Отличное расположение , все рядом - море , кафе,аптеки, экскурсионное бюро, магазины. В отеле лифт , что очень важно, номер и ванная комната просторные. Из минусов - окно выходит во двор, что само по себе неплохо, нет шума от улицы, но там мусор, хотя двор очень симпатичный.

Le confort du dortoir était vraiment parfait, c’est clairement le point fort de cet endroit. J’ai aussi apprécié la possibilité de cuisiner, ce qui est pratique quand on reste quelques jours.

En revanche, il n’y a pas vraiment d’espace commun ni de lieu pour se poser en dehors du dortoir. L’établissement est assez isolé de la mer, et le propriétaire reste très discret, on le voit très peu pendant le séjour.

Die Unterkunft an sich richtig gut, das Frühstück war lecker und günstig verglichen zu anderen lokalen in der Nähe und die Toiletten war sauber. Ich persönlich fand die Unterkunft toll, weil ich in einem Zwölfter Schlafzimmer nur einen einzigen mit Menschen hatte, der fast nie da war, deswegen hatte ich den ganze Raum für mich allein. War sehr isoliert und ruhig :-)

Persönlich fande ich es nicht schlimm aber I ch verstehe, das andere von einem Hostel soziale Verknüpfungen erwarten und mit der Einstellung da reingehen, Freunde zu finden, Freunde habe ich zwar gefunden, aber erst in meiner letzten, als eine neue Person eingecheckt hat. Im Hauen war es sehr ruhig.

L’un des meilleurs dortoirs que j’ai fais de toute l'Asie du Sud-Est. C'était propre, grand, les lits étaient confortable avec des grands rideaux qui cachaient bien. Il y a la clim et un ventilateur dans le lit, des prises électriques et une petite lampe. L’hôtel comprend un restaurant.

Il y a de l’eau chaude en journée mais pas toujours le soir.

Оплату по бронированию не признали.Потребовали наличными и не выдали чек по оплате и потребовали ещё раз оплатить .Три раза оплатил. Сначало отцу потом сыну и перед выходом требовали чтобы ещё раз оплатил.Хотел через полицию но чек ни разу не давали по оплате и не доказать было.

Этой гостинице обманывают по оплате аренды.Бронирование с оплатой не признали и вымогают нагло. Лазили в номере по моим вещи без моего присутствия

Clean, great location and friendly owners, very nice and affordable place!

The property definitely has strong points. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the area. There is a motorbike rental service available (even if slightly overpriced), a convenient on-site restaurant, and the rooms are well-equipped with two showers in addition to the bathroom. We also really appreciated the flexibility of an early check-in without any issues. In the end, despite a few communication and pricing concerns, the positives outweighed the negatives

Rating: 8/10 The initial experience wasn’t great. After booking and receiving a welcome message via Booking, we were contacted on WhatsApp the evening before arrival and told there was no availability anymore. Only after we reported the issue to Booking did they follow up saying they had managed to arrange a place for us, which caused some unnecessary stress. Another aspect we didn’t particularly like was the pricing. When asking about different services, many prices were higher than those mentioned in the original welcome message, often justified by the Tet holiday. In some cases, prices were even higher than those shown on signs at the property, which felt a bit inconsistent.

Tutto , compreso il cibo dí ottima qualità e a buon prezzo cucinato dalla proprietaria.

Mình ăn chính là ở ksan. Mọi món ăn khá ok vì ăn mấy bữa như thịt kho, canh cải, tôm.. Nói chung là ngon. Và mình có bữa cuối món cá bớp nấu canh chua. Vì nghĩ là mọi món ăn perfect. Nhưng món cá này nấu còn tanh cá ít kiểu k tươi và gần như vị k có gì nói chung là k ngon mà giá bát cánh tới mấy trăm k. Mình nhớ nữa. Vk mình xót bảo k ăn thêm rồi. Hic.

