建物エントランスに入る解除ナンバー入力の説明が理解しづらい。数式だけで表しているので、文章での説明もあるとわかりやすい。 急な所用のため、実際のチェックアウト日の前日に出発しないといけなくなり、チェックアウトを試みたが備え付けタブレットからのチェックアウトはできなくひと手間必要だった。 ★★★ 今回の宿泊（最上階の10階、2部屋使用、10階はこの2部屋のみ、家族で宿泊）の最大の問題点は、 エレベーター前が共用廊下であり、その共用廊下の左右突き当たりに1部屋づつあることです。 つまり、2部屋は繋がっていません。 ★セキリュティ面にとても大きな不安★ 10階は私達家族のみの宿泊ですが、誰でも10階の共用廊下に行ける。 １部屋にはシャワーがないので必ず共用廊下を着替えを持って移動しないといけない。パジャマや肌着で移動していたら、共用廊下で他人に会う大きなリスクがある。

Check in registration was cumbersome using the iPad and the QR code for queries leak my information to scammers. They need more security for that. No area to throw trash. Have to wait till the last day for them to clear. Bed and pillow not very comfortable.

Reviewed Jun 12, 2026We booked 2 bedroom type and had the entire floor for our group of 4. The rooms were much larger than expected and had more power outlets than most of the hotels we've stayed. The location is good, just about 5 mins walk from train station. The surrounding area is peaceful and relaxing, Lastly, we liked that the building and room could be access using a passcode instead of a physical key or key card. It was convenient and one less thing to carry around.
The Wi-Fi connection worked well in one room, but the signal was too weak and cannot reach to another room.

Reviewed Jun 11, 2026Two wide beds. You also get a private washing machine with detergent included. The hotel is a short walk away from Hakata station. There are two combinis nearby. If you want, you can explore many of cities' sights by foot from here. It is close to the old town district and the canal city is also only 20-30 minutes away, depending on how fast you walk
The check in process is weird, as you have to do an online check in, confirm that at an iPad in the lobby and then have a phone call with the owners to complete the check in. Also if you choose to pay the accommodation tax by card you get sent a link to a third party website and have to hope that your signal in bowels of the building is good enough to complete your check in. The lighting in the floor and bathroom is really harsh, giving it some weird vibes...

Check in time was 15 00.We had a normal conversation with this hotel before.By 15 00 we did not receive entry code for the hotel.4xthey checked my name-OK,3x they checked my payment-OK,3x they checked confirmation-OK.The most important for them was to Focuse our interest to Pay city tax and check-out time next day at 10 00.We received entry code after almost 2 hours fight!!!

Reviewed Mar 26, 2026博多駅まで徒歩圏内にもかかわらず、とても静かな環境でした。 部屋は広くてツインルームでしたがベッドはダブルベッドが2台で、快適に眠ることが出来ました。 一人暮らし用のワンルームといった感じの部屋でお風呂、トイレ、洗面台は小さいですが、それぞれ独立しているので、普通のホテルよりも使いやすかったです（ライトも明るくてメイクもし易い）洗濯機と乾燥機があるのはとても助かりました。 何より、とても清潔で、きめ細かく掃除をしておられるんだと思いました。 近くにコンビニやレストランもあって、とても便利でした。

Reviewed Jan 26, 2026*I like the location because it is just a short walk from hakata station. *The room is quite spacious and clean. *There's a washing machine and dryer in the room which was a big bonus. *The check in is not too bad as long as you read the instructions carefully. *There is also an air humidifier in the room. *The bins are quite big. *Toothbrush and a very small toothpaste are provided so make sure to bring extra toothpaste especially if your staying for a few nights. *There's a 24hr car parking near the hotel *There's a 7 eleven nearby.
*When we arrived at the property,there was a van that was parked at the front(I believed it belonged to a customer) which blocked the entrance which resulted us to lift our heavy luggages to be able to get in the hotel. I tripped on the rock and scraped my knees as there wasn't enough space to walk due to the parked van. *There was only one ipad for everyone at the reception for checking in so you have to wait if you happen to arrive with other customers. *The blankets/duvet is quite thin for winter and we were cold even if the heater was already on. *The set up of the table and chair is quite troublesome as we needed to climb onto the bed to access it. We ended up eating standing on the kitchen/ sitting on the bed. *Also there's no plate/cutlery to use, they only provide mugs.

