Reviewed Aug 17, 2026The location was beautiful. The Stonehouse was very comfortable and suitable to accomodate two guests. My mother and I were exceptionally pleased with the cleanliness of the property and the host, Judith, was freindly and helpful upon arrival and made the process very easy during our departure aswell. She also informed us of different activities we could enjoy around the surrounding area and we had a wonderful time over the weekend in Langebaan and at the !Khwa Tuu Nature Reserve in Ysterfortein. Would definetly recommend staying at L'abri, which is located conviently close to every spot, and would be happy to plan a trip to visit there agian :)

Reviewed May 17, 2026We had such a lovely weekend stay at L’abri in “The Loft.” Watching the sunset while having a braai, then waking up the next morning to those beautiful views again was pure bliss. The room itself was spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated. You can really tell the hosts put care into the little touches and amenities, thinking of the things guests would need. Everything was neat, tidy, and comfortable. And a special mention to the neighbour, Bella, who was the sweetest girl ever! I was lucky enough to get the biiiiigest stretch from her after giving her some rubs, which honestly made the stay even more memorable. Thank you for such a peaceful and relaxing stay — we’d absolutely love to come back again.

Reviewed Apr 6, 2026L’Abri is a spectacular property. We stayed in the Loft apartment — it’s upstairs and gives you panoramic views of almost all of Langebaan. It’s a really cosy spot to unwind for a few days. The mall and the beach are just a 3–5 minute drive away.
Literally nothing to dislike about the place - unless you count the fact that I now have to go back to real life.

Reviewed Apr 4, 2026I loved everything, the room we stayed in was shockingly spacious, alot bigger than seen in the pictures. Judith was an absolute delight, very attentive accommodating and extremely organized, I was always greeted with a warm smile . None of my requests were denied and I had the most amazing stay. 10/10 would definitely go back and recommend. The accommodation is extremely close to a shopping center, garage and a casino. We were also relatively close to the beaches as well. Although this is a shared property there was so much of privacy.

Wunderschön toller Blick auf die Landschaft, einen kleinen Wachhund (Bella) gibt es gratis dazu und der Garten ist wunderschön angelegt. Wir freuen uns auf den nächsten Besuch. Vielen Dank.

Reviewed Mar 9, 2026Prachtige locatie in een buitenwijk van Langebaan. Ruime comfortabele kamer met mooi uitzicht over de vallei bij zonsopkomst. Zeer vriendelijke gastvrouw. Heerlijk verwarmd zwembadje in de tuin met fijne ligkussens.
Zorg dat je mobiel internet of telefoon kunt gebruiken om de eerste keer de gate te openen bij aankomst.

Reviewed Jan 31, 2026De styling van het kleine, maar super complete appartement maakt dat je je meteen thuis voelt. Het verwarmde zwembad is heerlijk en het nationale park prachtig. Judith is een fijne, vriendelijke host.
Het dorp Langebaan vonden wij niet zo gezellig,, maar voor wind en kite surfers is het prima.

The host was efficient and made a genuine effort to fix the internet issues, but her manner came across as rather impersonal. Overall, it was functional yet lacked that welcoming spark we hoped for.

The room space and how furnished the room was very nice we enjoyed it. We enjoyed how we were hosted as we we spending three days in Langebaan celebrating our annivesary
