Bellissima struttura, tutta in legno, accogliente, camere belle spaziose e anche il bagno. Colazione ottima, anche il ristorante per il pranzo/cena è molto buono. Ampia scelta di cibo vario. Staff gentilissimo e professionale. I cani sono i banvenuti. La posizione è eccellente per chi ama la tranquillità serale e dormire in quota.

La musica tutto il giorno sotto le finestre dalle 7:30 del mattino fino alle 21-22 di sera, anche quando fuori non c'era nessuno. Se uno sceglie una struttura fuori dai centri, come questa, preferisce ascoltare la natura....

La posizione del rifugio con vista spettacolare sul Sass de Putia. Il ristorante con un menù di piatti tipici, e buonissimi. Le camere spaziose, pulite, in legno stile baita. La colazione con un ricco menù a buffet e uova in vari modi cotto al momento. La gentilezza dello staff..

Nádherné výhledy přímo z balkonu nebo terasy. Skvělá výchozí pozice pro výlety. Milý a ochotný personál.

The views were awesome but I feel the hotel is leaning very heavily on the location and views rather than going that little bit extra to make the stay unforgettable

Some of the staff seemed almost unfriendly. There was limited warmth in the service. We have travelled extensively in the Dolomites and haven’t experienced this kind of d of behaviour before. The junior staff were ok but it was the senior staff that need to put on a smile and brush up on their customer service. The rate one pays to stay here deserves more from the senior staff especially the senior male staff on the restaurant.

I had such a wonderful time here. The hotel staff and management are absolutely wonderful. My room on the second-floor corner was spacious with a wonderful view of the surrounding area. Great sunset spot. Great food to include hotpot and the most delectable steak I have had in months. The cappuccinos- I have no idea what you put in them, but holy cow. So good. Loved the breakfast. I wish we could have made it to one of their experiences they host, but I guess we need to time that better! There are several trails just outside the hotel, which is perfect if you don't want to drive anywhere, since many places are on the other side of the Dolomites. They offer the South Tyrol Card, which is perfect if you want to take the bus to places, and there is a bus stop right outside of the hotel across the way. I love that they offer plogging bags in the room, and lastly, BIG BIG shoutout to the staff for working as hard as they did. I know the summer rush in the Dolomites can be intense, but they really made sure my friend and I were taken care of!

The beds were just a tad bit hard. But it didn't make or break the experience.

Esperienza fantastica sotto ogni punto di vista. La struttura era impeccabile: pulitissima, accogliente e curata nei minimi dettagli. La camera era spaziosa, confortevole e dotata di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno rilassante. Il personale è stato estremamente gentile, disponibile e sempre pronto a soddisfare ogni richiesta con il sorriso. La posizione è ottima, comoda per la mitica escursione Roda de Putià. La colazione era abbondante, varia e con prodotti di ottima qualità. Si percepisce la passione e l'attenzione che i proprietari dedicano ai loro ospiti. Cena alla carta con ampia scelta di piatti tipici, servizio rapido e cordiale, prezzi in linea con la località. Consiglio questa struttura senza alcun dubbio e ci tornerò con grande piacere. Grazie per aver reso il mio soggiorno davvero indimenticabile!

Costo elevato. Il personale ti accoglie parlando inglese (!???). Cena (a pagamento) un po' cara, attenzione agli allergenici ma scarsa disponibilità di alternative (propongono una insalata....) presenti per la colazione invece

Ho soggiornato presso la Vs struttura in occasione della Marathon Des Dolomites, posizione meravigliosa, il Vs personale ha reso molto confortevole il soggiorno. Ho apprezzato il Vs ristorante con la possibilità di scegliere i Vs piatti tipici della zona.

Muito bom pequeno almoço. A localização é extraordinária em termos de beleza paisagística e sossego. No entanto fica um pouco desviada de qualquer localidade.