Reviewed Jan 21, 2026편세권에 위치함... 입구에서 오른쪽으로 몇발자국 가면 세븐일레븐... 왼쪽으로 가면 훼미리마트...ㅎ 편세권이라 편리했습니다! 출입구 비번 미리 메일로 날아오고, 체크인도 크게 어렵지 않았어요! 10층 7명 묵었는데 방이 양쪽으로 나뉘어져있고, 화장실은 각각 구비되어있어 좋았습니다! 위치적으로 좋은 숙소였던 것 같아요!
숙박세는 현금으로 딱 맞추어 미리 준비해야하며... 엘베가 좀 작은편이라 7명이 두번에 나뉘어 움직였어요~ 화장실은 양쪽에 다 있으나 샤워시설은 한쪽에만 구비되어있어서 여름에는 조금 불편할 것 같았습니다! 아무래도 냉난방기로만 온도를 올리는 시스템이다보니 숙소가 좀 추웠어요... 건조하기도 해서 전기포트로 물 끓여서 뚜껑을 좀 열어두기도 해보았어요! 한쪽방은 큰편에 쇼파도 있고, 다른방은 좀 좁은데 테이블과 의자가 구석에 있어서 활용도가 좀 낮았던점이 아쉬웠습니다!

Reviewed Jan 20, 2026入住日：114/11/17-11/22，共5晚。 價位：booking 日幣92,956元+住宿税日幣200元/天*2人*5晚=日幣94,956元 來自台灣旅客的使用心得： ⭐️配置： 1.電子鎖，兩道內鎖，安全感十足。 2.臥室空間： 有兩張普通雙人床、一張小桌、一張有靠背椅子🪑、小型含水龍頭流理台、兩門小冰箱可冷凍（對旅客來說容量很足夠）、烘衣機、空氣清淨機、電熱水壺、冷暖空調、微波爐、衣櫃空間（約有6個衣架）、一台約17寸電視可看日本台、一台約60寸電視可看Nexflix/YouTube 3.衛浴空間： 馬桶跟淋浴浴缸間分開、有免治馬桶、4.5公斤洗衣機、洗手台。 4.備品：毛巾、浴巾、腳踏墊、沐浴乳、潤髮乳、洗髮精、洗衣粉、洗手乳、牙刷、吹風機、4個馬克杯、室內拖鞋（非拋棄式）。 ⭐️優點總結： 1.位置蠻好，博多站步行7分鐘，祇園站6分鐘，附近住宅區晚上安靜，巷口兩側各有一家全家便利商店跟7-11，很方便。 2.房內空間比之前住APA系列大許多，此次兩個24寸行李攤開沒問題。 3.有洗衣機、烘乾機，對多日入住者很方便，洗後曬，約2天可全乾，可減輕行李量。 4.晚上溫度8-11度，暖氣足夠，整體舒適。 5.蓮蓬頭出水量大，熱水溫度合適，洗起來很舒適。
入住流程： （1）大門按「呼叫」+4碼數字➡️開門 （2）進入後，一樓有平板，選擇語言，依序填入資料，會跟旅館人員視訊確認身分，無誤後，把住宿稅（日幣200元/日*人數*天數）投入一旁的小木箱，即完成入住手續。 2.入住多日垃圾量多，需自行打包丟到旅館旁巷子集中處，需填寫Google 表單回報，需自備垃圾袋。 3.此次毛巾每人提供毛巾*2條+大浴巾*2條（在衣架櫃上有多給一箱備用毛巾，可能我入住多日多給的？），旅館有載明不會再另外提供新的，可自行使用洗衣機、烘衣機清洗。 4.因爲是無人旅館，無法先寄放行李。 5.多日入住，無額外提供打掃服務。 6.只有一張椅子，同時要吃東西時，一個人要坐在床上，不太方便。 7.無任何器皿、餐具，需自備。 ⭐️缺點： 1.床為彈簧床，坐的時候可以感受到彈簧😂，床架感覺使用已久，只要ㄧ翻身就會發出聲音，對腰不好的我來說，床的軟硬度算適中，睡起來除了會聲音外，其他都好，算睡都不錯。 2.床為一般雙人床大小，兩人睡會稍嫌擁擠，這次是兩人入住，各睡一張，很合適；枕頭偏軟塌。 3.無飲水機，要自行買水會旅館備用。 4.大台電視擺放位置微妙，跟床鋪平行。

방안에 책상이 너무 작고, 의자가 한개뿐임. 방 조명이 침대 위에 하나씩 총 두개뿐이라서, 불키고 침대에 누워있으면 너무 밝고, 눈이 부심... 무드등 하나만 있었어도 만족도가 두배는 올랐을듯.

洗浴用品品质感觉比较一般，但这个价位这个地段还配烘干机和密码锁，我也挑不出更多的问题了。总体超值。

Booking.com said all was included in the price and that it included local taxes etc. and there was still an extra tax we had to pay. The hidden fee was annoying. Furthermore it doesn’t make sense to rent out a place with kitchen, microwave etc. if there are no plates, bows, utensils and so on.

受付のときの対応が嫌な感じだった。早く宿泊税をいれろ的な。小銭の準備ができてなかったのでもうしわけないが、なら、両替機おくか、もっと支払い機能充実させてほしい。 お風呂場のカビが気になったのと、寒かった。
