The holiday park is outside of town, so a car is necessary if you don't want to walk the five or so kilometers to town.

Very comfy bed, warm room, Think double glazing as close to the road but couldn’t hear traffic. Basic but very clean. Got in quite late but staff still there and were friendly

The sun was still shining into the cabin at 6pm. So I forfeited my payment and had to drive another 20km to find somewhere to stay the night.

Unfortunately the cabin was right by a main road and kept awake most of the night by passing traffic. The heater had a thermostat so every time it either switched on or off, there was lots of ticking and groaning sounds......every....time...

Reviewed Dec 30, 2025Really close to Geraldine. The cabin was super clean and had nice extras such as a table, jug, tea and coffee and extra bedding if needed. The cabin was near the main road so traffic noise was present initially, but this significantly reduced by 9pm. Fantastic showers and shared kitchen. Very clean and well organised. Would recommend to others.