Oceňuji velmi krásné prostředí okolo hotelu i samotný hotel je velmi vkusně a mile zařízený. Člověk se v něm cítí opravdu velmi příjemně. Personál byl vždy velmi milý a ochotný. Snídaně byly vynikající, všeho dostatek a velmi dobré kvalitě. Personál vše rychle doplňoval v případě potřeby. Oceňujeme možnost si objednat kávu dle vlastního výběru přímo u obsluhy a i třeba vejce na slanině, sladké palačinky atd. Příroda okolo hotelu je opravdu nádherná a okolí hotelu je čisté.

Trochu nás mrzelo, že od sedmi hodin ráno do 23.00 hodiny hrála v jídelně a na terase před hotelem hudba, což nás vždy nemile probudilo, protože jsme měli pokoje hned nad terasou a v létě jsme spali při otevřeném okně. Bohužel jednou i nějací hosté/návštěvníci seděli na terase dlouho do noci a jejich hovor nás rušil ve spaní. Na recepci je služba do 21.00 hod., takže nebyla moc možnost toto aktuálně řešit. Další trochu nepříjemná věc pro nás byly velmi měkké matrace. V hotelu jsme byli 5 dní a 5 den, jsem již musela spát na gauči, protože jsem nemohla kvůli zádům vydržet spát na posteli.

Es ist einfach die Lage welche der Wahnsinn ist. Egal ob Wandern, Bike, Motorrad oder Auto. Die Ausstattung ist puristisch, doch gepflegt gut.

Sehr gemischte Küche, kann man, muss man aber in der Region nicht.

Spektakuläre Lage mit wahnsinnig schönem Ausblick

Leider lässt der Service sowohl beim Frühstück als auch Abendessen zu wünschen übrig, hier ist noch viel Luft nach oben. In der Unterkunft hat von den Angestellten niemand Deutsch gesprochen hat. Für uns kein Problem, da wir Englisch können. Aber der Südtiroler Charme geht dadurch komplett verloren.

Das Frühstück war gut, und das Essen im Restaurant war ebenfalls empfehlenswert. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich.

Die Ausstattung der Zimmer war spärlich und typisch für eine Almhütte (kein Kühlschrank vorhanden). Der Service im Restaurant war verbesserungswürdig, da es Verständigungsprobleme mit dem Personal gab.

Ütia De Börz is in a great location, near a number of Dolomite walks, and with great views. The staff were very helpful with information on activities, and very friendly. Great breakfast with different choices of a main dish. Our room was large and had a good view up the hill. We also had a lovely dinner at the restaurant on site.

It would have been good to have a fridge in our room, but the staff did organise to keep some food/supplies we had in the fridge while we were there.

Ein traumhafter Aufenthalt! Unser Zimmer war wunderschön und bot den mit Abstand schönsten Ausblick, den wir uns hätten wünschen können. Der Service war hervorragend – das gesamte Team war freundlich, aufmerksam und stets bemüht, den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. We hadden een prachtige grote kamer op een mooie locatie. Wandelingen vanaf de voordeur. Personeel doet erg zijn best om het naar je zin te maken. Lekker gegeten in het restaurant. Parkeren was geen probleem.

Più che una critica vorrei che fosse letto come un consiglio: bisognerebbe migliorare la colazione, sia in varietà che in qualità. Tipo eliminare e sostituire marmellate confezionate con fresche, ed evitare assolutamente il pan bauletto confezionato del supermercato e altre migliorie nel menú alla carta, tuttavia ripeto vorrei che venisse letta come critica costruttiva.

le menu escalope était pas bonne et le service trop rapide vu qui y avait pas trop de monde les serveurs allait trop vite donc pas trop le temps de se posé.

Die Lage war sehr schön, das Personal war äusserst greundlich. Es wurde sehr auf unsere Allergene eingegangen, somit konnten wir auch fast alles konsumieren. Das Essen war sehr lecker, ich hatte noch nie so einen leckeren Apfelstrudel!

Die Matratzen sind stein hart, daher war das Schlafen nicht so angenehm.

