Obiekt jest wyjątkowy jeśli chodzi o Retimno. Bardzo zadbany, wszędzie czysto i cały obszar przyozdobiony roślinami o soczystych barwach. Basen czyściutki, woda krystaliczna. Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna. Z balkony mieliśmy piękny widok na morze. Wyjście na plaże jest bezpośrednio z obiektu, przyozdobione soczystą zielenią trawy, codziennie podlewanej i bardzo zadbanej. Przy basenie bar z drinkami i napojami czynny do późnych godzin nocnych. Do tego parking w samy obiekcie, więc jak ktoś wynajmuje samochód, to idealne rozwiązanie. Bardzo polecam.

The apartment was clean and spacious with a relaxed and friendly atmosphere in the hotel. The pool area is nice with plenty of sun loungers and goes straight through onto the beach.

Beautiful views and well laid out. Smallish hotel with more than enough sunbeds/ swimming pool space etc to go around. Lovely cats!!! Bar and drinks were great. Staff and hospitality impeccable. Would defo go back if ever in rethymno.

Nothing - was great. No room service on Sundays fyi which was only an issue when we declined Saturday service due to hangover!

Le studio était moderne, bien agencé et propre (avec un lit bébé comme demandé), le nettoyage est fait tout les jours. La piscine est bien entretenue tout comme l'espace bar avec la pelouse. La plage est juste en face de l'hôtel avec des transats (payants) et le service de bar. C'est une plage de cailloux/galets donc prévoir les chaussures. Une très belle expérience dans cet établissement.

Σπουδαίο κατάλυμα, ότι καλύτερο για οικογένειες.απιστευτη ομορφιά με τα φυτά, γύρω από τα δωμάτια, και μια υπέροχη παραλία.Η πισίνα βέβαια με το pool bar , όλα τα λεφτά. Κύρια Μαρία ευχαριστούμε πολύ. ΠΡΟΣΟΧΗ Οι φωτογραφίες δεν ανταποκρίνονται στην πραγματικότητα,το κατάλυμα αυτό είναι πολύ πολύ πιο εντυπωσιακό.

Het is een heerlijke plek met heel gastvrije en vriendelijke mensen. Een klein complex, heeeerlijk recht aan het strand. Echt een TOPPLEK!!!

L'accueil de Maria est très chaleureux et convivial. L'hôtel est pensé pour les enfants même les petits, il y a deux piscines adaptées à l'âge de chaque enfant. La plage est dans le prolongement de l'hôtel et il y a un maître nageur qui surveille la plage dans sa globalité. L'hôtel est à proximité des services (supermarché, laverie et boulangerie) on peut tout faire à pieds. Nous avons testé deux types de chambre (famille et couple) : les deux étaient très bien et le ménage est fait quotidiennement . Petit plus, des livres sont à disposition des résidents à l'accueil.

Rien tout était très bien à l'exception du parking un peu restreint.

L’équipe était absolument adorable et très disponible pour toutes nos questions.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L'accueil était très chaleureux. Le cadre est merveilleux : propre, vert, entretenu. Quel plaisir de marcher dans l'herbe moelleuse entre la piscine et la plage ! En plus d'être beau,, le lieu est calme. Je recommande +++

La situation : une piscine qui débouche sur la mer. La piscine a de nombreuses bouées à disposition pour les enfants L appartement etait bien équipé Proximité de nombreux commerces et restaurants. L accès à Retymnon est facilité par l arret de bus proche. La gentillesse et flexibilité du personnel.

La musique trés forte dans l établissement voisin. Les transats de la plage qui pourraient etre gratuits pour les résidents de l hôtel.

Passage pour une nuit. Personnel très accueillant, chambre propre et spacieuse.

Le personnel accueillant et sympathique. Un rafraîchissement offert à l’arrivée ! La piscine est très agréable, avec suffisamment de transat pour tout le monde, ombragée avec quelques palmiers également. Des matelas, bouées et ballons à disposition, c'est appréciable ! Nous ne sommes pas allés à la plage mais elle semblait bien équipée aussi . De grands rangements dans la chambre. Kitchenette bien équipée, avec un micro-onde et des contenants assez grands pour 4 ! Balcon assez grand pour y manger. Des restos sympas juste à côté.

Peu de place pour faire sécher les serviettes. Pas de place pour manger dedans. Le matin, la terrasse était plein soleil, trop chaud pour le petit déjeuner .

