Trasig säng som jag bad om att bli reparerad. Inget hände. Lämnade stället 2 dagar tidigare med ryggvärk.

Everything was perfect

- les lits étaient confortables même le canapé-lit était très bien. - tout était très propre et nous avions pas eu froid. - le bâtiment était en construction, mais peut-être qu’ils étaient en pause pendant notre séjour car nous avons rien entendu et donc très bien dormi ! - l’emplacement idéal il y a un supermarché et un arrêt de bus juste en face. - c’est un chouette quartier et c’est très bien situé.

Avis aux claustrophobes : il est impossible d’accéder aux escaliers et l’ascenseur étant en construction faisait peur donc ça n’a pas aidé… Nous avons mis du temps à rassurer notre amie claustrophobe et aucune solution n’est envisageable donc assurez-vous d’être à l’aise avec le petit ascenseur.

Lite oklart var man skulle gå in? Om det fanns 2 olika portar? 2 olika garuadresser nämnes. En på ”annonsen” en i privat meddelande. Lite förvirrande. Tyvärr luktade badrummet väldigt mycket avlopp trots mycket spolning i alla kranar blev jag inte av med denna hemska lukt. Ut över detta är jag mycket nöjd med allt!

My daughter and husband had a lovely stay. They told me the beds were comfortable and the location was good for their needs. For any climber this place is near a good climbing wall called Moumo.

On the first night my daughter couldn't figure out how to switch the cooker on. We tried to phone for help, but got told to message. An hour later noone had got back to us, so we had to phone and chose for an emergency. That was the only way to get hold of a person in a timely manner which was very disappointing. There was noise from building works, as advertised.

Allt funkade som det skulle. Rent och snyggt, bra läge, lätt att ta kontakt med boendet.

Large clean apartments. I liked everything.

Good value for money, a very clean apartment, nicely decorated, constant hot water in the shower, provided sensitive shampoo without dyes and perfumes, enough towels. Nice neighborhood, grocery store literally across the street.

The main light fixture hanging way too low. Hit my head a lot. The cleaning team was throwing me out of the apartment at 9:40 even though checkout was at 10

Non era come nelle foto il posizionamento dei mobili erano diversi e mancava il copriletto del letto, come nella foto. Poi utensili non erano tutti mancavano qualcosa ma necessario c’era quindi non è stato troppo difficile.

Location is great (close to bus stops), and you’ll find everything you need for your stay. Just note that construction work starts after 7 a.m. on weekdays.

Mi e piaciuto il fatto che di notte si riusciva a dormire bene, questa era la mia paura, invece c’era abbastanza silenzio! La camera era abbastanza pulita, e pure le stoviglie e la cucina!

E un po’ difficile comunicare con lo staff nel caso avessi bisogno di qualcosa… molto spesso non rispondono! In più non c’è un deposito bagagli secondo me è un grosso punto a sfavore

Nice apartment, however not sure if it should be on booking.com since no reception it should be an Airbnb listing.

There's no reception, no keys have to use codes everywhere. But worst of all, there's a construction site - so non stop drilling and construction noise. The cancellation policy is also very unsocial - no refunds if you cancel. They gave me the wrong codes so I couldn't even get in at first.

El apartamento estaba bastante bien en general, a unos 20-30min andando del centro. La decoración de la habitación era bonita, estaba limpio. La habitación tenía un tamaño adecuado.