A place with panoramic view that takes your breath away every time you leave the property. Property a restaurant for all meals of the day so you do not have to worry about food and going down the hill. The room was spacious and we also got to use the sauna for no extra fee. Would definitely recommend! The staff was kind and very welcoming also helpful.

The only thing missing was option to have some coffee in the room and basic dishes like mugs/glasses :)

Il soggiorno nell'hotel è stato molto piacevole: la camera era pulita, lo staff molto gentile e la colazione abbondante. Abbiamo cenato presso il ristorante dell'hotel: il menù è ricco di proposte tipiche della cucina locale, ma non solo. La posizione dell'hotel a 2006m permette di avere attorno a sé un paesaggio mozzafiato.

Colazione, nessun cameriere mi ha chiesto se desiderassi altro. ho scoperto alla fine che si poteva anche ordinare quando ho visto un piatto uscire dalla cucina.

Bei Bedarf wurde man nach Antermoia gefahren und wieder abgeholt, was besonders im Winter bei Neuschnee sehr hilfreich ist. Danke

The location is private in the mountains, with fantastic views. Breakfast was simple, but with all you need, waiters are nice and helpfull. Restaurant is charming and cozy, food delicious (hotpot and stakes must to try). Staff, especially manager Giorgia, were helpfull, creative and friendly, even in non-standard situations.

Absolutely incredible! The staff were the best!! It made our stay, they were amazing. The view is insane! Wow!! The amenities are perfect. The breakfast was fantastic. And the Sauna is a nice touch. You have to stay here.

L’ hotel è in un posto paradisiaco

L'atmosfera che si respira e lo stare a contatto con le montagne è il vero segreto di questo posto. Il rifugio Utia de Borz è un posto unico che ti riempie di emozioni altrettanto uniche. Questo grazie anche a tutto lo staff che lo rende possibile!

Posizione meravigliosa, struttura accogliente e silenziosa. Parcheggio comodo vicino all’hotel e vista davvero bella.

Lo staff è giovane e con margini di miglioramento. La colazione è un po’ limitata e poco varia; il cappuccino non è il massimo, anche se sono disponibili piatti caldi. Anche la cucina del ristorante è migliorabile. I cuscini sono piatti e rigidi. Il phon è poco potente, serve tanto tempo per asciugare capelli.

Wunderschöne Lage mit Blick auf den Peitlerkofel. Sehr zuvorkommendes und freundliches Personal. Ruhe, Alpenfeeling mit Wildlife feeling (Schlittenhund Touren werden in der Nähe angeboten und die Hunde hört man mal am Abend kurz heulen … aber wirklich nicht lange, sind über Nacht nicht da und daher eher ein Plus des Panoramas).

Betten könnten weicher sein… Würde nach Topperen fragen wenn ich nochmal hinfahre! Essen ist ok aber könnte noch etwas besser sein entsprechend Preis/Leistungs Verhältnis. 20min Fahrt zum nächsten Skigebiet auf engen Passstraßen könnten bei Schneefall eine Herausforderung werden, aber wir hatten top Wetter, daher kein Thema.

Fantastische locatie! Ruime kamer. Parkeren voor de deur. Ongelofelijk mooi wandelen vanuit het hotel. Zeer vriendelijk ontvangst.

Die Lage war das Beste an der Unterkunft. Diese ist einfach genial! Das Frühstück war toll, wenn das Personal aufmerksam war. Die Damen Giorgia und Kim abends waren sehr freundlich und haben einen guten Job gemacht.

Vor allem, dass Booking.com Gäste, Gäste zweiter Klasse sind. Die Bilder sind Beispiel Bilder von den besten Zimmern, die Booking.com Gäste nie bekommen, auch wenn sie den Aufpreis zahlen. So wurde es uns von der Rezeption auf Nachfrage erklärt. Leider lag das Zimmer auch noch über dem Eingang, wo der Raucherbereich war. Statt frischer Bergluft mehr Zigarettenrauch im Zimmer. Bis auf Giorgia und Kim war das Personal eher unmotiviert oder überfordert. Schade bei dem Preis und der tollen Lage!