Amazing place! Maria is so frendly host and the hile staff works very hard to keep this place just perfect! Cozy beds, best shower i have used in Crete, spotless rooms with everyday cleaning. Amazing pool area and beatiful garden. Cant think anything negative to say about this hotel!

Only thing i can think of is that there is no other hotel you can go once you been in this one…

Красивый бассейн, хорошее расположение, первая линия у моря

Неоправданно дорого за такой номер, действительно, вид красивый, но на этом все. Номер для троих, но 2 пакетика чая, сахар в стихах на двух человек, соли нет, сковородка видавшая виды и яйца пристают,мечта о спокойном и вкусном завтраке с видом на море не сбывалась, посуда вся грязная, перемывала и пшикала антисептиком. Много комаров, но нет фумигатора, хотя мы пятый день на Крите, в прошлом отеле и апартаментах были. Воды как комплимента нет, у нас достойно воды с собой, но, считаю, что в номер за 153 евро в сутки 0.5 литра самой дешёвой воды можно поставить. Чтоб заселиться заполняла длинную анкету, хотя все это они могли сделать с данных букинга. Также долго искали сотрудника с рецепции, связаться сложно, ни одного номера нет в ватсап. Единственное, что приятно, что в качестве бонуса за ожидание или просто как комплимент принесли 3 стакана сока. В номере нет ни одного одеяла, только обычные простыни. Несмотря на то что лето, можно положить в номер, хотя что-то одно тёплое, при открытом окне прохладный бриз и комары, с закрытым окном жарко, с кондиционером даже на 24 градуса в маленьком номере прохладно и одной тонкой обычной простыни недостаточно

Super mila obsluga, na recepcji woda do kupienia, wifi, basenik na miejscu, bar przy basenie, rano kawka, potem cos innego, na + niby nic, a orzeszki do piwa robia robote ;-) Generalnie hotel troche na uboczy Retimno, na + cisza i spokoj (nie przy glownej ulicy), a zarazem do glownej poromenady kilka minut...samo super centrum 2km+ wiec trzeba robic kroki jak ktos zapragnie night life... dla mnie super, lubie male kameralne/rodzinne hotele.... blisko sklep (super market - mega sympatyczny wlascicel), do plazy zejscie bezposrednio z hotelu... co wiecej potrzeba ;-)

to nasza druga wizyta w Ilian i na pewno nie ostatnia. Wspaniałe miejsce w najlepszej lokalizacji, z dala od hałasu, z pięknym widokiem na morze. Maria i caly personel niezwykle uczynny, życzliwy, spełniający zyczenia gosci.. Apartamenty idealnie czyste, wygodne, b. wygodne łóżka. Z tego miejsca żal wyjeżdżać.

Parking is limited and tight but we got a spot.

We had a wonderful stay. Maria gave us a very warm welcome and, together with all the staff, was friendly, professional and always happy to help. The apartment was modern, spotlessly clean and equipped to a very high standard. We especially appreciated the regular towel and bedding changes, which made the stay feel very comfortable. The whole property was presented immaculately, with beautiful gardens and excellent facilities. Being right on the beach was perfect, with lovely sea views and easy access to the water. We would happily stay here again.

Rooms are pleasant. Staff are incredibly friendly. Location is brilliant. This is the second time staying there and we will likely be back for 2027. Bar is reasonably priced and nice variety of cocktails.

You had the option of a very soft pillow or a very firm pillow. I should have asked if they had any spare of their soft pillows to double up of those pillows - but I didn’t.

Loistava sijainti rauhallisella paikalla, josta kiva rantakävelykatu keskustaan. Allasalue iso, aurinkovuoteita riittävästi kaikille, ei ollut pyyhkeillä varailua. Allasalueelta meren rantaan vain muutama askel. Koko hotellialue erittäin siisti ja hyvin hoidettu puutarha. Vastaanotossa isojen vesipullojen myynti kaupan hinnoilla. Henkilökunta huomioi hääpäivämme mukavasti. Keittiössä hyvä varustelu ja välineet siistissä kunnossa. WC/kylpyhuone siisti.

Keittiöön olisi kaivannut leivänpaahtimen. Kylpyhuoneen suihkuseinä oli lyhyehkö, vesi valui helposti wc:n lattialle.