Si te gustan las Escape Rooms y las películas de terror, este alojamiento es definitivamente para ti. La entrada al apartamento no sale correctamente en el Google maps, porque resulta encontrarse en un hospital. Así que, si tienes una emergencia, no te preocupes, porque los servicios médicos están justo ahí. Para empezar nuestra estancia, tardamos 30min en encontrar la puerta para entrar. Preguntamos a todas las personas que había por ahí y ninguna nos pudo indicar dónde estaba el sitio, esa fue nuestra primera prueba del scape room. Cuando por fin localizamos la puerta, un giro de los acontecimientos, resultó que el médico que nos había dicho que el sitio que buscábamos no era ahí, se sabía el código del ascensor y nos ayudo a llegar al segundo piso. Este fue la incorporación de nuevo personaje inesperado en el scape room. A partir de ese momento, nos trasladamos al escenario de una verdadera película de terror, andando por los pasillos grises del hospital sin tener mucha certeza si en cualquier esquina nos podía esperar la niña del exorcista o el espíritu de alguno de los pacientes. Al entrar a nuestra habitación, el sitio estaba bastante correcto, un poco antiguo, pero nada desesperante. Aún así, había algunos detalles que vale la pena destacar por su ingenio. Lo primero que llama la atención es la idea renovadora de la ducha abierta, que adquiere la polivalencia de piscina interior cada vez que te duchas, ya que el baño sufre una inundación hagas lo que hagas. Otro detalle digno de mencionar es la dureza del sofá, que parecía perteneciente a uno de los osos del cuento de la Ricitos de Oro. Para finalizar, el apartamento también cuenta con una cómoda cama a altura de gnomo del bosque, estilo japonés, por lo cerca del suelo que se encuentra. En ella, puedes identificar dos edredones individuales, que te proporcionan la maravillosa aventura nocturna de tratar de gestionar los cambios de posición durante el sueño sin que te acaricie la dulce brisa fría de la noche.

Espacioso, limpio, camas cómodas, cocina equipada, buen aislamiento. Es muy bonito Excelente relación calidad precio.

La llegada fue confusa, con 2 direcciones Estaba en obras, con algunos ascensores inutilizados, y el apartamento algo lejos La alarma antiincendios sonó varias veces.

Duschen hade inga duschgardiner, mögel i toan antagligen pga vatten. Vi fick inga extra handdukar eller toapapper (vi skulle vara där i 7 dagar…) ifall vi ville ha extra handdukar skulle vi betala en avgift för de? Hissarna funkade då och då, brandlarmet gick igång flera gånger under vistelsen. Golvet kändes jätte smutsigt. Det fanns heller ingen lång spegel som man kunde se sig själv i, inte i hissen heller.

Ce bien ne devrait pas etre sur le marché en ce moment ! Les Propritaires n’ont meme pas fait un geste de remboursement ! A fuir donc

The appartement is very well located, spacious and will all the necessary furniture. The hosts communicate super well, and all doors work with codes, so very efficient. The constructions working were not bothering that much, and when you go out all day, you don’t even realize they are ongoing. I have no negative comment to raise.

Really nice apartment for a cheap price. Clean and comfortable. Construction work didn’t make any noise.

The shower flooded the entire bathroom because there is no separation on the floor so the water just freely flows into the entire room. We got wet socks.

It was great value for money!

Everything was great but I personally found the pillows very uncomfortable. Quite high but short in length so you had to kind of balance your head on them. I had to find another solution

El edificio está en obras. No ha sido molesto porque hemos estado casi todo el tiempo fuera, pero hay que tenerlo en cuenta si se piensa estar en el apartamento en horas laborables.

wir waren froh, dass uns auf Nachfrage bestätigt wurde, dass es Bauarbeiten hinter dem Haus gab, so konnten wir uns darauf einrichten, jeden Morgen pünktlich geweckt zu werden, auch im Haus sah man an vielen Ecken, dass geabaut wird, schon im Hauseingang wurde man von Unmengen Müll begrüßt, was sich im Fahrstuhl fortsetzte, vom Balkon hatte man einen sehr schönen Blick auf die Baustelle und konnte so die Arbeiten dort verfolgen

es war nicht einfach, das Haus zu finden, rings herum gab es leider keine Parkmöglichkeiten, die Küche war sehr einfach eingerichtet und hatte kleine Mängel

there is a construction side below the balcony, where the work starts everyday around 7am in the morning. It’s extremely loud and that information was not disclosed to us before booking.

