime plenty of lies. He changed his contact details on the reservation after, but luckily I have screenshots and proof of everything and currently working on a case. I’m in dialog with police and booking.com to make sure this happens again to anybody else. Highly recommend to book somewhere else!

Demasiadas instrucciones, post it por toda la casa dando tips que no son necesarios y que a veces pueden incomodar. El colchón era muy blando, pero lo que nos dejó un poco alucinados fue la desconfianza del anfitrión, se notaba que estaba en el piso y que solo salía cuando estábamos dentro de la habitación, solo coincidimos con él en el check in.

Reviewed Jun 26, 2025This is a great value in Stavanger. It's basically an Airbnb where you get a room in someone's nice, modern apartment. You get the whole top floor, which is fairly spacious and includes the balcony. There's also a decent amount of space you can use in the shared kitchen. The bathroom is shared but I never had a problem accessing it when needed. Wifi worked great. The place was quiet, so I slept very well. I met the host briefly and he was friendly and eager to help. For the price I paid, this was a really good deal. It's outside the central area but still walkable and the location makes it quieter.

When I didn't comply, he insulted me as a dishonest person and even made discriminatory threats, saying I would be treated unfairly in Italy (where I am living). I reported this behavior to both Booking and WhatsApp. If you're comfortable staying with someone like this, that's your choice—but I recommend reading how he responds to other reviews to truly understand his character.

Reviewed Nov 9, 2024Great host who help us alot and gave us good tips, great comminucaiton, and prior information. Property is beautiful, spotless, clean and vibrant. A very orderly place, host has done alot for this price. We had our own upper portion which we enjoyed and cooked and washed on lower portion. Alot of privacy. We can come and go in property any time day or late nights. several areas to park. Our room was quite large, with free extra bed for my son, we enjoyed kitchen (our own refrigirator, utensils, free coffee and washing, several free stuff to help with cooking), balcony area inside and outside is cozy. It was like home. I was wilth my 9 year old child, we enjoyed cooking, relaxing, and short visits to oil mesuem, ferry, short day walks to city center. Location is amazing.