Die Lage direkt am Strand und ab von der Straße ist toll und die Anlage klein, ruhig, sehr hübsch und gepflegt, das Zimmer mit großem Balkon war neu gestaltet. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Liegen am Strand gibts für 5€ mit 2 kleinen Wasserflaschen, ansonsten zB sehr leckere Smoothies und Eiskaffee zu vernünftigen Preisen. In der Anlage kann man die Liegen frei nutzen und selbst um Pool und auf Wiese platzieren. Parkplatz ist in der Anlage gleich rechts. Nette Tavernen und mehrere Supermärkte im Umkreis. Klimaanlage ist im Zimmer auf 23 C fest eingestellt und geht nur bei geschlossenen Türen mit eingesteckter Zimmerkarte - passt. Rethymno ist gut zu erreichen, allerdings ist der Weg zu Fuß an der belebten Straße doch recht weit - gibt aber gleich rechts vorm Hafen einen (teilweise kostenlosen) Parkplatz.

Der Strand ist eher steinig und fällt schnell ab, Strandschuhe zu empfehlen- kann man hier überall kaufen. Es gibt auch einen kleinen Pool. Wasser war ab und zu abends später nicht mehr warm genug zum Duschen, die Küchenausstattung hat uns gereicht, wer hier selber groß kochen möchte, wird eher nicht zufrieden sein. Ein Toaster wäre schön.

Wir bedanken uns fur diesen Wunderschönen Urlaub bei Ganzen Team von Hotel IIian Beach .Es war sehr schön diser zwei Wochen mit euch zu verbringen .Wir hoffen euch besuchen wider mal.

Rustig gelegen, wandel langs de wandel boulevard de drukte van de stad Rethymno in. S’avonds rustig! Er wordt elke dag schoongemaakt! Parkeerplaatsen, en restaurants in de buurt!

Right next to the beach , clean apartment with comfy beds . The staffs are friendly and helpful ! Helped me with the booking to early morning taxi! We only stayed 3 nights , but ended up spending 2 days at the pool bar! Definitely come back again!

Joli studio dans une propriété très bien entretenue,avec piscine et plage.Un bon accueil, facile d’aller à pied à Rethymnon pour visiter(3km)

Un complexe à taille humaine, agréable entre piscine et accès plage direct. A quelques minutes à l'écart de la promenade de Rethymon dans un quartier avec restaurants, boulangeries, et super marchés accessibles à pied. Studio récent, confortable, propre et fonctionnel.

Il manque un peu d'ustensiles de cuisine et un toaster piur le matin...

Tolle Lage, direkt am Sandstrand. Zimmer auch toll, wir haben sogar einen extra Schattenspender bekommen. Blick über den echt tollen Garten aufs Meer. Zimmer klein aber in Ordnung, die Küche hätte etwas grösser sein können.

Die Nutzung der Wäscherei für eigene Kleidung ist recht teuer, und leider nur ein Wäscheständer verfügbar, der leider besetzt war. Pool-Handtücher zwar kostenlos, aber das Wechseln hätte uns 2€ je Handtuch gekostet, obwohl die Handtücher der Wohnung selber fast täglich gewechselt wurden, was sogar unnötig war.

L'accueil avec jus de fruits. Le studio spacieux, fonctionnel, bien équipé, d'une propreté parfaite. Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir un logement au 2nd étage avec vu imprenable sur la piscine et la plage, nous offrant des couchés de soleil extraordinaire. Emplacement au calme mais proche des commerce.

L'établissement est très bien : chambre et piscine. La mer est juste en face. Le personnel est très gentil et accueillant.

Nous avons du changer de chambre car ma demande n'avait pas été enregistrée. Ma mère a 85 ans et la chambre attribuée était au 2 ème étage avec une très belle vue cela dit. Mais ils ont trouvé une solution à la fin. Difficile de trouver une place de parking.