Appartement calme dans un quartier résidentiel à quelques minutes à pieds des arrêts de bus. Salon et chambre agréables, appartement lumineux. Commerces à proximité.

La cuisine est un peu vieillotte et l'utilisation des plaques chauffantes est peu intuitive, il faut actionner le minuteur sur le mur et sur le four. La douche sans cabine avec juste un rideau, déroute un peu. Les wc ne sont pas séparés.

Jó helyen, stockholmi viszonylatban jó ér-értékben. A "construction work" említéséért nagyon nagy köszönet, így KORREKT! Hétvégén nincs munkálat, de munkanapokon igen. Aki csak itt alszik, annak tökéletes. A kódos bejutás miatt nem kell senkivel találkozni.

Az épület folyosói olyanok, mintha kórház vagy börtön lenne, nem túl barátságos, de tiszta! A "Studio" megnevezésű szálláshely megtévesztő, van ahol külön hálószobát említenek, közben 1 db szoba van egy 2 személyes ággyal és egy kanapéval, ami 2 főre kinyitható.Az ágyak kényelmesek. Figyeljenek erre a foglalók! Véleményem szerint a booking.com nem körültekintő ebben a vonatkozásban. A lakásba való bejutás (3 db kód:: -bejárat, - lift, - lakásajtó) a kevésbe "műszaki fanoknak" körülményes lehet. A konyhabútor felújításra vagy cserére szorulna. A fürdőszoba barátságtalan, de a célnak megfelel.

Niente, lavori in corso e dalle 7 del mattino era impossibile dormire. A mio parere sarebbe stato consigliabile non affittare una struttura in queste condizioni.

Come detto sopra l’intera struttura con lavori strutturali. Inoltre l’appartamento non corrispondeva a quanto abbiamo prenotato, le foto differivano come abbiamo inviato alla struttura, ma si sono ben guardati dal rispondere o intervenire. A dir la verità sono rimasto deluso anche dal comportamento dell’assistenza di Booking che aveva assicurato l’intervento, cosa che non è avvenuta.

Duży i przestronny apartament. Cicha i spokojna lokalizacja. Blisko duży sklep i niedaleko do centrum. Salon nowoczesny a lozka dość wygodne. Wszystko byłoby bardzo fajne gdyby nie kuchnia i łazienka.

Kuchnia i łazienka. Kuchnia pamieta chyba dzieje lat 90. Piekarnik nie działał. W łazience brak choćby szafeczki by położyć kosmetyki.

Bardzo duże i wygodne mieszkanie. W pobliżu przystanków autobusowych i marketu.

Może tylko brak mikrofalówki, ale to niezbyt istotne.

На фото номер выглядит намного лучше, чем в действительности. Но если учитывать соотношение цены и качества, номер хороший, чистый, всё необходимое было в номере. Хорошее расположение, до центра 15 минут.

Во время проживания, нам изменили код-ключ от входной двери в номер и нам об этом не сообщили. С двумя маленькими детьми стояли под дверями номера, дозвонится до них очень проблематично. Под окном стройка. Ровно в 7-00 начинались работы, было очень шумно, поспать уже было невозможно. Это конечно не вина арендодателя, но можно предупреждать об этом.

Constructie werkzaamheden betreffen een nieuwe fundering en werkzaamheden direct onder het appartement. Gelukkig werd de gigantische drilboor net weggereden.

The lift was not so good

I was surprised to read so many negative reviews after my stay. The location is excellent, and the apartment’s facilities are of a high standard. The staff were very responsive via Booking.com messages, which made the stay even smoother. I would gladly stay here again.

We liked everything about our stay. If anything, upgrading the pillows could make the experience even better.

The beds had no cushioning on them and a small tiny pillow. I asked for one extra and they told me each guest gets one pillow each. The blanket was uber basic. There was someone smoking and it filled my room for three days. The construction noise was awful and the entrance and corridors literally look like a prison. I had to film it and send to friends. The bathrom looks like a hospital wet room. It was that awful! The pictures make it look so much better than what it is.