Super hard bed, no fridge in the room, the light from the hall shines directly into the room and this makes it difficult to sleep, musty smell. In the morning someone turned off the electricity on the floor and the room became stuffy

The bed is large and clean. Exactly like the pictures posted on booking.com The room is bright, clean, and has 3 bathrooms. There are many spacious and quiet spaces on the first floor and terrace where you can practice yoga or chill or read books, enjoy time with friends, and can cook also. The hostess is very friendly and enthusiastic, The aunties and uncle are always ready to help when customers need it. They are extremely honest and gentle, often giving me delicious food. Their care has made me feel like home The hoste is close to the beach, next to many grocery stores, mini marts, local markets... where you can buy everything you need Everything is super super niceeeeeeeee, I had a great time here, and don't want to leave ❤️❤️

The dorms are big and beds as well. With 2 separate showers and bathroom.

There is no direct access to the beach, no common are to hand out besides table by very busy street and very noisy. The staff wasn’t willing to help. When I ask if the can find out the ferry schedule to the island. The respond was “I wasn’t there”!

very affordable, close to everything you need in Mui Ne, kitchen is available for who wants to cook, home-owned business, highly recommend

Great place, big bright room with a huge window, all the equipment is modern and works fine. Wi-Fi is good and stable. The bed is comfortable, despite the fact that the hotel is located next to the road, the room is quiet. There are many cafes and shops nearby. The owners are always there and ready to help you! You can use the laundry service, book an excursion or transfer through this guesthouse. I can recommend this place.

Great hostel! The bed was comfy, the toilet clean, and the aircon worked perfectly. Hot water was just right, super fast wifi and it was quiet at night. The owner was super nice and helpful. Highly recommend!

Located in central area Mui Ne. Warm host, basic room with good price.

Beautiful dorm with enough hangers provided, in addition to the spacious locker. The bathroom and toliets are outside the dorms, which I always like. Great location, 5 minutes from the beach. And the street is lined up with beautiful restaurants and massage parlors. Of course very friendly n helpful hosts.

Has to be the best value place to stay in Mui Ne. Comfortable beds, good size lockers and nice bathrooms in the dorms. Handy lockable space next to the bed to keep personal items.. Can rent motorbikes and bicycles. Good location with lots of restaurants nearby.

You need to run the showers for several minutes before you get any hot water through. The bicycles were all in poor condition and the first one I rented fell apart when I went up the first steep hill!

Everything you need for a short stay in Mui Ne. Rooms were decent with airco & personal fans, shower was good & clean, they offered the jeep tour & busses (for a very decent price!). Even though their english wasn’t very good, they were very friendly!

Sometimes the owners were nowhere to be found. Toilets were almost always out of toiletpaper.

Very smooth process and accommodating staff allowed us to charge our vehicle overnight.

Convinient to spend 2 days. A beautiful view from the rooftop. The price is very cheap compared to other hostels.

The bed was not super comfortable but it was okay ! The location is good walking distance from the beach

Very helpful owner, communication is with the daughter since the parents englisch is not that good :) Rooms are big an nice, not too clean but for us it was okay, water pressure is a bit low 🙈 It can get a bit loud, because the hotel next door has a pool. Restaurant is closed unfortunately - but they offer drinks and soup :) Scooter rental also available There is a rooftop but it looks really unused.. :/

It was clean and check in was easy. The owner helped us book a sunrise sand dune tour as well as a bus to our next location.

The hallway light was too bright/on all night so was difficult to sleep.

Decent for the money

Not much to do in the area. Mui Ne in general was quite but we was only there to do the sand dunes.

The owners were very helpful and welcoming. The dorm was spacious and very clean.

Late check out, big room, good location and good air conditioning.

Empty packets left in the shower from the last people which suggest it hadn’t been cleaned. No toilet paper when we arrived. The shower leaked all through our room and through our bags, staff weren’t very helpful with this - just gave us a bath mat and said nothing. Two cockroaches found in the room. Staff were the worst we have had in all of our stays in Vietnam, not helpful or friendly at all.