L abseence de couette ou de couverture Je suis arrivee trempee jusqu aux os ( temps horrible 3 jouts de pluie et froid ). Il n y avait qu un jete de lit decoratif L absence par moment d eau chaude notamment le soir de mon arrivee Le personnel me dit d attendre 2 minutes . J ai attendu 10. parfois elle fonctionnait mais pas toujours

Spiaggia e piscina sotto l'appartamento. Nonostante la presenza di bambini non c'erano schiamazzi fastidiosi. Clientela varia (famiglie, coppie di anziani, gruppo di amici di diversa nazionalità) Con una bella passeggiata lungo mare (vista sul tramonto meravigliosa) si arriva in centro al paese che offre di tutto, in alternativa 5 minuti in macchina o taxi

Si potrebbe migliorare l'offerta del cibo nel bar piscina/spiaggia. A fianco, sempre sulla spiaggia, c'è un ristorante che offre una vasta scelta

Очень удобное расположение отеля. У бассейна на зелёной лужайке лежаки бесплатные. До моря по деревянному настилу идёшь. Береговая линия очень широкая. Есть лежаки на пляже платные. Обслуживание из бара у бассейна. Искупался и опять к бассейну. Классно! У бассейна есть бар. Кофе, напитки. Всё очень понравилось! Рекомендую отличный отдых!

Il primo appartamento non era fruibile perché era un monolocale . Il responsabile del residence mi ha fatto scegliere un altro appartamento adeguato alle richieste scritte . Ma ho dovuto pagare 72 € anziché 54 € . Differenza rilevante,l'appartamento è stato sempre ben pulito ,accogliente luminoso con vista laterale sul mare , i confort buoni . Il 2* problema che segnalo riguarda sempre e solo Booking cui avevo chiesto un appartamento ,piano terra o con piano rialzato per problemi motori invalidanti ,ma in questo residence non ce n'era libero alcuno . Il servizio booking non è soddisfacente. L'equipe del residence ha corrisposto alle mie esigenze BOOKING NO ,PURTROPPO PER ME NON AVVIENE !

L'accueil très chaleureux. On nous a offert un jus de fruits et bien expliqué les environs. La petite bouteille de raki offerte, vraiment super sympa et apprécié. La plage à deux pas et la piscine très belle avec les palmiers. Le parking mais vite plein quand il y a du monde.

L'appartement au rez de chaussée avec une terrasse semi enterrée est assez sombre. Ceci doit être cependant appréciable l'été quand il fait très chaud mais nous étions là mi octobre. Les lumières vertes (de secours) qui restent allumées la nuit dans le séjour ou notre fille a dormi l'ont un peu dérangé. Le centre ancien est un peu loin à pied

De ligging is prachtig! Rethymnon is op 3 km, maar op loopafstand leuke restaurantjes. Heerlijk, schoon, mooie tuin, relaxed resort.

Niets. Het personeel is niet erg spraakzaam of opgewekt. Kan ook door einde seizoen komen of taal.

Virkelig en dejlig beliggenhed, med pool og strand. Lejlighederne var pæne og veludstyrede og ikke mindst rene. Alle var enormt søde og smilende og klar til at hjælpe.

Hade gärna sett att balkongerna var lite mer privata. Det var rätt mycket insyn mellan lägenheterna. Det var väldigt lyhört.

Sehr netter Empfang, gleich ein Getränk zur Begrüßung bekommen. Maria war sehr nett und kompetent, vielen Dank! Das Appartement war wirklich super sauber, sehr groß, im zweiten Stock mit einem tollen Ausblick auf den Pool und das Meer! Lage war auch gut, direkt am Strand, und die Straße entlang ist es ein schöner Spaziergang ca. 45 Minuten in die Altstadt. ( wir sind aber wirklich spaziert, man schafft das sicher auch schneller…😉) Am Abend das Taxi zurück kostet nur 9€, also Lage für uns perfekt! Bequeme Betten, feine Dusche, es hat alles gepasst, wir können diese Anlage wirklich weiterempfehlen!

A côté de la mer, piscine au cas où la mer est agitée, un bar qui propose pas mal de choix en nourriture et boissons. Les studios sont bien équipés et confortables.

Gute ruhige Lage, Strand direkt vor der Nase. Personal nett. Pool und Liegen am Pool sehr gut.

Liegen sollten selbst als Hotelgast 6 Euro kosten, fanden wir für ein Beach Apartmenthotel etwas unangemessen. Ausstattung der Küchenzeile sehr dürftig.

Sehr kinderfreundlich, tolle und große Apartments, direkte Strandlage, sauberer Pool, Luftmatratzen und Spielzeug für die Kids, hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter, das Zimmer wird täglich gereinigt, großer Balkon, günstige Snackbar am Pool, Stadt fußläufig zu erreichen
