GOOD PRESSURE IN THE WATER HEATER AND GOOD COLD AC. VERY NICE SHOWER CREAM IN THE BATHROOM WITH NICE TOWELS WERE PROVIDED. PARKING IS VERY EASY AS ITS VERY NEAR TO THE LOBBY.
SHOULD EQUIP THE KITCHEN BETTER WITH A RICE COOKER AND TOASTER. WOULD BE NICE TO BE ABLE TO COOK A SIMPLE MEAL IF STAYING FOR A LOMG TIME. A PROPER WASHING MACHINE LIQUID DETERGENT WOULD BE APPRECIATED.

The bathroom was not well cleaned. There were some plastic and hair debris on the bathroom floor. Other areas in the apartment seem to be clean and tidy.

Reviewed Mar 30, 2026Das Apartment war sehr groß. Die Sicherheitsmaßnahmen waren sehr gut. Sauber. Es gab ein Fitnessstudio, Badmintonhalle, Sauna und einen großen Pool, den wir aber alle drei Tage aufgrund umfangreicher Reinigungsarbeiten nicht nutzen konnten.
Die Lage war nicht sonderlich zentral. Das Apartment roch sehr stark, insbesondere die beiden Bäder. Das Apartment war sehr spartanisch und ungemütlich eingerichtet. So gab es nur zwei Schlachtermesser und keine normale Messer. Das Bett war sehr hart und die Kopfkissen ebenfalls. Aufgrund der vorgenannten Sicherheitsmaßnahmen und der spartanischen Einrichtung sowie des starken Geruchs fühlten wir uns nicht wirklich wohl.

Reviewed Mar 14, 2026Lovely spacious flat, 15 minutes from the airport by Grab (2€) and had a beautiful pool area (with gym and sauna). The flat also looks out onto trees and greenery. The host had left tea and coffee which was much appreciated and arranged an early check in for us. It was an oasis to relax and close enough to everywhere. I would definitely stay again and recommend. The communication with the host was also perfect!

There was confusion with the pool being open or closed and it wasn’t clearly communicated. We didn’t get to use the pool long due to maintenance and closure for 2+ days.

Senza auto diventa difficile gestire le necessità come ad es la spesa al supermarket. Se si affitta questo appartamento è caldamente consigliato noleggiare un' auto in aeroporto

Reviewed May 22, 2025I had a great stay at this beautiful accommodation. It’s located in a secure, gated complex with 24/7 security, which gave me a real sense of comfort and peace of mind. As part of the residential complex, guests have access to excellent shared facilities, including a gym, a swimming pool, and even a large indoor hall where people play sports like badminton and more. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. One thing I really appreciated was the thoughtful touch of having essentials already available – things like salt, laundry detergent, and other small necessities that make a big difference when you’re staying somewhere for a few days or longer. Overall, I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

Reviewed Jan 23, 2025Such a beautiful home! The owner is incredibly accommodating, very helpful, and responds quickly. The check-in process was seamless, with clear and straightforward instructions. While it’s a bit far to walk to/from the shops, getting a Grab is super easy and affordable, just 4 MYR. You can also conveniently order food through Grab, which was a huge plus. The property itself is fantastic, with a lovely pool and gym. The house is spacious and thoughtfully designed, with personal touches everywhere. It’s clear a lot of care went into making sure guests have everything they need. We only wish we could have stayed longer to fully enjoy the facilities! I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone.

Approx a 20min it’s Grab/Taxi into Sandakan. Very secure. Pick up key for self checkin is off site - 5min drive away. Very good communication.

Property is close to shops, supermarket and a quick drive to attractions like the Sepilok sunbear and orang utan rehabilitation centre. Good communication with the property owner as well.

Reviewed Sep 4, 2024Everything was perfect. This flat is in a brand new condo complex. It is exceptionally clean, rooms are perfectly arranged, huge living room and kitchen area. For the 5 of us (my wife, and 3 friends from which 2 is a couple) it was perfect. We only got 1 set of keys initially but we asked for another one and got it in an hour or so. We didn't even have to be home, it was left on the table for us in the evening. There is an awesome swimming pool, whirpool, gym area. The only thing to notice here is that you have to be fully dressed if you are a woman to use the swimming pool (muslim rules). Location was great and we loved every minute of our stay here.

It is a bit far from the center. Not really an issue though, because Grab works out good. But good to know if you want to be in the hussle and bussle. But for relaxing it’s perfect.
